Kai still seemed to be rather adamant about giving in to this idea of going to Earth. It still sounded like a ridiculous plan, it was no home for a bunch of war-tested Saiyans. "Of course I know what you're talking about! And so what, now we won't be calling Earth home? So let's say we somehow win this war, yeah? We beat the strongest Saiyan alive by some miracle and everyone is free, so we go to live on Earth. And what do we do once we're there? Settle down and do nothing? What about our parents, what will they do? And we can't go hopping around planet to planet just to find somewhere to live, that's just... That's ridiculous!" Kabocha wanted his friend to see where he was coming from, as it appeared to him he was the only one seeing it. They'd be changing their lives completely by doing this, what would they do then? Besides, the twins had come from essentially nothing, he had something on Kortal. He wanted to be rid of the king, but the prestige he had wasn't something he was ready to forfeit. "You know what? Screw it, fine, I'll go along with whatever hair-brained scheme you guys cook up, since it's not like I've got any other choice."

"You're acting like a child... You do realize that don't you?" Vegeta mumbled, frowning as he stood up and rubbed at his face with a sigh. It was an uphill battle trying to get anything out of Viral, though he knew that much already. Taking a deep breath the Saiyan slid his hands into his pockets, glancing up at the foliage above them. "You remember when I woke you up, all those years ago? I was a recluse, I hated talking to people and tried to avoid anything that was unnecessary or excessive. I didn't let myself have fun, only worked and was hard on myself. I was a pretty miserable sod, I'll admit. The strangest thing happened though, this Beastman sort of adopted me and got me back on my feet. Sure, my friend Yumi was there too, but not always. Before I knew it I was smiling again, and enjoying what I was doing." Vegeta looked down at Viral with a gentle smile, reaching down to offer him a hand up. "You pulled me out of a rut, and now I'm trying to do the same for you. If you hate thinking it's pity then fine, don't, consider it repaying a debt. Now come on, you should come back to the house."

Again for a moment Takeshi figured he had blown it, not thrilled that he was having to lie to get them through this. S'uma bought it by some unlikely chance, and even welcomed them inside while dismissing her guards. With an unexpected degree of freedom now the Saiyan smiled smugly at a few of the guards, walking back to get Shu, taking him by the hand and leading him into the home. It was certainly a colorful place, though a little too much for his liking. This woman clearly liked being extravagant, she had plenty of money to throw around. The smell of the place too was nice, and thankfully not overbearing like the decor. Still Takeshi had to stop breathing for a second when they first entered, the overwhelming scent hitting him fairly suddenly.

"Uh... No thank you, I'm not really thirsty. Though maybe some water for my brother?" Takeshi released Shu's hand, taking another look around the room before smiling at S'uma. "And I guess we're full of surprises then, huh? Though I'm not so much interested in the business side as I am what it is you're backing." Trying to keep up his little deception the Saiyan folded his hands behind his back, shifting his weight on his feet as he looked back at the door, waiting until it was closed. Those guards really didn't seem fond of him or Shu, he'd need to bear that in mind. "From what the general and Katas told me you're helping support the war, which I think is a good thing. After seeing this city it blows my mind why anyone would resist changing for the better, just seems stupid to me." Hopefully Shu wasn't buying into this, as he was essentially bashing T'charrl and the Queen. What's more hopefully the Queen never learned of this, or he'd be getting a claw right upside the face for sure. "It's really generous of you to help buy supplies for all the troops. Is there anything else you do though? I figure if we're helping you with this war I could maybe... You know, get a peek at what's going on?"
"Of course I want to stop fighting! I mean... I'm sick of working for the king." Kabocha didn't know what he wanted, he realized. Shaking his head angrily he glared back at Kai, reaching out and pushing him. "My parents can be free, but do you really think we ever will be? I mean come on, let's be realistic here. Even if they're safe the fact of the matter is that the king is still out there, and none of us are anywhere near strong enough to beat him." Even the two Princes paled in comparison to their father, as did that Korian guy. The latter was the strongest one probably and he still couldn't stand up to Yamate, so what hope did they have? "Don't you see what a suicide pact it is if we go to Earth? Sure, we can go there to live, but what's stopping the king from coming after us? What do we do when he does, since we sure can't fight him. That's my problem with this, we're not solving anything! We're only delaying him getting to us!"

