So Constantine can take Archer and Yandere Caster?

It's fine with me as well. I do not see how this can end badly.
Nono, Restaurant District, Yggdrasil

Nono noted the apparent activity beyond involving the man in the coat, as well as the strange group of knights...or something, but made no move to do anything yet. They weren't causing much of a ruckus, and were more interesting than anything. Besides, she was busy at the moment, so that was that.

At Saber's question though she took on a slight pout, shooting a low yield glare at the girl next to her. "I know that, Onee-sama." Though she still couldn't speak for herself given that her food did actually vanish, courtesy of the technology involved. She could have explained, but it would have taken time.

As quickly as it had come, the glare dissipated, and the pout vaporized as well, leaving Nono her happy self once more. "I've just noticed that no matter how much Onee-sama eats, there never seems to be any physical result from it. I mean, in normal humans you'd expect weight gain, whether it be muscle or fat, but I haven't noticed that."

As suddenly, she realized her own error and quickly worked to make amends, arms raised between the two of the as she leaned back in protection of herself from Excalibur (Not that she thought Saber would use it, but better safe than sorry) "N-N-Not that it's a problem, Onee-sama. It was just odd...."

Misaka 10032, Client World Macross

With Kakine's reluctant agreement, and Marisa's enthusiastic agreement, the trio headed off towards the Battle Frontier. Vehicles drove past as they moved along down the side of the road, some carrying men in uniforms, while others had people in suits, and a few had civilian clothing as well. As she had noted before, it was a busy area of traffic.

Misaka scanned their surroundings as she went along, recording all the data she could for later review. Even if it was only civilian traffic and vehicles, it could still be of use. Who knew what designs might be in there that could be of an advantage to Academy City?

The road sloped upwards then, and the trio found themselves headed towards the center of the large mecha. The limbs were now revealed to be not dissimilar to aircraft carrier surfaces, launch points from which defense fighters could be launched to protect the ship or the colony. An interesting design, and one that spoke to their engineering capabilities.

It was then that they approached their first problem, a security checkpoint that they would need to pass if they wanted to actually get inside. And they probably weren't getting through without identification, which they didn't have for the government of this particular world.

"'We will need to locate an alternative entrance,' Misaka points out calmly as she assesses the situation," Misaka told the other two after noting the presence of the checkpoint itself. Then again, with the size of this thing it should be too hard to do so. They'd just have to find a way in, and they would be all set.

Cinder Fall, Shadow Eternity HQ

Well, Cinder would admit that she found that answer to her question interesting. So, uniqueness then? The living embodiment of a girl's psyche? She wasn't sure how that was supposed to work, but given her presence here and now, it would be hard to deny that it didn't somewhere in the multiverse. Strange, to say the least.

Paying another curious glance to the girl, Cinder stepped away, pacing off to the side before she came to a rest. "I see." Asked why, all she could do was gain the barest hint of a smile, the corner of her mouth lifted in mirth at some unheard joke. "Curiosity, primarily. I wanted to learn more about the one who brought together such a collection of villains for the purpose of destroying the UMMA, and what her own plans might be."

Aha Genghis did conquer China.

Technically Genghis only conquered North China. His descendants were the ones who took the rest.
For Colt, a really old bullet (from one of his demonstration). I mean, unless you wanna use a naval mine or something :p
Seeing how Homura uses conventional weapons to fight witches, can Eponine have a hunting band of non-magical girl warriors helping her take down witches with assault rifles, grenades, etc.?

I won't stop you. Just remember that humans are pretty squishy when it comes to fighting Witches.
Can I assume that the state of technology is the same as in PMMM? For example cell phones and computers?

Generally speaking, yes.
To any possible players out there, we just started, and there's plenty of room for you. Feel free to join.
And there we go, OP is up. Hopefully it's satisfactory to y'all, and you may now begin.
"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable

The sun rose in the sky, cresting the horizon as it spread it's bright rays across the skies of Aurora. The city stirred into wakefulness as people rose. With the day would come common business, people going to work, school, and the daily affairs of life. There was peace, at least for the moment, a state of affairs that many hoped would endure for the foreseeable future. They had no desire for their life, hard though it might be, to be disturbed.

Meanwhile, Magical Girls were left to do as they wished as well. Many returned from busy nights of hunting Witches, new collections of Grief Seeds in their possession. Some of those would be handed over to the government as taxes, while the rest would be used to stave off the black corruption in their Soul Gems. Some would go to sleep, to rest from the hard fights they had doubtlessly fought, while others would head off to school, battling weariness and exhaustion to continue with some semblance of their old lives. It was a delicate balance, one not many could keep.

As for those less scrupulous elements, they awoke as well. Some to plan, to scheme, or to undertake their business in the darker corners of the city where there were no eyes to watch. Especially for them, the time of day did not matter, for gangs, crime networks, or the Shadow Compact.

Conflicting interests, high stakes games of power and politics, with the innocent, powerless, and uncaring caught in the crossfire. In this world of magical girls and power, things will never be simple.

Up in the large skyscraper that made up the dwelling of the current ruler of the Aurora City Authority, Alexandra Hertz rested casually on a large sofa, gaze directed to the glass window that gave her an impressive view of the skyline. One had to be impressed with the resilience of humans, that such a violent beginning could herald such a powerful recovery. And now she could look across her domain from on high.

She'd taken this by right, by force, and she planned to keep it. This was her domain, and now she ruled it for her benefit, as well as the benefit of everyone. Sure, there'd been hard times in her rule, but she liked to think that she balanced it out by the good she had done. It was just a fact that suffering happened, and she could hardly be blamed for it.

As she rested, sipping from a glass, there was a knock on the door behind her. "Enter," she called, not having to look and see since she already knew who it was. It would be Caroline, her right hand and the one who made sure she didn't get too overwhelmed with things.

"Good morning," Caroline replied as she stepped in, papers held in hand. She was calm, loyal, the perfect right hand, and had been with Alexandra through thick and thin. And she was more than worth her weight in a fight as well. She moved to the living room and stood in front of Caroline, facing away from the view.

Alexandra nodded as she straightened up, placing the near empty glass off to the side. "And how fares my realm?" It was part of their routine, to start the day with a status update and address the problems that she would have to deal with. While she could enjoy herself, sadly the life of a ruler wasn't so easy, and it was up to her to make sure things continued to run as expected.

"Good, for the moment," Caroline replied as she sat down unbidden, shuffling the papers she held. "Production is up, public approval is steady, and the Shadow Compact have been quiet." Leaving aside the rumor of magical girls working with them anyway. She knew Alexandra wouldn't have any time for rumors without basis, so she didn't mention it.

"I see." Alexandra broke into a light smile, grateful for the good news. "Well, that's good. Peace and stability are what this world needs."

Caroline nodded in agreement, leaving any differing opinions to herself. "Shall we get to work then?"

"Yes, lets."
Why use guns when you can use glorious Nippon steel folded over a thousand times, which can cut through anything, though? :P
