Beating the entire game on a dofficulty level resting in between the two hardest difficulties, but in Dead Space 2, you don't get any checkpoints and only three saves for the whole game. In Dead Space 3, you et any number of saves, but if you ever die even once, you start from the beginning.
The new Doom game's hardest difficulty is prettymuch the same with DS3's hardest. Execpt with much more movement.