Vegeta hardly expected a pleasant conversation and wasn't shocked to find Viral in a grumpy state. Frowning at being called a liar the Saiyan sighed, shaking his head. "Who said I was lying? He was trying to get to you, don't you see that? By sulking like this you're just letting him win." Pushing himself up to his feet Vegeta walked around the base of the tree, standing before Viral and squatting down. Wordlessly he looked over the Beastman for a moment, scrutinizing every inch that he could see not hidden by clothing. With a small smile he nodded to himself, running a hand through his hair. "Because I'm essentially your doctor, and doctors try to take care of their patients?" he pointed out, looking at Viral, "And you definitely seem to be healthier. Physically anyways, which leads me to my next question. Tell me what's on your mind?"

Takeshi really kind of expected to be ushered off the grounds still, especially after his remark about going to Katas. The guards finally agreed to let them see S'uma, albeit reluctantly. A tad relieved he looked back behind him at Shu, smiling reassuringly. "Don't worry, everything is going fine. They're not as stubborn as I am." he whispered, reaching back and patting Shu's shoulder. The guard never got to the door before the woman in question made herself known. She was flashy if nothing else, and her voice mildly irritating to listen to. Thankfully they had the right place and the right person, now they just needed to play their cards safe.

"We're here to deliver a message, miss." Takeshi replied, smiling politely. "He wants to meet you in his office whenever is convenient for you, if you wouldn't mind. He... Uh..." Pausing, the Saiyan looked between the guards before walking closer to S'uma, frowning as he was rather swiftly blocked by the men. Sighing to himself the older boy looked at the woman, gesturing to her men. "He had some important things for you, I'll put it that way. Since he's caught up in work and couldn't come here himself he asked us to stop by for him. And, between you and me..." This time Takeshi simply ducked under the extended arms of the guards, smirking at them as he was a fair bit closer to S'uma now, and he could speak in a hushed tone. "I'm really curious about certain... Projects that you're involved with. Katas mentioned them a bit, and I think the Saiyans could find them interesting. So... If you'd be so kind I was really hoping to learn a bit."
Yumi gave Choi a funny look before shaking her head, a light giggle escaping her lips. "Spy on Viral and Vegeta...? Um... No." she said plainly, putting her hands up. "They both value privacy on certain things way too much. If Vegeta volunteered to talk to Viral then that means he wants to do it alone, and I know better than to get in the middle of that. Of course... If you don't mind both of them being miffed then by all means, go ahead." Apart from just respecting them too much both men had something of a temper when pushed, and frankly she wanted none of that directed her way. Smiling ruefully Yumi moved herself towards the back door, clasping her hands behind her back as she walked. "Or... You can come inside and we can figure out what we're cooking for lunch! Since I'm sure people will be getting hungry soon, so it wouldn't hurt to get a head start on that."

"I'm the bully? Oh come on man! Sure maybe I said some things but he was trashing all of us. You honestly expect me to just sit there and take that? You mean to tell me if someone was calling you things and talking down to you like that you would just stand there and accept it?" Kabocha couldn't believe Kai was coming to the defense of Viral. They were a squad after all, and it was sad how quickly opinion had shifted against him despite that fact. Whether they liked it or not they had fought together for a while, that had to mean something. Having hoped to avoid the topic of his parents his friend wasted no time in bringing them up, getting an audible groan out of Kabocha. "I... I don't know okay? I mean seriously, we're Saiyans. What are we going to do, sit around planting flowers all day? Be realistic, we're fighters! We don't just settle down, that's not us." Earth seemed too cushy to him, that was all. Or so he figured anyways, maybe there was something else to it, he didn't know. "You mean to tell me you and Choi are going to be fine just sitting around all the time?"

