I'm really interested to see something develop between Neko and Kash, mainly because they're such polar opposites. Kash is relatively smart, however she's much more emotional and passionate than cold and calculating. And it's likely that the police see Kash as more of a criminal than a hero, since she doesn't just steal from gangs and drug dealers, but from big corporations as well. However, her reason for stealing is heroic, as every penny of it goes to the struggling families of Metropolis's slums. She's what one would call chaotic good. 

The only problem is that, in their first encounter, Kash would only be interested in getting the cash that Neko stole. I suppose she could try to talk her fellow thief, Robin Hood-esque person into splitting the sums, but I'm not sure how that'd play out.  Do you have any ideas?

Name: Kassandra "Kash" King

Age: 18

Appearance: If one were to sum up Kash's appearance in one word, it would probably be...'Unique'. Her tangly hair is a plain black color and goes down a little past her shoulders. She has blue streaks that run through her messy mane, which is the thing that catches the eye most when if comes to her hair. 

She stands fairly tall about 5'10", and her figure is somewhat boyish, with slightly broad shoulders and a thin frame. However, she is also fairly toned and muscular from her time working in the garage. She usually wears her work clothes everywhere, since clothes are expensive, and she usually visits the garage at least once a day, so it's good for her to have work clothes at the ready. 

These work clothes consist of a tank top that was once white, but is now covered in grease and oil, baggy jeans, and torn up, stained tennis shoes, though when she's actually working, she tends to put on a jumpsuit as well. However, more than anything else, her most notable physical feature is the amount of her tattoos, which cover most of her body. Since the garage she works at doubles as a tattoo parlor, she gets crazy discounts on tattoos, and, when you take into account that she can do them herself some of the time, it's practically free. The most important tattoo is one on her chest, over her heart. It depicts a red human heart with a bluejay cuddling up against it. There are many depictions of bluejays hidden in the rest of her tattoos, but the one on her chest is the most prominent. 

Powers:
Technopathy: Kash naturally knows how machines work. Not in an intellectual way, but in an instinctual way. She can, in a way, feel technology, as a sort of a sixth sense. It's a sort of a buzzing. As such, she's able to make devices and gadgets for herself and others. However, the more low tech the technology, the harder it is for her to feel. For example, she's more likely to feel a pistol than a crossbow. Lately, she's discovered that she can also make minor changes to technology, such as jamming a gun or overheating an engine. 

Gadgets: Due to her natural abilities, Kash has a full armory of special gadgets, devices, weapons, and clothing. However, due to her lack of wealth, most of her items are made of materials that can be found in a junkyard, giving most of her devices a distinctly "poor" look, though their quality is top notch. 

The Epidermis: The Epidermis is Kash's most worked-on project. It is a one-piece motorcycle suit that's been modified to have a vast number of uses. First off, the suit has, built into its four limbs, specific machinery that improves the wearer's strength. In addition, the fabric is bullet proof, and acts as a sort of an armor in absorbing weaker attacks. Built into the suit are various tools to help in Kash's thieving. The suit is also equipped with a pair of brass knuckles and steel boot toes, both of which are electrically charged and will cause shocking damage to opponents. On the waist of the Epidermis are two holsters, one on each side, each holding a pistol-esque gun that fires electrocuting bullets that dig into the victim's skin, sending electric shocks through them until they are neutralized or the bullet runs out of energy. The suit is all black, save for the blue lining.

Bio:
Despite what their last name might suggest, the Kings have never been anywhere near wealthy, and if they have, it was long ago. Edward King, or, as he was better known as, Eddie King, ran a auto repair shop and tattoo parlor with the help of his brother, Joseph King, called King Cars Ink. Eddie wound up marrying his high school sweetheart, Emily Vermont, now Emily King, at a fairly young age, and the two had a child in their late twenties, whom they named Kassandra.

It wasn't long after Kassandra was born that Eddie and Emily grew to resent one another, and got a divorce. The two agreed on shared custody over Kassandra, Emily getting her on weekdays and Eddie getting her on weekends. Kassandra lived most of her early life like this, either living with her mother in a studio apartment, waiting for her to get fired from whatever minimum wage job it was she had at the time, or living with her father in the room above the garage, learning about what he did and how he did it.

But it didn't stay that way for long. Kassandra was ten-years-old when it happened. Her dad died. It wasn't murder. There was no mugging. Pearls didn't snap off of a necklace and spill onto the ground. It was an accident. Eddie was working underneath a car, and the car jack broke. Kassandra was crushed. The next few years were hard on the girl. Her mother wasn't too sympathetic. To this day, Kassandra thinks that she never would've gotten through that time in her life if it weren't for her Uncle Joey. They'd never been too close, but, with the death of Eddie, the bond between the two grew. Kassandra needed another role model, and Joey needed another King in his life. While Joey didn't get any custody over the girl, she visited him often.

This time was made easier by the discovery of her powers, however. Kassandra had always had an aptitude for technology; more than most people. She tended to just sort of know how thing like that worked, almost instinctively. But she'd never thought it was anything special. But her powers only became more active as she grew older. In her early tween years, Kassandra took notice of the strange nature of her technological intuition. She was able to put things together that she had never even seen before, she managed to create computer programs without ever taking a single class in the subject. It was astonishing, and more than just in a mundane sense. She had superpowers, just like Superman or Batman. And she knew how she was going to use them.

Unfortunately for Kassandra, this period of direction and certainty was cut short by a bald man in a three piece suit: Alexander Joseph Luthor, a rich business man with a...gray moral compass. He came to Kassandra's mother, and offered her a massive amount of money. All she had to do was hand over her daughter for a month of testing. The experiment he was doing was kept a secret, but he assured her no harm would come to Kassandra. So, with the sign of a document, she gave the okay.

A month later, Kassandra was returned home, unconscious. When she awoke, she had no memory of the month's events. As time went on, the girl found herself no longer yearning to be a superhero, to use her powers for what's good and right as she had before. She just wanted to lead a normal life. And she did. For a while. She continued to attend school, kept working at her uncle's place, had a few boyfriends, and, later, girlfriends, but she had practically left the idea of being special behind. 

That is until she was 16 years old. One day, she just woke up, and asked herself what the hell she was doing with her life, with her gift. It was then that she put her plan to become a superhero into action. With her first prototype of the Epidermis and a few homemade gadgets, the Bluejay, along with Kash, was born. Since then, Kash has become known as the Southside Savior, a modern day Robin Hood, executing often minor heists on large companies and giving the profits to the families who live in the Suicide Slum of Metropolis.
