Almost perfect.
Just two points that struck out at us:
“To powerful force users, Callidus would register as a peculiar blankness in the ambient telepathic chatter such a Sith or Jedi would be used to.”

The telepathic network of sorts the Jedi and Sith “connect” to isn’t really that blatant or open. Its not chattery. Its more of an extra sense. The presence of the Dark Side might be a bit foreboding to such a sense. Not really sure what terms the Sith would choose to use to label the presence of light side users. In terms of direct communication (with words and images) Telepathy really only allows a Force user to send words to someone. You can't pick up ambient thoughts. Thats more the area of drain Knowledge.
Force Stealth allows you to essentially mimic what you want to look like to such a sense, or just to hide it completely. While it is an ability that can be “active” all the time, you can also deactivate it if you want. If you fully hide your presence in the Force, you’ll simply look like another human, one without any Force Sensitivity. Does this make sense?

The other point of note, is very minor:
“Republican and Neutral Space” in the paragraph with [CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS MET: PROCEED].
It is a proper noun of a location rather than an adjective describing political views. Thus, the correct form would be “Republic and Neutral Space”

Flagg There are still some things that need to be fixed in Callidus before he is approved.

First of all. Appearance. Fallen really wants to know how tall he is. Would her characters look him in the eye, or would they stare at his thin chest? Is there anything else of note about his appearance?

Secondly. Imperial intelligence and the Sith tend to quarrel a bit and want to outdo each other. What is the reason Callidus is an exception to that? Try to work that into his lore. Was perhaps his first master deeply involved in Imperial Intelligence?

Thirdly. This refers to the PM we sent you a while ago. With his being undercover in the republic, any stronger Jedi that came near him would normally have sensed his true nature as a practitioner of the Dark Side, even if they could not readily pinpoint the source as being him. That would have been rather unfortunate. Neither the Sith he served nor Imperial Intelligence would have made such a grievous mistake. Thus we actually recommend that he is trained in Force Stealth, which would allow him to hide his nature in the Force from others.

Later, whenever he came into the service of Darth Nyiss, he would perhaps have repositioned to Coruscant, where he could not only aid her goals, but also provide better intel to the Empire. When she became aware of the Sacking, he would probably have been instructed to lay the local groundwork for Nyiss’ own project in the Sacking. If he through that role also came into good relations with a number of the captives-to-be, the unveiling of his true nature might be… unsettling… to them.

His good service undercover might even be part of how he rises (or rose) to the rank of Sith Lord.
The changes suggested above imply that he is not discovered by the SIS or the Jedi.

Fourthly, you should add some more relations. We’d suggest some with a few Jedi as well as with a Sith or two.

@Ellri Extensive adjustments made to the CS, let me know what you think.
Name: Lord Callidus
Alias: Jedi Master Olon
Species: Human
Age: 50
Gender: Male
Faction: Sith Empire
Rank: Sith Lord

Appearance: A slightly thickset man, standing about 5'10". He has been described by one Coruscant arisocrat as looking "more like a butcher than a Jedi." Callidus is shaved bald, with a trim black goatee and few wrinkles. His eyes are a startling shade of green. He generally wears simple, black-and-crimson robes, or the dark uniform of Imperial Intelligence, though without rank signifiers.

Flaws:

Duelist: Callidus is trained as a lightsaber duelist in the Makashi style, and skilled in one on one sword combat. Fast and precise, he lacks much in the way of raw power, and is subpar at fighting groups of skilled opponents or deflecting large numbers of blaster shots. In short, he is not a front line soldier.

Arrogance: Callidus is contemptuous of those the Sith Empire considers lesser or slave races, and consistently underestimates the capabilities of those whom ideology has taught him to despise. This includes lower ranking Jedi and Sith, though a healthy dose of paranoia keeps him wary of the latter.

Cold Fish: Fear, ambition and curiosity are the ruling emotions of Callidus' life. He has little time for rage and hatred, and thus does not benefit from the fruits of the Dark Side that come from a full embrace of anger and hate.

Courtier: While Callidus is capable of a charm and charisma in personal interactions, his place is behind the throne, not leading troops into battle. He lacks the common touch, and (accurately) comes across as aloof, cold and dismissive to many. He may inspire respect and fear, but very little loyalty, and his superiors tend to be wary of him as a duplicitous (if useful) snake.

Skills:

Spy: Callidus' career has been in Imperial Intelligence. He served for many years in the Republic as a Cipher. He knows the ins and outs of Republic politics and is a skilled, experienced intelligence agent and officer. These skills have served him equally well in the cutthroat political world of the Sith Empire.

Duelist: Callidus is formidable in one on one lightsaber duels, having been trained in Makashi.

Dark Scholar: Callidus is highly educated in Sith philosophy and lore.

Technology Expert: A career in Imperial Intelligence has given Callidus access to the very latest advances in imperial technology.

