You've got a low-end tier-2 Titan Brute.

Assuming the quad-rocket, like the Archer, can perform indirect and dumb-fire in a pinch.
(hopefully indirect when solely under AI control. I mean, Mortar Spectres seem to manage just fine...)

Was originally wondering if the Multi-target rockets fired from the quad or not, but those appear to come from a seprate shoulder-mounted launcher.

Satchels are equiped with a deadman-switch. And are rigged to explode on-person in the event of execution.
-Not sure what a half-dozen satchel going off simultaniously in the hands of a Vangaurd Titan, but it probably wouldn't be pretty.

Or a satchel planted in the battery-core of a titan...
