Short bio (not too revealing): Lyle never had much direction in life, always looking for short term thrills for entertainment. Although essentially a good kid, he always had a bit of a wild side. Personality: Obsessive (though he would rather call it passionate). Primarily about history, myth, and legend. He still hasn't figured out the whole "how to court a woman" or even a basic level of "how to treat a girl," so he still has never had a significant other--just a few dates that went... very poorly. When he's not distracted with old architecture or new historical finds, he can be pretty nice. Helpful even. But his thoughts tend to always be somewhere else, even when you're talking to him.
Interest In Trading Card Games: It's a game about the old legends he's so fond of teaching. He had to jump in.
Bio: He was the nerd in high school. Adam accepted that a long time ago. He rocked it, too; 4.0 GPA, even in P.E. (not every nerd has to be out of shape; do you realize how much work it takes to be part of an archaeological dig? Or to tour Rome? Or to bike to work because he can't afford a car?) After high school, Adam went right on into college to study history further, and he soon arrived at the conclusion that he wanted to teach history. Preparing his classes to that end, he is just wrapping up his Master's Degree so he can be a full-time teacher. In the meantime, he works as a student teacher at the university for the lower-level history classes: American history, the Renaissance, ancient Egypt, the Orient. The older it is, the more Adam likes it (and yes, it can be painful at times to live in such a young country).

And while he is usually a very social and peaceful person, he's not afraid to fight if he feels someone has seriously slighted him.

Ronnie's best friend introduced him to card games when he was 12, he and his friend eventually made some new friends, a dedicated circle of card gamers. Since then he has played all kinds of card games, and he has become a notorious poker-player. When he heard of this game, he knew he simply had to try.
Bio:
Growing up, Ronnie was a dead-set average kid. Grades, looks, everything, dead average. There was one thing he always excelled at; photography. He had a knack for finding the best views, though in the beginning his pictures were rather blurry. As he grew older and got into card games, he once more found himself a dead-average player.
When he had become objectively superior to his old crew, he just couldn't seem to get better in his new crew. With a few all-nighters of mixed learning about several forms of strategy, tricks for photography and his college studies, he finally broke away from his losing streak. Since then he had a second dream. Not only did he wish to take the most beautiful picture there'd ever be, he also dedicated himself to dominating any card game he played.
