Ryan frowned and thought on Chase's offer. Losing his abilities for a week would be detrimental to his job as Disciplinary Committee Leader, but a personal treasure from Chase's treasury...

"I'm in. I'm highly likely to lose, but on the off chance I win... I would advance my potential immensely." Ryan looked at Chase with a hardened and determined stare. "You would do well to not underestimate us. I will now revise my earlier statement. I am not likely to lose whatsoever. Not only will I win, but I will do it in record time."

Ryan smiled and decided to up the stakes. "I would actually like to place an additional wager. I will be the one to land the scratch on you. If I do, I want two treasures. If I do not and someone else does, you will seal my abilities for a week. If we all fail, you will seal my abilities for two weeks. Does that sound nice?" Ryan asked. He already wanted to take his words back, but it was too late. His pride was on the line now.

"Ah good. We are probably close then." Ryan looked around and saw something fleeing out of the corner of his eye. "After it!" Ryan sprinted towards where he saw the thing and looked around. "Gone."

Ryan continued his search when he saw Liam buying a stone for his male Ralts. "Why have I not thought of this." he smacked his forehead and turned to Shiranui. "I need to take a quick break, sorry." Ryan went in himself and managed to bargain for a Mega Pin and a Dawn Stone. He cursed his luck in not finding a Key Stone, but was gald to get the holder for it. It was becoming increasingly harder nowadays to get Mega Stones. He wanted to get the Mega Galladite, but decided against it. He could probably ask one of Professor Sycamore's associates for Mega Stones instead. He came back out and pinned the Mega Pin to his shirt and looked at Shiranui. "Forgive me, I needed to get something done quickly. Let's continue our search." Ryan then continued his patrol.

"Good to hear. I have actually formed a hypothesis on what the Pokemon could be. I believe it is either a Espurr or a Meowstic based on the description given." Ryan explained his hypothesis as he began walking around the city.

"Just know I don't tolerate liars OR perverts." Ryan teleported away and landed on his feet outside the room Meruin and company was in. He felt the insane power coming off of the Master Magus and hastily constructed a barrier around himself. He noticed a barrier around the room, but it wasn't strong enough to fully stifle the aura. He slapped a few paper tags on the door to try and restrain the powerful aura further and walked in. "Meruin, please be more careful when communicating with your Masters. I saw 5 passed out students outside the room. You're lucky that they probably don't need medical attention." He hesitated for a moment. "Do they need medical attention? I don't think I checked." He summoned a minor wind demon to get the nurse just in case. "Either way, please exercise caution in the future."

"That seems to be a sound plan. Would anyone like to come with me to search for this mysterious psychic Pokemon?" Ryan asked the group as he had nothing better to do and his curiosity was piqued.