Vegeta was having a hard time finding Viral now that he had sulked off into the woods. It wasn't a particularly wet area so there were no footprints, and so few leaves had fallen nothing was really disturbed. It was tricky to locate his friend and certainly took a while, but after a few minutes of poking his head behind trees he finally found the Beastman. Par for the course Viral didn't seem particularly thrilled at the moment, and after having to put up with that idiotic Saiyan who could blame him. Though the man likely wanted to be alone they needed to talk about his condition, and so Vegeta took a seat against the opposite side of the tree, pulling one knee up and draping an arm over it. "He looked like he was in some pain after you hit him," Vegeta began, smiling slightly as he turned his head to glance in Viral's direction. "How are you feeling anyways? You seem to be getting better."

"You've got a point Shu... I don't know how we'll figure out what they can and can't eat, though fruit seems like a safe bet, so we'll do that. You know, mangoes, bananas, cherries, maybe even a smoothie or two if we can store them." Despite having had more than a fair share of fruit as of late Takeshi was craving a smoothie right now. It had been such a long time since he'd gotten one, well over a year, and he certainly could go for a cherry one right now. Pouting slightly at his unfulfilled desire he got back to the task at hand when they approached a set of gates. At first he wasn't too sure what to do, gingerly pushing one open as he poked his head in to look for someone.

"Someone's got to be home, why would the gate be unlocked otherwise?" he mused, also questioning why people with the power of flight had a gate in the first place. Shrugging his shoulders the older boy pushed the gates wide open, slowly stepping onto the property. Bad idea apparently, as soon a handful of armed men descended upon them, not looking at all pleased.

"You two are trespassing, get off of this property now," one of the guards said, gesturing the boys away.

Takeshi looked between the guards and put his hands up in surrender, smiling sheepishly and chuckling a bit. "Hang on, we're here to see Miss S'uma," he replied, butchering the pronunciation a fair bit. "Mister Katas sent us here with a message for her, that's all."

"We can give her the message, you don't have to go anywhere near her," the same guard said, drawing his weapon and staring down the two boys. Protocol said keep anyone that wasn't formally announced beforehand out, and that included the general's latest pets. "So be a good little boy and tell us what you need to tell her, you've no business meeting her."

"Little boy...?" Takeshi mumbled, sounding properly irritated as his eyebrow twitched. Forcing a strained smile he shook his head, not winning any favors with his defiance. "Katas said it was only for her to hear, and to explicitly not tell her guards. If you don't want to let us in then I guess we can go back to him without saying anything. I'm sure he won't be angry with you guys at all." Fine, if they were going to be a pain he'd do the same in turn, being polite was getting old anyways.

The guard gave Takeshi a good hard stare when he made that little quip, it certainly sounding like a threat to him. As much as he hated it the kid was holding this over their head, as Katas had the authority to see them disciplined. It wasn't the most pleasant thing he'd ever done, but it looked like their wings were bound on this one. "Very well..." the guard said reluctantly, shooting both boys an angry look before turning to one of the others. "Go tell Miss S'uma she's got visitors and we're sending them in, will you? And be quick about it!"
Kai had taken off in pursuit of Kabocha, hopefully to talk some sense into him and drag him back. As annoying as he may be Yumi knew he needed to be here, if only for his own good. She would put up with him for a bit longer if it meant whatever the boys were taking care of went over smoothly. Turning her head in Choi's direction the Beastman smiled slightly, rolling her eyes. "Please, you think Takeshi was any different? I mean he's still a pain, but at least he doesn't storm off or sulk anymore." Asking why they didn't support Viral was a bit tricky, if only because she didn't want to put it the wrong way. "Viral is very... Prideful about himself and his abilities. If we stepped in and dealt with Kabocha he might see it as us thinking him incapable." Considering he was looking to be a bit healthier it would be a darn right shame if they ended up just demoralizing him now. With what that loudmouth had done it may already be too late to prevent even that. "I suppose I should go talk to him though. Mind waiting here for your brother?"