Force capabilities:

Mechu Deru

Droid Disable

Telepathy

Drain Knowledge

Force Fear (Callidus is a master of fear and illusion techniques)

Biography:

Imperial Intelligence Ministry Dossier #467900

Subject: Callidus, Lord
Clearance Level: [REDACTED]
Designation: Human, Force-Adept

Born on the backwater planet [REDACTED] to minor Imperial administrators, the Subject, named [REDACTED] at birth, was quickly identified as Force Sensitive by Interior Ministry sweeps. High scores across the relevant aptitude tests designated the Subject as a promising Interrogator, and he was taken on as an apprentice to Lord [REDACTED] (deceased), from whom he learned Makashi dueling form and received extensive force training over a 15 year apprenticeship. Lord [REDACTED] was discovered by Intelligence to be a member of [WARNING: CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS INADEQUATE. INFORMATION RELATED TO ENTRY 'RED SUN, CULT OF THE' CLASSIFIED. TERMINATE QUERY IMMEDIATELY].

The Subject sided with Imperial Intelligence over his Master, feeding the Ministry intel vital to the identification and termination of several high ranking Sith conspirators. In exchange for his cooperation, the Subject was formally inducted into the Ministry of Intelligence and given the designation "Callidus." Within the Ministry, he served in the somewhat nontraditional role as a force-sensitive and trained Cipher Agent.

Callidus has served in many long-and-short term infiltration missions across Republic and neutral space, masterfully assuming the identity [CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS MET: PROCEED] of Jedi Master Olon (deceased), who was poisoned by Callidus while on a mission in Nar Shaada for the Jedi Temple. After terminating Olon, Callidus was raised to the rank of Lord by the Sith religious authorities. He then underwent extensive surgical modification to match Olon's voice and appearance and has undergone innumerable subversion, infiltration and intelligence gathering missions utilizing his new identity. The cerebral, studious, slightly unconventional Jedi Master Olon was a perfect fit for Callidus' cover. Over many years, he has built an impressive network of spies, informants and assassins across the Republic, and his access to the Jedi Temple archives has vastly increased his knowledge of Jedi and Sith philosophy and history.

It was under his guise as Olon that he was captured after brief a skirmish by Darth Nyiss on [REDACTED]. After Olon/Callidus identified himself as Imperial Intelligence, Nyiss was impressed with the operative's infiltration capabilities and invited him to join in the planning phases of [REDACTED]. The two have collaborated extensively in the years leading up to [REDACTED], and Callidus is believed to be one of Nyiss' favored subordinates.

Personality and/or Motivation: Callidus is a charming, cultured man with a taste for the finer things in life, in many ways similar to his cover identity of the long dead Jedi Master Olon. He often seems somewhat out of place in a purely military setting or among the more bloodthirsty warriors of the Sith. Beneath his polite, somewhat aloof veneer, however, lurks a chilly, calculating mind with considerable experience in the cutthroat political world of the Sith Empire and the organizational structures of the Republic and Jedi. Callidus is cautious, and his ambition is kept in check by a deep streak of fear. He does not seek the limelight for himself, but does attempt to make himself invaluable to the powers that be. He also is careful to stay on the winning side of any conflict. He prefers to let his potential enemies to underestimate him as soft or aloof.

Player’s long term goals:

I think Callidus might serve as a useful and fairly loyal Dragon to Darth Nyiss' big bad, at least at the start of the RP. I'm not sure if he'll be involved in Nyiss' secret plans, but given his skill set he is more likely than most to find out what she is up to.

If her plan is suitably apocalyptic/goes against the grain of his cautious, conservative, self interested outlook, there's room there for him to betray her. Likewise, his relative worldliness and scholarly inclinations leave some room for a conversion to the light side or at least cooperation with the Jedi if the Sith prove dangerous or reckless to him in some way.

Otherwise, I see him as a fairly loyal henchman to Nyiss, lurking as a sort of power behind the throne and trying undermine other Sith who might displace him. Callidus' lack of existing apprentices means he will seek to convert one or more of the Jedi to the dark side and take them on as his disciples.

Relations:

Darth Nyiss: Loyal spymaster and enforcer. Acolyte in Sith Alchemy and magic.

All Other Sith: given Callidus' time undercover, few would likely know him very well, but potentially lots of resentment towards him showing up and his immediately close relationship with Nyiss.

Xid Terrik: @Fallenreaper Lots of potential here, given that Callidus was posing as a Jedi Master and shares an interest/skill with Terrik at robotics & mechu deru. Could be a Mentor/Mentee relationship given an interesting twist once Callidus' duplicity is revealed.

Tolun Fi: @Dervish Again, lots of potential here for 'Olon' and Fi to have been close collaborators on scholarly projects or w/e.

All Jedi: They would all likely have known Master Olon as a wise, scholarly, somewhat distant and slightly worldly type and be shocked at his betrayal. Lot of room here for one of the Jedi to have suspected Olon all along.
I updated my CS so it's semicomplete now, it's a bit rougher than I'd like thanks to me being a doofus and deleting my entire history earlier.
Would you prefer for the party to already been grouped together for some time or more recently acquainted?

