This could be fun, although I prefer small to large groups, no 1x1's please.
I like to write and can play additional characters as needed. Not into smut either. While I prefer science fiction, fantasy and modern settings are fun, too.

For everyone else's reference, I'm going to stick with a stuffy and sheltered royal Planes mage. I'm thinking very classic wizard-y style of magic with lots of scrolls and incantations and studying.
Question though: what age range would be expected for a royal mage?
Generally, there are two types of characters who wind up in remote towers - wizards and princesses. So your princess winds up in a remote tower and finds some tomes of magic in a chest, left by the former occupant - and got to reading. Perhaps the former occupant had an affair with the Queen..?
They’re able to draw on dark energy, be that demonic or otherwise. But Demons won’t be the focal point of this RP and Black Magic is forbidden by The Elders. They’re not able to communicate or make contact with demonic spirits so freely and directly, only Hedge Witches have access to the other side without the use of intricate Spells/Rituals.
