Manny was hesitant about even doing that and it showed on his face. In his eyes it was still interfering and Kay noticed the hesitancy. "listen here you son of a bitch! You do what Serena is requesting of you. I don't care if you have rules about getting involved with Earth affairs, but you were chosen to watch over John and he needs you.. Right now! So help me or I swear to your bloody all holy father I will punch you straight in your angelic face!" Kay threatened, walking out of Chas' arms and squaring Manny right in the face. She was done with vague shit, people around her being hurt and just downright problems. She wanted answers and she wanted to help John.

"I can see why John likes you." Manny spoke, seeming to not even flinch at Kay's anger. After a few seconds more of staring at Kay he turned and did as Serena wished. He did the reading of John's soul, "its no more damaged than its always been." he tells Serena.

Sam frowned when he got shoved forward by Dean but dealt with it and kept walking nonetheless. If he was walking beside Dean he probably would have attempted to stop him from calling their dad but he was in front of him and couldn't stop him even if he wanted to. It was only when he heard talking to their dad on the phone that he thought he had royally screwed up, but judging by Dean's replies he was managing to keep his dad from absolutely going apeshit at him.

As Dean brushed shoulders with her, Mika had to really refrained from looping her arm through his as they walked back, keeping an eye on Sam the entire time. She remained silent as she let Dean make the dreaded phone call to John, a phone call she couldn't help but listen in on as best she could as she casually walked back with the brothers. She couldn't quite hear what John was saying but going by Dean's replies she could get enough of an idea. She had to hand it to him that Dean really was working a good angle at stopping John from pulling him and Sam out with them. The moment Dean mentioned about having Sam in his room, she could tell it was a lie and if she was to stay for the night then Sam would take one of the beds, meaning they'd have to share the other and after their argument, could they really cope with that? She didn't know but they'd have to try.

With Dean speeding up to slap the back of Sam's back, Mika sped up also and smirked at how he was with Sam. It honestly reminding her of the old days. "thanks Dean...and seriously? Is Kenzi staying too?" Sam replied, "only if Dean wants me to" Mika replied, "if not, my car ain't awful to sleep in" she added.

The other nurses in the room wondered what on earth Serena was going on about, but the fact he was getting into some kind of stable condition again, they left the room again. For the first few minutes no pleas from Kay or Serena was responded to, but eventually Manny appeared and let himself be seen by the girls and not Chas.

"I can't interfere with things here on Earth." he simply told them as he walked round the bed that John was in and looked at the girls. "he knows that better than anyone." he added.

Mika didn't know what was the right thing to do wholeheartedly. It was probably to go after the young girl and stop her from being vamp food, but her heart was just too tainted to fully make that decision properly. Instead she picked the other which was to leave her be, even if it meant Sam grew to hate her for it. "I don't know. It's possible but we have to focus on keeping Sam safe first and foremost. I know that's selfish but it's that or risk getting Sam hurt and John going absolutely apeshit" she told him.

Sam looked at Dean when he told him to calm down and not be so pissy with Kenzi. "whatever, like you'd tell dad she's here. Even I know you're not that suicidal and whatever" he said, opening the door and starting to head back toward the motel through the dense woodland, whilst also making sure he wasn't out of sight Dean and Kenzi.

Mika did indeed start walking back behind Sam, wanting to make sure that he didn't either run off or get ambushed again. Yet she also did find herself looking around to see if there was any sign of Anna around, but there didn't seem to be which made her sigh. "when did tonight become so messed up?" she thought to herself. After all the drama all she wanted to do was crash on the bed, but she had no idea if that was even going to be possible. She was fully expecting to see a pissed off John looking for Sam and Dean, seeing her and making her leave the motel. To which she would get in her car, drive out a few yards and sleep in her car once she parked up somewhere. That wasn't to say she hoped it wouldn't come to that though.

The moment Dean threatened Sam with shooting him in the knee if he ever so much as tried running away again, Mika knew he wouldn't really do it. He loved his baby brother far too much to do actual bodily harm to him and knew he would be quicker to hurting anyone else who hrut him and see to Sam's wounds than cause harm himself. Yet the similarities between this Anna girl and Dean with not wanting to be alone didn't go amiss on Mika. She knew a lot of the time that Dean asked her to share his motel room with him or asked her if he could crash in hers, was simply down to him not wanting to be alone. If she truly honest with herself, that was one of her reasons for always accepting and agreeing to be with him in their messed up way.

