Ria fancies herself as an "adult" who has witnessed everything about the world, this causes the people around her to react indifferently and treat her based on the seemingly faulty logic upon first impressions. She is condescending to a fault and speaks in loud volume, assuring her insistence of superiority over everyone and will not tolerate loss and reluctance, believing that one must be earnest at heart in regards to the responsibilities that they are entrusted. Her temperament is dependent on the people she interacts with, varying in treatment and intimacy unless it is an elderly she talks to. Ria won't also be so accommodating but if it is someone who piqued her interest she will be thrilled enough to make an effort to get to know them and participate in their endeavors.

Despite Ria's stance an adult, she is very much still a child with her unchecked superiority-inferiority complex. Her child-likeness is prominent with her emotional escalations, blaming, lying, name-calling, impulsive behavior tied with the need of being the center of attention and budding narcissism considering the fact that all of her immature defense and ego stemmed from her achievements and upbringing as a Level 5. Ria is also passionate and relatively cunning despite her wild mass of ego that is blocking her redeeming qualities and rather finds it extremely embarrassing whenever expressing herself to people hence resulting in crude responses that are often misunderstood and only comprehended by people that are able to see through her cold exterior. She is also a fanatic and an advocate of cute and sweet things like plush animals and vanilla ice cream, this is most likely the easiest way to get her to get a good flowing conversation.

_History

Ria is the eldest child of Tsurara Mafuyu and Tsurara Miyuki her birth name was originally Maria and upon some typo error, it only recorded the last three letters of her name thus it stick as Ria. The potential of Ria's ability was so promising when she was a level 3 at an elementary age, the institute seized the opportunity and did hardcore experiments to Ria. Despite her reluctance at first, she couldn't refuse and decided to proceed with the hardcore training that took place on an after school basis and on weekends.

The Institute provided training that was hellish for the 7 year old Ria for the sake of maximizing her ability. She was forced to use her ability on extreme heat conditions as well as being dipped in boiling water ensuring that she would withstand and freeze it, results showed that her ability despite its simplicity of ice creation was worthy of research and manpower theorizong that as a level 5, the versatility of her ability would overwhelm armies. Apart from its research and military purposes, the Institute was also kind enough to let artistic organizations, ice dealers, and human resources benefit from Ria's ability and as a matter of fact, most of the ice museums are made out of Ria's ability and sold at a higher price outside Academy City. Ria gains commission for her contributions too.

Realizing her use, Ria grew up too fast for her age because it was not only the experiments but also the businesses that she encountered provided the use of her ability. She developed a skill for entrepreneurship along the way making her an independent person thus pride overtaking her. Ria then claimed that she had seen how thd world works based on her experiences thus being one of Academy's top contributors in business.

_Taiga

Ria belongs to the Esper group Cryomaster, allowing her to generate and manipulate ice at the expense of body heat. At lower levels she is able to craft small constructs of ice, from a cup to a small ice action figure and at Level 5, she can create constructs at a faster rate allowing her to summon a barrage of ice constructs preferrably a volley of blades fired like a machinegun. She is also able to elevate herself with support constructs by making icy stairs and platforms to close distances that she could not reach.

The usage of ice constructs vary upon creativity of the Cryomaster. Most of the time, Cryomasters need not rely on creating shaped ice but rather waves of ice comprising of geysers, hail, walls for defenses and ridges. It is to be noted that Cryomasters who rely on using waves are more dangerous because of its brute force while Cryomasters who rely on creating ice with forms such as swords and needles are much more precise because the larger the ice, it becomes imprecise while the smaller the ice, the more precison it has. Ria has both brute force and precision considering the superb control she has over ice allowing her to have a wide array of arsenal.She can alter in forms, either waves or shaped ones.

Her strongest move is named Taiga. Ria basically causes an ice explosion at wide area of effect. The result of Taiga is that the surrounding area is turned into an icy wasteland. The aftermath leaves her in a vulnerable state.

_Equipment

Thanks to the profit Ria earned. She purchased herself a suit that withstands prolonged usage of her ability allowing her to extensively use more ice than she could. The suit is colored blue and is filled with heat pads on its vital parts and a built in heat sink that releases heat when the meter reader shows that Ria hits her limit. Once used, it will take another 30 minutes for the heater to work hence Ria must use her ability wisely.

The fight against Saber and Rider was intense and was too fast for Rei to even keep up even with reinforcement. On the other hand, things savagely played rigjt into her hands as if a miracle happened for an alliance is to be written or not. Rei's tactical deception saved her and Rider and she was at awe and great relief surviving the first night of the war.

"I got everything set up." Rei showed Rider the motorbike she just bought for him, a Dodge Tomahawk modified specifically for Rider with Rei's intent of making it as Rider's pseudo-noble phantasm. Thanks to the wealth of her clan, Rei was able to buy Rider's vehicle.

"I had fun last night. Thrilling as it sounded, is it wrong for me to enjoy fighting, L-Lancer? I kinda wanna see Saber's Master and dont you worry about me when it comes to fighting, I can duke out enough ice as it is." Although Rei did not fight at hand, she kinda did given that her mana is powerful enough to sustain Rider.

"Anyway. A weapons shop is right ahead of us. I read about your history and you had 10 ninja with you, you see that is what exactly what I am trying to do. But then again...I still have that spider inside my bag and still trying to figure it out. In case I forgot, our conversation was shortlived. You wanted to ask me something? I suppose we can spare a little small talk."

Before Rei could further confide herself to her servant, she sensed a change of shift in the wind, it blew vehemently and came a servant in their midst whose parameters are simply immense and Rider pushed her out of the way to protect her. This was not the time for sentimental things as much as she wanted to talk yo her servant, it is a Holy Grail War indeed.

"My~...Men are really hard and hotblooded showing off their whatever form of blades. I for one agree with Lancer over here." Rei comically seriously unintentiomally teased, she was serious on what she said despite the subtext and innuendo as any normal person would find it a double meaning and react to its perverted subtext.

"Let's settle things in a non-violent manner with your Master, Mr. Handsome Man, you jumped all the way here only to make swoon. So much, that I am melting and dying for more than just a kiss from you." Rei was taught deceptive tactics by Yukina, her aunt and she hated it but it would so be useful in a situation like this. Rei delivered it perfectly and acted accordingly, sounding serious yet sarcasrtic thus leaving mixed thoughts.

Her skin was pale like how she lusted fot heat, a skin that is as white as snow due to heat impulse.

In her mind, this is the best course of action to avoid death and an alliance is preferred, casting her pride and personal issue aside in the mean time.
