An early New Year's bump
<Snipped quote by Savato>

I think the worst part is though is that Ashoka is with that group. The Force lets her do some crazy things. xD.

An Ahsoka who doesn't feel compelled to hold to the Jedi code, and spent most of the intervening time with Assaj Ventress. So it gets even better. :V
@Flamelord

If you dare to attack us prepare for....

LAZORS

Personal force fields.
Ba'al has arrived. Let the fun begin.
Ahsoka Tano, Eastgate City, Arcadia-2

"Sure," Ahsoka agreed without complaint. She could use some food herself, and the prospect of her guest eating a lot wasn't exactly daunting. She had a lot of money, provided courtesy of the Rebel Alliance and the time that she had spent in the Unknown Region. Credits hadn't exactly been worth a lot there, so she had built up quite the bankroll.

She would allow Light to lead the way, letting them go on for a bit before speaking up at last. "So, is everyone from your world as durable as you are?" It seemed like a reasonable question to ask, given what she had seem before. And she was genuinely curious, wanting to compare it to the races she had met before.

Saten Ruiko, Nova's Palace, Arcadia-1

"Alright," Ruiko agreed without argument as Nova beckoned her over, the girl less impressed with the suddenly appearing chairs. She took her seat and surveyed the food present, soon digging in as she satisfied her hunger. Even if it had been produced by his absurdly strong powers, she couldn't deny that the food definitely tasted good. So she wasted no time in eating.

But, at the same time, she also listened patiently as Nova explained what was at hand. Honestly, it wasn't anything amazingly illuminative, given what she had heard in her classes before, but she accepted it nonetheless. "Don't worry, I will," she reassured him with a firm determination. She held no regret for the path that she was on, but merely looked forward to developing her powers and seeing just how far she could go. Would she be able to meet a Level 5 and provide a challenge, perhaps even win? Only time would tell, but she was looking forward to seeing what came from it.

That said, she watched with awed interest as Nova reached out to form a new Eternity Gate, to interact with those in the other side. Already she could feel anticipation in the air. This was definitely going to be interesting.

Ba'al and Teal'c, Ba'al's Ha'tak->Nova's Palace, Arcadia-1

Both Teal'c and Ba'al were taken by surprise as the Eternity Gate opened, a portal suddenly appearing on the bridge of the vessel that allowed a clear view of Nova on the other side, the Emperor issuing his statement, as well as his threat. but while Ba'al might have been intimidated by the display, he didn't show it. He would not be swayed so easily, especially not when he was still, at least in his mind, a powerful player in this game.

"Well then, I'm impressed," he admitted as he glanced over at Teal'c. "Assemble the honor guard. Tell the fleet to move off the coast of New York City, but wait there for my signal." He wouldn't leave them in the middle of the ocean when he might need them in the immediate future. Especially after a threat such as that. He hadn't gotten to this position by being a fool.

"Yes Lord Ba'al," Teal'c replied with a bow, activating the ships internal comms. In a few moments the Jaffa would arrive, helmets deployed and carrying staff weapons. Not the most efficient, but they would serve their purpose dutifully and faithfully. Once they had arrived Ba'al rose from his seat, brushing his black clothes as his eyes flashed, his voice taking on a second distinct tone. "Now then, let us depart." With Teal'c and the honor guard lading the way, he stepped through the portal.

Six honor guard would proceed through, the snake helmets hiding their faces. Still, if Nova were to scan their minds he would find that they were in full control of their faculties. The baby Goa'uld survived in a pouch in their stomach, supporting their immune system and providing absurd strength and regenerative ability, making it a more even symbiotic relationship than a parasitic one at this point. Even Teal'c was the same, with the golden symbol on his forehead.

The only one to be different was Ba'al, who had no such pouch, and whose symbiote was in the head, controlling the body. He was calm as he stepped through, though there was some amusement as he beheld the palace created by the Kolons. His honor guard made ranks, Teal'c stepping forward as befitted his position, and at last Ba'al himself came to a stop as well.

"I am Ba'al, greatest of the System Lords, leader of the Goa'uld Empire and protector of the Jaffa, humans, and Tau'ri. This is my First Prime, Teal'c." He gestured to Teal'c, the man standing stoic and doing nothing that might look badly upon Ba'al. "I heard that the 'God Emperor of Mankind' wished to speak with me, and so I am here.What did you have to say?"
And @flamelord Wanna have a ladies day with Light and Ahsoka? lol

Sure, why not?

Roman Torchwick - Bar O'Brien

Roman resisted the urge to roll his eyes, instead taking another drag from the cigar and enjoying the soothing sensation it had. It made a nice distraction from the brusque man next to him, who somehow thought that he was all that young. Which was patently ridiculous, all told. "Well, I'm not exactly a new hand at this," he replied calmly.

He lifted the cigar away to take a sip from his drink, enjoying the cool rush of the mint. It seemed his current companion didn't agree though, but that was alright. Roman wasn't about to force his preferences on anything else. "I find it makes a nice test for a new establishment. Depending on how it goes, then I know the quality of the bartender." This place wasn't Juniors, but it would do. Hopefully the grunts were of better quality though.

Returning to his cigar, he watched with a sideways glance as Armstrong produced a businesscard before introducing himself. Roman was suitably impressed before he slid it away in a pocket for a later date. "Roman Torchwick, but I'm guessing you already knew that," he said, introducing himself in return. Going off of the reception he had gotten on his arrival, it wasn't an unreasonable assumption to make.

Following on the heels of that he nodded, relaxing comfortably now even as the discussion went on. "Yeah, I've heard of it. Fortunately it also makes the perfect target, once the right groundwork is in place." That was why his plan involved the Guild, though he wasn't about to immediately spring for them. He knew from experience that that was the best way to earn a disproportionate response that would end badly for everyone involved.

But there wasn't much time to go on as a metal fellow with a cape, looking like one of those Atlesian robots, approached them, speaking to Armstrong upon arrival. Well then, this was interesting wasn't this. "I'm just gonna go out on a limb and guess that the tin can is the General you were talking about," he asked Armstrong, which gesturing back at Grievous. This just kept getting more interesting and weird, didn't it?

Don't listen to @Lucius Cypher or you'll go to the dark side! Stay with me, friend!

Sounds like someone's in for a bad time.
<Snipped quote by Lmpkio>

Exactly, and what advantages does Light side give over dark? None. Absolutely none.

Welll....the Light Side is less likely to make you a genocidal monster that engages in pointless cruelty just because you can, and doesn't have the problem of Chronic Backstabbing Disorder amongst the entire subset of the population of Force Users?
@Flamelord Aye the Fist is looking for a job.

Well then, the Fist should make an entrance before all the slots for this job are filled up.