"You stay with Choi, I'm going to go talk to Viral," Vegeta interjected. "No offense Yumi but you sympathize with him too much and treat him like a child. I know you care but that's part of what bugs him. Let me have a chat first, okay?" He didn't want to even give his friend a chance to dispute that, stepping right past her and heading in the direction Viral had gone. He'd had a funny look on his face before he departed, and Vegeta worried just what might be going through his mind right now. Kabocha had been blowing of steam or running his mouth, none of what he'd said was sincere or held any merit. He knew that, but did Viral?

Kabocha should have expected not to be left alone, being caught giving his head a rubbing by Kai. Looking up from his feet he sneered at his squadmate before rolling his eyes a bit. "I'm going for a walk, what does it look like?" Was he going to be babysat now for trying to get some time on his own? Looking at Kai incredulously at the thought of apologizing the Saiyan laughed, stopping rather quickly at the aching in his head. "Apologize to him? He should be apologizing to me. That jerk has no business talking down to me or acting like he's better than us. Doesn't it piss you off that he's calling us all brutes and bloodthirsty?" Kabocha would sooner be caught kissing the king's boots than apologizing to Viral. More personally he held a grudge against the Beastman for getting the rank of Commander, a little known fact. He hated serving the king, sure, but his upbringing made him yearn for extravagance, and the perks of being a Commander were highly appealing. To have someone skip over him and get it by choice or not was a terrible affront. "Give me one good reason why I should apologize. I couldn't care less if Takeshi is mad at me, or Yumi or any of them."

"There's my little brother!" Takeshi exclaimed, laughing happily when his arm was given a tug. "As long as we're careful we'll be fine. Maybe when we come back we can even bring some gifts, something from Earth they don't have here. A present for your friend, yeah?" They'd finally gotten back into a regular swing of things for the most part. If Shu was happy then so was his older brother, and even with their nearing the first stop spirits had certainly improved. Smiling at Shu he used his free hand to itch at his nose, his cheeks flushing lightly. "And hey... Maybe if word gets out that we're handing out gifts then girls won't think I'm such a jerk..." Takeshi said, chuckling to himself and fidgeting a touch as he walked. Of course he wasn't looking for Kaesstrian girls, but maybe a nice Saiyan girl, or even someone on Earth. His smile stretched into a grin as he teased that thought, putting a small hop in his step. "I'll have a girlfriend soon!"

Enthusiasm and daydreams aside the brothers made it to their destination within a few more minutes. It was a fairly easy task of finding it, thankfully Katas' building was still in view, and the fact that there was only one fancy looking home in this area made it simpler. They'd found this S'uma woman's home, now the task of getting in somehow was presented to them. Approaching the building Takeshi let go of Shu's hand, stepping up to a set of gates and cocking his head as he examined them. No call box or anything of the sorts, and giving them a small nudge he found they creaked open slightly. "Do we just go in...?" he questioned rhetorically. Giving Shu a curious look he shrugged his shoulders, pushing open the gate and stepping onto the property. "Hello? Miss S'uma? Anyone?"
"I really mean it, we'll come back. Come on now, would I make a promise to you and not keep it?" Intentional never, Takeshi told himself, but in the year since they'd last really been together it was likely he'd forgotten something. Getting a smile out of Shu was a big relief, it in turn picking up his own spirits and settling some nerves. "Yeah I like the fruit well enough, but I miss a lot of the stuff on Earth," he continued, smiling thoughtfully as his free hand rubbed his stomach. "Potatoes with butter... Salmon... Calamari, cornbread, steak. There's a ton of food that's not here that I want, but I definitely wouldn't mind coming back!" Shu was the only one with friends here, Takeshi didn't really consider anyone he'd met particularly close. A means to an end really, that's what everyone here was to him. It didn't necessarily mean he thought poorly of them, save the general who he was biased against. Chuckling he gave his and Shu's arm a swing, leaning over and bumping into his brother playfully next. "Maybe we'll come back without telling anyone and surprise T'charrl. How does that sound?"

