As with any school, students are taught a core curriculum of reading, writing, mathematics, science, geography, etc. These lessons are typically taught in classroom setting, and in fact are learned at all in order to facilitate later instruction in tactics and strategy. Students learn the Shinobi Rules, how to strengthen their minds and bodies, and receive special lectures from veteran shinobi. They are taken through the handling of ninja weapons and tools, like shuriken and kunai, learning how to throw and wield them through target practice, as well as instructed on the basics of trap-setting. Academy students are also taught about chakra and how to use it, hand seals.
The initial class of an Academy Student starts out a a block(classroom setting), depending on the student's pace; he/she's granted the choice to pick a specialty, aside from the General Classes that teaches the general fundamentals of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu. Once a specialty is picked, the student will then undergo the extra curriculum. Students who picked more than one specialty are immediately endorsed to The Advanced Curriculum.
Girls on the other hand must attend kunoichi classes, where they are taught about other cultures and how skills such as flower arranging will help them to blend in during an infiltration mission. By the time they reach 18 years old, they are to be deflowered and go under Kunoichi Covert Training.
As of the modernization movement, proper academic scores are now required for graduation, regardless of chosen course. While the ninja curriculum is offered to students of all ages, the academic studies provided along side it will only be up to middle-school level. Whether a student graduates the ninja exams, they can continue forward in the Academy to further their studies in other areas.
Serve as the Ninja Academy's equivalent of physical education. In taijutsu class, students are engaged in physical activities to help train their bodies and develop their stamina. Sparring is common.

Shinobi who wanted to specialize in a certain area are entitled to pick one or more specialty. However it takes wages to get into this.
Picking one specialty is already costly, The Advanced Curriculum is frequently criticized for rich people only and not affordable for others. However those with exceptional talents are immediately endorsed to the curriculum as scholars, and are funded by a sponsor. The curriculum teaches advanced academics, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu, along with weaponry classes aka Bukijutsu Classes that also allows the student to select the weapon(s) they want to master.
Shinobi are declining and the Daimyou had come up with a plan to cater to people who is bent on becoming a Shinobi. Internships are attainable at Chuunin Rank, these jobs are organized and are vital to a Shinobi's future job. These are the top jobs that internships are available:

After his death; Ashura his second son became the true successor of ninshuu while Hamura and the rest of their followers became Priests that guard the once Juubi, now 9 separate beings, the bijuu. It is said that these 9 beings possess knowledge that surpasses beyond Hagoromo himself, they are revered as Gods and were often consulted by men however things changed when Indra coerced them to the despicable things.

Seigirama gave the lands of Tamazuki to A the First Raikage, Hozuki Higetsu the First Mizukage, Bakushima the First Tsuchikage, and Itto the First Kazekage.
Following his supremacy, Konoha was recreated by Seigirama himself along with Uchiha Tomoe(Tamazuki's daughter), Sarutobi Saburo, Shimura Fuuma and Hyuuga Hanako. These five people were the founders of the Leaf village along with their respective clans, Uchiha, Senju, Sarutobi, Shimura and Hyuuga. The ninja world set blazed through a breakthrough as the village system were implemented to bring a bright future.
The only mistake of Seigirama were the Uchiha's segregation from the village, they were treated as outcasts.

Kanade died at the age of 80 and passed the crown to her disciple, Hyuuga Hideki.

This was called S.E.T (Satetsu En Treaty) where learning is expanded through means of Bukijutsu Academies, Medical Academies, Samurai Academies, and refined Ninja Academies. Unfortunately the treaty was only for a short time as the second world war sparked.
During the II Shinobi World War, youths of 10 years old and above were sent to fight the Unseki Chigiri Rengou(Cloud-Stone and Blood Mist Alliance). It was harsh as the Chinioke demonstrated slaughter in the battlefield along with the fearsome bloodline limit users of Explosion, Scorch, and Dust--- the war lasted for 10 years. With the 3rd Hokage's death on his 7th year, his successor, Ichiraku Futaba crowned as the 4th Hokage maintained the progression of the S.E.T and turned the tides of the war, she opened the hearts of the Uchihas and had them participated and end the war, Futaba as well gained the Uzumaki clan and had them as refugees which also strengthened Konoha's ties with Uzushio and of course, their fearsome fuinjutsu contributed in ending the war.
After the war, Futaba gained the trust of the Mist village under the leadership of 5th Mizukage, Yuzu Terumi. It wasn't long that the Military Police of Konoha was re-established as well as the Shinobi Alliance. Futaba became the most accomplished Hokage in history, she made Konoha reach its golden age, even surpassing the 2nd Hokage's reign.
Futaba was the youngest Hokage that ever ruled and lived; she ruled when she was 14 and she's currently 35 years old. She resigned from her leadership at the age of 20 and pursued her Ramen Restaurant career. Kaminarimon Suhou became the 5th Hokage.

While this Boruto Naruto RP is cyberpunk. The level of technology and science is grounded which mean that there are no guns in this RP and no usage of Kote because it undermines hardwork beats talent however the Shinobi of this time are more akin to Boruto's time considering the fact that it is the IRL equivalent of the Internet age where our generation learn things faster but lacking of discipline.
