Personality: In the simplest of terms, Homura is a goddamn dork, and a rather mercurial one at that. He seems to begrudge the thought of remaining consistent in his behaviour; at one moment he may act like a misanthropic introvert who can't stand being around others for more than a few minutes at a time, the next he may be availing himself to getting involved in whatever situation's going on, regardless of the feelings of others. Frankly speaking, his social skills leave much to be desired; regardless of his mood, he's blunt, caustically sarcastic, rather salty in his language and seems somewhat oblivious to the feelings of others unless they're made blatantly clear to him. As a keen writer and analyst, it's not that he doesn't understand people; but his experiences of observing people from a distance and observing the fictional and imaginary have made him rather insensitive and oblivious to some of the complexities and nuances of human behaviour at close quarters. He seems rather obsessed with the fictional; finding what he can find in the realm of fiction far more appealing than what he can find in real life.

Not to say that Homura is entirely a jerk, though; whilst definitely far from a good person and a rather rough-edged individual, he IS capable of caring about people and does seem to regret the effect his personality has on them. He isn't exactly a jerk with a heart of gold, but there's at least something to him beyond a fiction-obsessed nerd with poor social skills. He's also reasonably mindful of Literary Club members, being willing to get them out of trouble and put in good words for them, though he still seems rather indifferent to the class tensions within Honnouji as a whole.

Brief Bio: Homura spent much of his formative years with his nose stuck firmly into a book; he was far from a social child, and nothing forced him from these ways. It didn't exactly help that his family's situation wasn't the best; his father was a businessman with a string of failures to his name, and his family wasn't exactly well-off. Books collected over the years and passed down through the family was Homura's only real refuge from the unpleasantries of life and the mocking of other, more well-off children; and so he jumped into it with reckless abandon. This childhood spent cramming book after book into his skull to escape the harshness of reality gave way to a full obsession with fiction of all kinds; books were joined by movies and terrible cartoons he desperately pirated with his limited internet access. As a result, when his father decided to go for broke, pack up, set up shop in the slums of Honnou Town and enroll his son in Honnouji Academy, it didn't take him long after being accepted into the place to get a bright idea: start a club and get the gravy train rolling. It wasn't exactly a smooth process; no existing club stood in the way of the plan, but despite the power of his obsession, Homura wasn't particularly charismatic OR a natural leader, and the club took significantly longer than others to pick up any real steam. Eventually, however, Homura collected a following of enough socially-adjusted individuals to help him; allowing the club to gain a solid standing and get a solid and stable financial situation for his family and a spiffy Literary Club Spec Academics-Augmenting Two-Star Goku Uniform for himself.

-Uniform Information-
Appearance: A scholarly outfit made up of a brown button-up vest over a white shirt, with a brown pair of trousers and a red tie and belt. Said belt has a pack wired up to a freaking GIGANTIC book encrusted with the Two-Star Goku Uniform Emblem, which Homura can carry as if it were light as a feather. The belt also has a set of wires leading up the back of the uniform to a pair of glasses; which can transform into a pair of oversized goggles with a green left lense and a red right lense.

Spec: Literary Club Spec
Abilities: The main function of the Literary Club Spec Two-Star Goku Uniform is, in a word, to analyze. Donning and activating the uniform allows for the wearer to analyze and collect vast amounts of data on both their surroundings and those around them simply by viewing them through the pair of glasses attached to the uniform. The scope of analysis allowed by these glasses can mostly be split into two different and distinct categories. Firstly, the left lense, Formalis, collects and analyzes the unique data of the individual; for instance, the particular way that they carry themselves, their attitudes and their fighting style. On the other hand, the right lense, Historicis, compares and analyzes the individual's data in relation to the data collected on other individuals; allowing for strategies to be derived from previous experiences with similar situations and individuals. All data collected is automatically enscribed into the book attached to the uniform; however, after a point, the book will simply jettison collected data out into the form of notes scribbled down onto different pages of paper. The uniform itself doesn't offer much of a significant boost to physical attributes compared to other uniforms; after all, it is an Academics-Augmenting Goku Uniform rather than an Athleticism-Augmenting Goku Uniform. Whilst it offers the same 'basic' scope of physical enhancement as other uniforms, the extent of the uniform's unique enhancements to physical capabilities are allowing the wearer to bludgeon the opponent with heavy books and produce sharp paper blades and projectiles. However, the function of analysis allows the wearer to fight effectively by abusing weak points, and could theoretically allow them to act as an effective assassin.