Either way could work. If everyone has a history of working for the Iron Mountain Co. they may know/know of each other w/o having nec. been grouped together recently.

Do you often putter about in the OCC of the Rps you are in, or would you prefer if I set up an IRC client?

My experience is that chats are good but can be distracting, but a good way to split the difference is to set up a pirate pad or something like that where folks can both chat & collaborate.

Name/Nickname: Gabul the Wanderer

Gender: Male

Race: Qalini. (Human subtype)

Quote: Power in Wisdom.

Appearance: Tall, thin but not skinny. Usually wears a black, travel-worn over coat, dark leather jerkin, and and well-worn leather boots. He wears a black, wide brimmed hat in the Sadian style. Like all Qalini, Gabul is pale, with dark eyes and hair. He has intricate, traditional Qalini tatoos in curled lettering up and down the left side of his body.

Personality: Laconic, with a dry sense of humor that usually shows itself in the face of severe adversity, Gabul speaks little but listens carefully, and usually tries to stay out of the limelight. While terse and disdainful of emotionalism, Gabul often surprises others with his generosity and quiet kindness.

History:

[excuse the rough shape of this history- I had it all nice and pretty and much longer but deleted that by accident. Just throwing this up quickly to give a sense of the character.]

Among those in the know, Gabul is mildly famous as a traveling beast hunter, wizard-for-hire and exorcist. He has been in the employ of the Iron Mountain Adventuring Company for many, many years, though thanks to the wizard's proclivity for keeping a low profile, no one except Gabul himself is quite sure when he signed on with Iron Mountain, or for that matter just how old the Qalini wizard is.

In recent decades, Gabul has completed on several notable contracts for the Company: he uncovered the identity of the Freetown Skin-Man*, played a part in the exorcism of a cousin to the Vormaric Emperor who had become possessed after dabbling in necromancy**, and most notably slew the Archghoul of Travosk in a magic duel that- if rumors are to be trusted- lasted five hours and burned down the city's Great Temple.

Gabul is not a full time employee of Iron Mountain, however, and has been known to disappear into the wilds for stretches of months and even years, pursuing an agenda known only to him. His lucrative contract with Iron Mountain, which values his unique and hard to find magical expertise, ensures he always returns to work when in need of funds.

Qalini are still largely feared and mistrusted across the world, thanks to the exceptional brutality of the old Mageocracy in its dying decades, and this in part explains the Gabul's studious avoidance of fame...the enemies of wizards can have long memories, indeed. Gabul is known to have significant ties to the only remaining Qalini ethnic conclave of any significance left in Dorthargal, a small and highly secretive group of wizards known as the Outcast Lodge, living in exile in Yeric. The Qalini exiles are known to be close allies of former rivals, the Yericlyn ruling House of Cynder, but otherwise their motives and intentions are clouded in mystery.

*For the curious: It was the mayor's butler, and he was burned at the stake for his crimes.
**Gabul also helped in the subsequent Imperial cover up of the embarrassing affair.

Martial Skills:

Spellsword: Gabul is a capable swordsman, and his combat style integrates his arcane mastery. He uses magic to disable and disorient his foes and to keep the initiative in combat. His technique focuses more on finesse, speed and precision over sheer power.

Passive Skills:

Ranger: Gabul has wandered up and down the face of the world in pursuit of his own agendas, projects and researches for many years, living outside for months at a time. He is a skilled outdoorsman.

Rogue Scholar: While not an academic, Gabul is well versed in magical theory and lore, philosophy and history, including what are considered by many to be dark and forbidden topics.

Magic Skills: Primordial and Arcane

Shadow and Flame: Gabul is especially skilled at magic involving fire and darkness.

Necromancy: Gabul is well versed in necromantic lore, and can commune with some spirits of the dead, especially those of his magically adept Qalini forebears. Most necromantic magic or summoning involves complex rituals or prolonged meditation. In combat, necromancy of the kind Gabul is skilled in manifests itself in mostly indirect ways.

Inventory:

Nox an enchanted Qalini shortsword

The Dialogues of Alhazred An ancient Qalini necromantic text. Illegal in all countries except Yeric.

A wooden walking staff, frequently used by Gabul as a magical focus.

Verigold, his horse, a black mare.

Ring of House Nagath A silver ring embossed with the design of a serpent and crescent moon. It is an heirloom of Great House Nagath, one of the ruling factions of the old Qalini Mageocracy.
@Flagg
You and I could figure something out if you would like to be an antagonist of sorts, though I would prefer you had at least one good person just so you were connected to the group in times when maybe antagonists were not trying to mess up their lives.

Works for me.
Looks great. Would love to RP in this world in any role, but especially as a primary or secondary antagonist, if that's an option.
