That's kind of weird, considering I haven't a clue how Mari and Kagura would act upon first meeting.
So, uh... How do we go about with the retcon here?
I mean, if you think she'd like to, then go right ahead.

I might look around and do the same.
I would if I had more people to invite, man.
Well, I mean, that issue's resolved for you now, then, so no need for me to PM you that stuff, then. Woo!

Also, as I stated earlier, assuming more people join in later (today or tmrw), I'll start the RP... Well, tomorrow, actually. Yeah.
"Handle on my own, you say...?" Liu pondered, moving his right hand to his chin as if thinking to himself. "Two, three at most without my sword. With, I think four or five seems like a reasonable estimate. Any more, and I feel like things might go downhill for me."

Shrugging his shoulders, Liu calmly drank the remainder of tea in his teacup before pouring himself another cup soon after. The bitter taste of the tea leaves, though not one he liked very much, had a way of soothing his senses. If a battle was coming in the near future, then it'd be really bad if his nerve was rattled before anything actually happened. Though, to be fair, this was the first time he was going out with this kind of intent...

"So... What exactly will the teams be for this, then? We could go with what I proposed earlier, with Torako and I acting as bait. I know for certain that you'll be staying behind, given your reputation, but... Are we really going to put both Kyang and Torako at risk like that? If Kyang stays behind, she can use her polearm without alerting the enemy. Otherwise, there's a possibility she'll have to try stalling without it until we can reach them..."
Well, to be fair, it was released in 2018 in-RP, but I won't press the issue any further.
Thanks for understanding. Good luck to you in the future.

Welcome aboard, mate!
Liu opened his mouth to attempt to formulate a response towards Xin's casual mention of his takedown of another martial arts school, but (wisely) decided to simply drop the idea of calling him out on that and spoke of the nobles instead.

"I still wouldn't recommend trying to intimidate people. Bodyguards will be bodyguards, after all, and it might only lead us down a rabbit hole what we might never emerge from. Not only that, but it might actually jeopardize your intended match tomorrow with the headmaster; your reputation precedes you for the moment, but going around like that might not lead to anything and might simply make us look like thugs picking a fight," Liu said, shaking his head in disapproval. "Not only that, but I was the one acknowledged to have led you around the town. If you decided to do something like that, the three of us might be implicated for collusion and get in just as much trouble. I'd rather not have to deal with all the explanations and worry that would come with that."

Sighing, he turned to Kyang and Torako before nodding.

"Bait seems to be the most reasonable option, all things considered. It keeps from anyone else getting caught up in our troubles and seems to be the fastest method of getting things done. That makes it 3 to 1, correct?"
Alright, that's fine. I still need more characters to come in so I can figure out how everything's going to be distributed and how I'll be directing things, so... Yeah.

Still needing people. =3=;;
