Current Lots of ideas, voices in your head? You may not be schizo, just need to find a plot and start writing.

Movie Studios don't use AI to generate scripts because they're not copywritable. My writing is mine, not the world's to play with.

I like that the Amish gives their kids a chance to decide if they want to stay in their parent's religion.

"Badgers?" he said, sweating as he heard gun hammers being cocked unseen behind him. "We ain’t got no badgers. We don’t need no badgers. I don’t have to show you any stinkin' badgers!"

Bio

I am a seven-foot tall minecraft-playing hindu guru drag-queen alien.

Possessor of an Ancient Device™ Model 17. No, I don't know what it does. No, you can't play with it.

Pronouns: It. As in: "What is it? What does it want? Why is it here? Oh my god, it's got my... <insert random body part or object here>"

Likes: World Domination, Writing, Rpg, scifi/fantasy, anime, sketchup 3d models, and anime music videos.

Companions: a host of characters from other games, my personal muse Penny (as in Bad), and the Badger gang - Toothpick, Buttons, Shark, and Mongo. They grew up in the balcony of an old theatre that played a lot of gangster movies. Normally benign, but may invade the OOC forums.

I've been playing around with this concept for a while, I quite like how you've added your own twist here. Perhaps the monsters are referred here by monster rescue agencies? Under many cities, there are disused and closed loops for underground subways, perhaps missing from various maps? It would be one way for those of the supernatural persuasion to make their way about the city - perhaps to other locations, say markets, schools, or even a clinic? I remember reading a book about people digging tunnels and setting up bars and the like.

I love a spice-of-life story with a little extra spice!

Could I play a normal unsuspecting human who stumbles into this situation and is just terrified of everything/everyone? XD

Perhaps you inherit the place? Or there's a bit of confusion and the tenants believe you're a monster just like them?
Could be fun, but we don't like the term "thief" - gives people the wrong idea, you see. They keep checking their fat wallets and purses while their eyes accuse us for naught. Where is the trust in this world, I ask you? Expert Treasure Hunters, if you don't mind.

Although one wonders where one can find a treasure in this wilderness worth leaving the city?

Molly sighs, glancing about at the shelves. Rumors had started up that the town council intended to tear down the old library and replace it with a modern building. The pneumatic tube next to her thumped, giving her a start. No doubt carrying a note for a book to be sent down the booklift, as few liked climbing the iron spiral stairs through the stacks, or roving under the dim lights through the shelves. Not that the tiny flashlight she had was much better, but at least she could point it.

Most of the books had green or brown covers, from like the forties, but there were newer books with colorful spines and protective plastic jackets with the callsign label scattered here and there - and older books, half forgotten even by the card catalog. Not to mention the scattering of mouse traps. More than once had a mouse pop up while they were roving the shelves, you'd see their droppings on the few bare patches of shelves.

Molly felt her stomach fluttering - not that she'd say anything in front of the boys.

Rounding the corner, she turns her flashlight to look towards the rear shelves and shrieks when she saw the huge glowing eyes staring back at her.

<Snipped quote by Chronic>

Can my character be a vampire?

My character was a feral child, not a werewolf. And she's lucky the farmers that found her in the chicken coup didn't sell her to some circus sideshow first. Chronic says your character must be human, not a supernatural. Mine was not, but I'm sure someone's whispering she is, and is likely the first suspect in an animal attack.

Assuming she's still rejected, I'll hit the character tables and come up with another one.

With that background, I'd thought there would be many possible plots.

@Expendable I shoulda put you can’t be a supernatural character since this is about an human group of friends. Sorry for you makin that character for nothing

Sorry to hear that. However, Narcisa is about as supernatural as Mogli from the Jungle Book - she's a human who was raised by animals, a feral child, not a werewolf. She doesn't transform, she can't talk to animals but she does have an impressive growl and howl. Narcisa is just a girl with a strange past that makes others whisper behind her back and pull cruel tricks.

The museum might have an exhibit on feral children, which might explain why Tara was offered the job as a deputy director.
