Welcome to Shine City, where young interesting people in their teens, 20s and 30s come to explore life and chase dreams. You are in the big city, the fountain of youth, the big city of energy romance and desire, please enjoy your stay.

I will be your tour guide to make sure you enjoy your stay, first let me show you to the town centre, its know by its official road name of Shine Junction

Shine Junction

Here you will find a lot of the high end boutiques and clothing stores, there is a theatre, a few music venues and of course the shine city arcade! At night this place lights up and this becomes an amazing place to take a date for a drink in one of the penthouse bars on the skyscrapers dotted throughout the centre. Or maybe take your date to one of the 14 restaurants each with a different cultural style for that exotic variety! Everybody who's anybody can be seen in Shine Junction from time to time.But hang around here too much and you may become over-exposed, a little mystery and privacy goes a long way in the dating world ;)

Now for all of you slightly younger go getters out here, or maybe those just trying to add to their skill set later on in life, you will already be familiar with the Shine City Academy

Shine City Academy

Although most students here are between the ages of 16-22 there is good number of older students here looking to further their career with extra qualifications, this academy boasts a massive campus which holds a lot of dorm rooms, and a huge university sports field as well. Although this is a place of study do not heistate to come here for a spot of after school socialising! I recommend the cafeteria, the food there is excellent, what a surprise!

After all that it would make sense to take it easy for a little while and get some fresh air so why don't you check out the Shiny Park?

You may want to take your puppy for a walk around here, pets are the best conversation starter and you may even get some exercise chasing after Mr/Ms Right! I'll catch you there for ultimate frisbee!
This is also a great place for a picnic, and time to pull out the guitar when nobody is expecting it.

Club LUSH

Ahh 21 and over only I'm afraid, this is the biggest club in the city, and is frequented by whoever is somebody in Shine County! Sadly on a busy night, its hard to get in unless you know someone from the upper echelon of high society. It has the best nightcore and hardcore happy house in the world and the dance floor is always packed out. The Bouncers have kept an eye out for students from Shine City Academy who probably shouldn't be there!

The Cyber Ninja

Skills and Abilites: Zai Matsu is 15 year veteran at the Neo Tokyo Guard, he has been trained as a Modern Ninja and a Spy. His martial arts are some of the best in the world using a mix of the ninjitsu, hapkido, and combat sambo arts, this is made deadlier by his insane physical abilites. Without his suit his body has been trained to Olympic Level Conditioning, and his Ninja training allows him to do some amazing acrobatic leaps and movements along with circus like flexibility, his stamina also basically superhuman. He has had military training in the use of most firearms and explosives trained heavily in stealth and espionage, and has some knowledge of ninja magic though this has not yet been demonstrated.
Weapons & Equipment:

Cybernetic Ninja S.U.I.T.:
Zai Matsu and the other Assasins of the Neo-Tokyo private guard company all wear a Super Utility Infiltration Tech (S.U.I.T.) which is a cybernetic armour to enhance the already near-superhuman abilities of the ninja's who wear it. It increases strength and agility, has an A.I. headset built in, is highly resistant to blunt impact and has some levels of bulletproof material covering vital areas. The gloves and boots have electormagnetic and claw functions which allow the user to scale most walls and the suit is still lightweight and flexible enough to fight in. The helmet also has nightvision and air filter.

Advanced Edge: The Advanced Edge pictured here is one of the most reliable weapons in neo tokyo for assasins of all skill levels. It has a lightweight compact design, and the steel-titanium alloy blade has been filed down to a super thin razor sharp edge using lasers. It also has a small electrical charge function for non-lethal stun capability, and the handle has tiny bomb inside which the user can detonate at anytime to blow an enemies hand off, who may try to use his weapon against him. This particular variant of the advanced edge has been custom made to suit Zai-Matsu's fighting style.



7-X Sub: This a basic submachine gun that most modern assasins carry for midrange combat, the low calibre rounds and very accurate weapon has been made especially for ninjas who would fire from a multitude of directions (especially the air). The design is compact enough for concealment and the magazine cartridge can be fitted with a blade for close range suprise attacks. It also has laser guided aiming and smart targeting system built in to link with Zai Matsu's headset. The basic ammo can also be swapped out for posion darts.


Various Gadgets: Zai carries a high-power laser cutter the size of a pen, 4 smoke bombs, 2 flash bangs , and net trap ensnare device that can be re-used once recovered, it fires a steel web like net that capture a man sized enemy and the sharp metal causes heavy laceration and cuts to the skin. Zai also has an Incidenary grenade that he uses for a last ditch attempt. He also carries a vial of acid which can burn through any modern metal.

DJ Atomika Vs Frokane

Xing was bleeding and in a fair amount of pain but inside his warrior spirit he was happy, he was at home. This is where Xing wanted the fight to be, up close and personal, this is what he trained 60 years for, he was an endless monk, there was no way he could be upset with a martial arts fight, even if he was now probably fighting for his own life. The karate punch missed, the werewolf span lowto pivot underneath the attack and countered with a backwards sword thrust. Xing Yi had probably seen this attack 1000 times during training at the temple, and this was why he kept his left hand ready to guard. He swung his left forearm in front of his own body and once again heard the blade clash with his magical gauntlets, it was a beautiful thing.

He then followed it up seamlessly now finding his rhythm with the beats who was ducked low in front of him to drive the elbow of his right arm that just threw the punch right into the werewolf's back, and to follow up that with a rising right knee, hopefully to catch the beast in his chest or his chin.

All thing's considered, I will admit I'm having fun.

She wasnt sure how he did it, but he did it, he absorbed the power of the fire in to his sword and destroyed her attack, still falling as quickly as he was, as he clumisily tried to roll, there was no stopping him now, he was like a meteor already upon her. She got just to the end of her roll when Splinttttt the man's blade hit her back with incredible force. This was it, with that much strength she was sure to be impaled....but she wasnt.

The Blade did indeed hit her in the back and she felt the force of it but she took no damage whatsoever...why was this? She returned to her feet ant the end of the roll to catch a glimpse of the man's sword, it was pulsing red with the fire energy..From my own fireball! Of course, I almost forgot I am completely immune to my own fire, coating your blade in my fire ball has basically turned my body into a blade repellent, what a shame you almost killed me.

Rodetta smiled wickedly in that second the sword bounced off her body and drew her own her own blade, Dragoncrest in all its shimmering glory finally ready to taste flesh.
The Ryllan was directly infront of her his last attack just repelled off the woman's back like a magical spring, she was not going to waste a second.
She swung her first attack from the draw, a fast horizontal swing directly infront of her aiming for the Ryllan's abdomen, then she followed that with a shield bash to create some space if, the man was then at a reasonable distance she would then finish the combo with a sword thrust to the man's mid section.
