Looks like I'm the one that missed something lol. I'm new to the site and didn't even realize the orange text was your character sheet link. Now I know.

Friendly GM advice : You might want to consider investing more in Abilities, and not just for combat. They affect pretty much everything you do in the world. It's still up to you, of course, and I allow retcons periodically.

(I get what you're going for with the huge Resolve total and I support it, I think it's a cool strategy, I just try to avoid being the kind of GM that withholds information for no reason, especially at character creation.)

Either way, I will validate your character tonight.

Just so you know, spaceflight probably won't ever be relevant in the setting. You're free to still take it if you want, I just want to make sure you're aware of that so you can make a decision. Everything else looks fine at a skim, once you finish spending your hero points I'll validate.

If there is some important feature that you want the city as a whole to have that headquarters grants, you can apply headquarters points to it. In general though, I think the best thing is to just let me know what your overall ideas are without worrying about rules, and I'll decide how to represent it.

The city will require Great Wealth (6 pts), Headquarters should be able to cover everything you need for the palace, as you figured out
