I've only experienced SP once, and nothing really happened. At that point, I had never even heard about it, so I was obviously fucking freaked out. But aside from that, nothing. Not that I'm complaining, lol. I've read some stories of people who went through sleep paralysis, and some pretty crazy shit happened to them.
