Aside from the issue of how she's connected to the Sweepers, she looks good so far. I take it you'll work out how she gets back into DGO through IC?

Something like that, yeah.
While the Goa'uld may not have been fortunate enough to immediate see the Imperium when they arrived, they noticed quickly enough. it would be stupid to not have some sort of active detecting system up, not until the base they had was fully established. Needless to say, if they could detect the Stargate being activated before (improbable though it might be), they would be able to detect it happening again as the news was reported in. The news of the Imperium approaching was not likely to go over well when it came down to it.

So while the army appeared outside the gates of the newly created Goa'uld base, there was activity from the approaching Goa'uld as well. By the time the Imperium had fully set up, they would find not much. The single Tel'tak, the Stargate, a dozen or so soldiers with staff weapons. Ultimately pitiful, compared to the might of this massive army that had been assembled before it. Then again, it wouldn't be the Imperium if there wasn't overkill involved.

Still, they would find one thing waiting for them. Specifically Ba'al, standing at the front of the Goa'uld camp, dressed in his imposing robes and looking as smug as ever. "This is sovereign territory of the Go'auld Star Empire," Ba'al proclaimed as he looked over the force that had been assembled, obviously unimpressed.

That said, he turned his attention to Dromari, regarding him carefully even as he spoke. "There was never any accord," he pointed out. "Merely an understanding, which I have decided is against my best interests. I seem to recall the summit where we were to agree to the accord being attached before it could be agreed to, and as such I have no reason to agree to a document that is not active in force, nor one that I am not bound by."

His arms folded across his chest, he took on a grin as he looked at the Imperium commander, his challenge made clear. "Depart from this planet immediately, and return to where you came from. Any attack or attempt to remove my Jaffa will be seen as a declaration of war against the Goa'uld Empire, and trust me Commander, that is a war you cannot win." That said, he waited to see what Drmari would do.

@thewizardguy
So, I'm back. With an actually good character set up now.

If any of the players with Sweeper characters are interested in doing so, then I'd like to fill the black hole in Masae's backstory before it becomes relevant. If nothing comes up then I'll just have to write a sob story involving a Nigerian prince and make you all feel bad :V
Wasn't Ulith confined to a playing card?

Not when the battle arena was open, or in the white room.

Besides, if ghost man can get a body and Zuriel can take the core of a world, I'm sure she could figure out some way to make it work.
Well then, this one is a bit trickier but I might as well give it a shot. So, have a baddie.

I'd argue that that defeats the entire purpose of having La Delphinus as an ability, but whatever you say boss.

As seen in Immortality's End - Prodigy Prophecy

Name: Edwyrd Oriwarin
Age: 21
Sex: Male
Race: Elvish
Nation: Federation of Mecrundyr
Position/Status: Merchant Prince of the Republic of Tyre
History: Within the constituent Republics of the Federation of Mecrundyr there are certain individuals, families that have extensive connections and economic ties that far surpass those of the average citizens. They are connected by blood and money, either through familial ties or a patrimonial relationship between the heads of those powerfuls families and the people that they helped put into certain positions within the Federations power structure, as well as the economic system. Edwyrd was a member of one of those families.

Edwyrd was the eldest son of an Elvish family, one that had come to the Federation some time ago. They had managed to cement themselves inside the city through the development of capital, and he was raised to take over the business one day, when his father had retired. They had their hands extended through the Republic of Tyre and into several of the Republics beyond, not the strongest of the families but certainly not the weakest of them. They were involved in trade, government, and had their interests well in hand. He was raised well and learned avidly, proving himself to have a bit of a charismatic talent that would serve him well.

Then everything changed. The arcane cannon of Baelwill was destroyed, the arch priestess assassinated, and the people of that land returned home or simply vanished, leaving everyone to wonder what had happened. The winds of change had started to blow, and even Edwyrd could feel that.

Yet in the Federation things stayed the same. There were some murmurings, some calls for people to march and reclaim the world for themselves, but ultimately nothing came of it. There was no profit in war, in rambunctious change and violent conflict, not with the system that had been set up in the past. And ultimately the people were more concerned with the threat of the Werefolk, now more of a concern than ever since Baelwill is not around to keep them suppressed.

Ultimately Edwyrd came to power in a manner that he would not have liked, his father visiting some of his friends when the village was attacked by Werefolk, and he was killed while assisting in the defense. that left Edwyrd to take up leadership of his family, with the connections and influence that that implies. It has not been so easy settling in, but the transition was managed without significant loss, and now he is ready to go on.