Sam was ready to say something back to Dean, but Anna stopped him by pulling his head to her and reassured him she would be okay. He didn't believe her and wanted to help her get freedom from her mother, but he didn't know how. SO all he could do was nod and let her brush his hair behind his ear yet again. Closing his eyes briefly, he let the kiss linger on his lips before reopening his eyes and watched as she grabbed her bag and made a swift exit from the building, running out into the woods where it wasn't safe.

"Nothing was going to stop her running Dean, you and I both know it. She seems like a tough kid, we can only hope she'll make it" she told him, really hoping that the vampires in town wouldn't find her and rip her apart on principle or kill her for food. She then turned back to Sam, "Come on, lets get back to the motel" she suggested, going to put her hand on his shoulder but he just shrugged her off of him and starting to head to the door. "Well? We going or what?" Sam asked them both, "And if dad doesn't notice us all coming back, I won't tell him you got her here after everything he said in the car" he told Dean.

As the argument went on, Mika was starting to see that they would be going round and round in circles at this rate if someone didn't back down. That someone preferably needing to be Sam. She watched on intently at everyone's body language, she saw Dean was trying so hard not to completely lose his cool as Sam kept bringing her true identity but as if she was another person entirely. After her own argument with Dean over that same topic, she knew this could only go so much worse if Sam didn't drop the topic. She also noted how Annabeth was being, she could see the genuine fear of what going back meant for her and it got her wondering, did her mother or father beat her?

"It shouldn't be normal Dean! That's the point! It's not fair!" Sam said back before sighing as he felt Anna in his back and clearly crying. Hearing Dean be so callous to Anna made his blood boil but he knew his brother wouldn't budge at all on this. He also hated that Dean was pointing at a gun near her feet. "Dean stop! I know you're clearly frustrated still over your own situation but stop! I'll come back with you alright!? But please, don't hurt her...her mother and mother's friends do enough of that" he told them both, making Mika sigh and gently push Dean's hand that had his gun in down and with a swift movement, put the safety back on it, keeping her hand down ontop of his. "Dean he's right...she's just a kid that's acting out because of bad parenting." she said softer, trying to diffuse the situation a bit. "I understand wanting to run away but you can't take Sam with you I'm afraid." she told Anna.

Mika lowered her gun and even holstered it in the back of her pants as she did so, wanting to come across as the less intimidating one in this situation. They were just kids, kids that wanted an out and she couldn't blame them for that. They may be teenagers but they were still young, too young for this life. At Sam saying her name in such a manner made her remain quiet but gave him the look 'don't bring me into this'. She just wanted to help Dean bring Sam back safely as she tried to ignore the fact Dean took a slow glance at her because of Sam's attitude toward her.

Sam huffed at Dean practically shouting at him before asking him a barrage of questions and accusations. "She hasn't brainwashed me! And I've wanted out for a while! Dean this life isnt for me, I wanna go to college, to school! I wanna live a normal life! I'm done being between you and dad being at logger heads all the damn time! You say it's not about you and her but it is partly! It's always Kenzi that makes you argue with dad! I hate being between you two" he snapped back. "Anna here just got me away from it for a while, why is that so bad? So what if I met her only four hours ago, You ran off with Kenzi after the same amount of time the first time!" he pointed out again.

She noticed how Anna was looking at her and could just tell she was wondering how the boys were being the way they were around her but she was remaining silent still. She listened to Sam snap back constantly at Dean, yet again bringing her into it, making her sigh in annoyance. "Sam me and your brother are a very different situation. Just come back to the motel yeah? Before your dad realises you're both gone and lose his shit big time" she said, a bit more softer than how Dean was speaking to him. "You're not my sister, you can't tell me what to do." He said to her, narrowing his eyes at her. "If you were Mika maybe I'd listen to you...but you're not...are you?" he said back, but said it in a way that almost could be translated into having a completely different meaning.

Sighing again, she pinched the bridge of her nose to remain calm before looking at Anna, "I think it's time you let Sam come back to his family. Whatever has been said between the two of you should be forgotten and I think you should forget you even met Sam" she suggested, but her tone said 'do it or else'.