"Good... Maybe he'll lose some of his attitude if he leaves," Yumi grumbled, staring at Kabocha's back as he walked off. Things were going just fine until Kabocha had to be an idiot, his departing was the best thing that could happen right now. She sided with Viral on that little argument obviously, and yet when she tried to show it he skulked off just as Kabocha had. What was he so upset about? That kid was just a punk, a thug like he'd said, nothing that he had told Viral meant anything. It looked like it had though, just maybe. Frowning to herself Yumi turned to the twins, giving them an expectant glare as she placed her hands on her hips. "And why didn't you two shut your resident idiot up?" she asked, "Because of him now we've got more problems. Why don't one or both of you go drag him back here so he can apologize like an adult?"

Kabocha could scarcely believe how willingly those moronic twins were with going to Earth. Figuring what they and their kin had done it seemed like the last place they'd want to be found, and they were all for it. Besides, that damn Beastman had a point, they all liked to fight. Where on that barren rock were they going to find an outlet? Cussing under his breath he then groaned in discomfort, gingerly rubbing at the side of his head. He'd played off Viral's hits in the heat of the moment, but now that he was calming down the realization that they'd hurt like hell set in. Even if that guy was weak he was still a damn strong hitter. With that kind of power behind him he had to wonder just what he was complaining about. "Stupid Beastman... I'm not a fricken killer..."
"We'll come back here, I promise. Maybe not right away, but this won't be the last time we come to Kaesstra." Takeshi recognized how good a friend Shu had already made in the Prince, and from what he gathered his brother was the best if not the only friend of T'charrl. It'd be unfair to both of them to never come back, though he did hope they'd have a faster means of traveling next time around. Thankfully Shu seemed consoled about Katas' safety, willing to move along once more. "I want to see what happens after the war is ended, so we'll definitely return. And next time you'll get to play with T'charrl all you want." Taking a ship back was bound to take a few days, so they'd have to plan the trip in advance. Shame, it would be a nice surprise to bring Shu out here after they had been gone. Since they were good to go once again Takeshi had to take a moment to regain his bearings, putting together where they were relative to their destinations. Seeing as they were still close enough to Katas' place their first stop would be S'uma, just up the road. They'd likely have to check a home or two to find the right one, but nothing wrong with that.

Kabocha simply couldn't be bothered to care about Viral hitting him right now. Sure he had felt it and it hurt a bit, but now that he was seeing the Beastman get frustrated it was too amusing to start. Again Viral came for him, this time getting a secure hold of the Saiyan as he hit him a few times in anger. Coughing during a pause in the beating he looked up at Viral, turning his head to spit some blood away before smiling. "You couldn't fight us earlier, and you can't now. If it wasn't for your friends doing us a favor I'd beat you right here and now." Kabocha teased, grabbing Viral's wrist and releasing himself from the man's grasp. Wiping at his own mouth the Saiyan looked to the twins for a moment, his smile changing to a scowl. "If you want to settle down and turn soft then fine, but count me out. My parents and I will find somewhere else to go." Before he decided to walk off he gave Viral one final look, satisfied at how angry the Beastman seemed. Chuckling to himself the Saiyan started to walk off towards to the city, hoping to find something to occupy himself on this boring planet.