Yet he is not content. Young, ambitious, not content with the status quo. Edwyrd plans to rise to the top of the Federation, and to make his mark on the world. Whatever it takes. And if that means striking against Baelwill, then so be it.

Skills and Abilities:

Tongue of Gold - Practically a necessity for any patrician, Edwyrd is very much a 'people person'. He has been trained in the art of conversation and debate, and how to interact with people. Whether it be talking with a rich aristocrat or a common shoemaker on the street, he knows just how to make a friend and leave a mark, which can be very useful when it comes to negotiations and diplomatic meetings. Not perfect, perhaps, but definitely above the norm

Mind of Money - As one would understand by his occupation, Edwyrd has a keen understanding of finances and the working of business, whether it be the operation of a business, the management of trade, government finances, or what have you. It comes down to knowing how the money flows, the right palms to grease to get things moving your way, and in a system where wealth is the true determinator of the influence that you have in society he is essentially geared towards that sort of lifestyle. Something that will probably come to good use in a military campaign.

Melting Pot of the World - The Republic of Tyre is a part of the Federation of Mecrundyr, a nation renowned for trade and its cosmpolitan nature. This means that the Republic is home to a multitude of people and races, from humans to elves and beyond. It is a nation stewing in ideas and beliefs, meaning that it is a very progressive society, even if it is not the most warlike as it could potentially be. Those who are educated, such as Edwyrd himself, have had some significant contact with other beliefs and ideologies, meaning a greater understanding in learning and places to pursue the development of knowledge

Song of the Sellsword - As a Republic that invests heavily in trade and mercantilism, Tyre relies primarily on the usage of mercenary forces when defending itself. While it can mobilize its population for a conflict if need be, it is much more efficient to use the wealth that many of the patricians have available to hire others to fight for them in their conflicts. While previously this may have been against other Republics in the Federation over various trade disputes that have spilled out of control, now it is primarily directed against the Werefolk. Nonetheless, it allows for a readily available source of military force, without the time, effort, and danger involved in training the populace to fight.
Name: IF

Universe: Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;birth

Appearance:

Personality: IF is a knowledgeable person, used to traveling on her own and relying on her self. She can be overconfident when it comes to areas that she has a lot of knowledge in, and can be pretty headstrong when it comes down to it. She tends to plan out things and accomplish them in her own way, which can lead to problems when she is being dragged into ding things that she doesn't think help accomplish her own objectives, or those of the group. She does have a sarcastic side to her, but is ultimately a good person who will do the right thing.

Has a bit of wanderlust, due to not really knowing what it's like to have a home. Annoyed by the conversation topic of chest size, and has a serious addiction to her cell phone. Nonetheless, when the chips are down she will stand by her friends through thick and thin.

Abilities:
Demon Flames - A series of explosions rip through an area before a pillar of fire rises from the ground to burn anything caught inside it. Magical based, and it deals fire damage as you might expect

La Delphinus - Another area of effect attack that causes a pillar of light to rise from the ground, striking anything inside.

Green Nova - A skill that allows her to heal a single target of damage they have suffered. Can fully heal broken limbs, scratches, but more significant damage requires additional time and energy that she may not have in a battlefield situation.

Apocalypse Nova - IF's ultimate attack, this can only be pulled off when she has sufficiently charged up with energy. Bolts of energy are thrown out that explode on contact with the ground or a target, which she then follows up with a solid energy laced punch, before delivering a final vertical slice of energy for significant damage.

Name: Ulith
Universe: WIXOSS
Appearance:

Personality: Ulith is not a nice person, showing sadistic and potentially outright sociopathic tendencies, while being somewhat stuck up at the same time. She is a skilled manipulator who delights in the suffering of others, though she is more than capable of long term planning to achieve that end. She is in this for herself, and that is all there is to it.
Abilities:
Magic - Ulith has the ability to draw upon offensive shadow magic, which allows her to throw out purplish blasts of magic at a foe. She can also use it to create a shield for herself or someone else, though it can be overwhelmed with sufficient applied force.

Blood Dance - Tied to her magical ability, Ulith can generate a nexus point, from which she can unleash bolts of red lightning to strike her foes. This draws upon energy to use and does not last very long, but she can use it to strike more than one foe at a time.

Swordplay - While Ulith is adept at unarmed combat, she also has quite a bit of skill in the usage of bladed weapons. This is useful thanks to her ability to use her magic to create a sword for herself, though it is otherwise unremarkable beyond being a blade.

Superhuman Abilities - Due to the nature of her existence, Ulith is somewhat beyond a normal human, both in terms of reflexes and speed, as well as strength and durability. This comes at the expense of increased energy usage, and after battles she will need some time to recover before she can effectively fight again.
