Alright then. Time for new Tatiana upgrade and a bit of a gear change. The upgrade is basically cosmetic though.

Tatiana Lorenz

All in all Tatiana thought she was doing pretty well. She'd dealt some damage, and Balrog seemed too distracted with fighting Graf to really try and stop her. Now they just had to push the offensive and claim their victory in the realm of Arcadia.

And then her thrusters both failed at the same time. And her HUD went dead. And her guns stopped working, and wow all of a sudden that acid really started hurting like a bitch.

"Well shit," she cursed as she tried to get control back. Too little and too late, and if the acid didn't kill her then the head on crash would. Note to self, don't get so distracted by single one v one fights next time. And was anyone really surprised?
Okay, I get that. I just thinking having some general indication like 'Once you hit five post rotations or so you're in for a Bad Time (tm)' would be useful for people when trying to determine stuff like this.

Anyway, will post later today. Will be very short, because I don't feel like spending time describing out an excruciatingly painful Ark of the Covenant style death.

It may not be implicitely on the CS sheet, but Victoire has used this in every battle she's participated in since the beginning of the RP.

I mean, I know that. The power not being listed on the CS is more problematic because it does not lay out the natural progression of the flower/acid and, say, at what point it goes from 'annoying' to 'kill you and dissolve your body inside a minute'. So without GM prompting there is no easy way to go see how much damage it should be doing to your character
Right then. As future advice, perhaps you should stick around in future battles to provide updates on how far the acid stuff has spread and how effective it is even after Victoire has left the battle. Because none of us have known since she was removed back on page 25, which probably explains why you are so disappointed that people haven't been dropping dead because of it. When we're left to draw our own conclusions, naturally we're going to err on the side of having a cool scene in a fight rather than getting impotently murdered by environmental hazards. It isn't in her character sheet after all.

And as a general statement to everyone else in the thread, I would like to now laugh in your face and say "Hah, I told you so."
So, dumb question. Once it gets to 'eat off your face with acid' level how are you supposed to counter it? Besides carpet nuking the entire battlefield I mean.

As for ignoring it, I think its because it's hard for us to determine what the particular effect of it will be at points, so we can only guess and hope that it's right. Victoire's character sheet only has 'has blood powers', and the GMs have made no mention of it in the past three pages, so we've been left to figure out on our own how it escalates in effectiveness. Which, unsurprisingly, has resulted in us doing what we want to fight an actual battle rather than everyone dying of environmental hazards.

On the plus side at least Henry won't get Bastion. :P
Henry is still around, but is kinda getting ganged up on and I think Bastion was about to murder him with magic eye hax. So he probably won't last long.
@Flamelord

Meanwhile Natasha is not being compassionate to them because she doesn't have to because they're bad

No no, you are showing compassion by helping them escape their cursed, tormented existence with as little suffering as possible. This is totally legit.
@Flamelord I have to officially say that's a Vow that most people would easily break if it wasn't for an RP. :)

It isn't a virtue because it's easy :p
@Flamelord Tryin' to be civil? At least, Zargoth the Endless has a reason to insult Beacon. XP

Well Alicia did make a Vow of Patience. That doesn't exactly lend itself to angry tirades.
