Jub, pointing to Voth: This is an example of the prejudice I have suffered from my own kind and what led me to my self-loathing and internalized racism.
Brutrumukk: Meh.
Jub the Peculiar

When Voth completely blanked Jub's greeting, the goblin simply pointed at him. "This," he said to Brutrumukk. "This right here? This is why up until I met you, I avoided other goblinoids."
Voth: *ignores Jub when he speaks*
Jub:
Jub the Peculiar

Jub woke up when he felt himself be slapped by unknown assailant, only to find himself in strange place surrounded by familiar faces... and also unfamiliar faces. Also there was another bugbear here now and Brutrumukk was shouting at him and going into a detailed rant about the taste of humanoid flesh.

"Is this a dream or is this real?" Jub asked to no one in particular. "It's getting really hard to tell at this point." He stood up, brushing the dirt (and poppies) off his clothes before turning his attention to Brutrumukk and the new bugbear. "No, the clothes aren't part of the curse," he informed the bugbear in goblin. "He lost his clothes when he got reborn, and those were the only replacements we could find." He then raised his hand in a lazy wave. "Also, hi, I'm Jub. I'm also here." There was something in his tone in that last bit that implied a mild distaste towards this newcomer. There was something about the way this bugbear conducted himself that immediately made Jub not like him, and while he normally wouldn't have made this so clear, perhaps it was because Brutrumukk was standing right next to him (and everything he had gone through since entering the Feywild) that made him feel a little bolder.
Apologies for the delay. I'm aiming for the next post for this AND Epyllion will come up at some point within the next two weeks. Still trying to balance my new schedule at the moment.
sheet updated! Jub is now more intelligent!
Can't seem to get into my Mythweavers account, might have to make a new one. It'll take me a bit to update Jub's sheet.
Does that go for this RP as well?

Yes it does.
Apologies for the silence. Things have been very busy this half of the year. I'm also starting a new job so there's that. I still wish to continue this RP if everyone else does, however.
Flicker had been watching this whole situation with a growing sense of unease, made even worse when one of the village children came by wearing a suspiciously familiar fleece. They felt a sharp panic run through them, and might have said something had Cascade not beaten them to the punch by shouting at the child to get rid of the fleece. Her anger surprised them, but also they couldn't say they blamed her.

Flicker instinctively placed a hand on Cascade's shoulder, a quiet gesture to get her to calm herself, the way one of their superiors at the order might have done when Flicker was having similar outbursts. Thankfully, Aura had also taken it upon herself to smooth out the situation, creating a bonfire for the village. Flicker cursed themself for not thinking to do the same thing the moment they saw how cold everyone was.

Despite the tensity of the situation though, Flicker couldn't help but give a snort of laughter when the boy expressed confusion about being referred to as 'they'. "'They' can be used in singular, kid," they said. They pointed with their thumb towards Aura, who was offering the boy her coat instead. "And my friend here is right. You should probably take her coat, at least for now. She's been wearing hers, so you know it's safe. Can you say the same for the fleece you're wearing right now? I know my mother always taught me that you never use a merchant's wares if they themselves wouldn't use it."