Yumi scowled as Kabocha left them, rather glad he had chosen to do so before she got involved in his smacking. "Seriously, how'd you get stuck with a moron like that?" she asked, directing the question towards Kai and Choi. Giving a shake of her head she walked over to Viral, smiling as she gently placed a hand on his shoulder. "You put him in his place I think. See how quickly he lost the will to fight you? It's because he knows you're stronger." Whether that was the case or not Yumi felt it was the best thing to say given her friend's recent crisis. He did actually seem to be feeling better though, he could stand pretty well and didn't look as ragged as he had. Laying out in the sun the last few hours may just well have done him some good then. "Don't worry about him anymore, he's just an idiot. Some brat who wants to toot his own horn."
Takeshi wasn't sure if Shu would buy into his claims or not, though thankfully it looked like he would. It wasn't a lie persay, after all someone in Katas' position would naturally have an escape plan. It was taking too much upon themselves to be expected to sort everything out and keep that man safe anyways, even if both boys agreed they didn't want harm befalling him. Still, seeing Shu upset made it difficult to be glad about anything, and it was probably for the best that they just get this over with. "You'll feel better once we're done, I promise," Takeshi urged, gently snatching up his brother's hand per usual. "We'll be done before you know it, and once we are we'll go see the Prince again. You two could play if you wanted, how would that sound?" While he helped see to getting his squad's family safe Shu could enjoy himself, that seemed fair enough. Given that if T'charrl was the one who'd help with the relocating then it'd be a touch difficult for Shu to play with him.

"He killed because he had to, not because he wanted to! You're acting like you think you know us but you don't. You have no idea what it's like to have loved ones on the line if you don't do what you're told, so quit pretending like you get it!" Seriously, where was this jerk getting off claiming he knew how he felt? He hardly knew Takeshi if he still thought the boy a killer, and he certainly didn't know Kabocha or the twins. Having a tough time at holding back his anger the Saiyan settled to shove the Beastman back, trying to vent a bit. His push was rather quickly replied to with a punch, one that Kabocha simply took. It came harder than he'd have thought, near well being knocked off of his feet as a result, stumbling to catch his ground. "There... Feel better...?" he mumbled, standing upright and smirking faintly, lifting a hand to rub at his sore head. "Like I said... Weak. You're not worth fighting, and hell, you're not even worth getting angry over. So are we done, or does the big man need to hit some more to feel better about himself?"
"I mean Goku was a kid at one point too, you don't think he was ever afraid of anything? Or that he never worried? I'm just saying don't feel bad for worrying, that's all." If they went and tried to talk to those people now then it'd be tricky with Shu being so jumpy. That could easily enough be blamed on his shyness, but then again his sibling did have a point. What were they even going to say? Katas hadn't been very helpful in that regard, only mentioning he wanted to see S'uma and Ka'shra in his office. They had been basically left to their own devices, which for reasons that seemed fairly obvious to Takeshi wasn't a good idea. The proposal to ask one of their friends to remain with Katas did seem like a poor idea in hindsight, which meant one of two things. Either one of them had to stay behind or they'd have to have faith that the man would be okay. Shu brought up a fair point though, one that might just hold some merit. "You know... I don't imagine that Katas does need to be there." Takeshi mused, "And he's got to have some kind of escape plan for dangerous situations, right? So he has a way to safety, we don't need to worry, right? Does that help at all?"

"Who the hell are you calling a thug?!" Kabocha snapped, clearly angry now. "I'm a noble for your information, and even if that means nothing I'm still no killer! You can't clump me together with the others just because I'm a Saiyan too! That's like calling all those humans weak and pathetic, but I know first hand there are some strong ones. You're just being an ignorant jerk and refusing to accept that just *maybe* you might be wrong about me!" If he wasn't so livid maybe he could get his point across, but with Viral acting so sure of himself on the subject he couldn't keep his head on straight. Just who in the hell did he think he was labelling people like that? "I'm only protesting because you seem to think I'm some kind of brute! I'm the same age as Takeshi, and I'm not a monster! I'm arguing because you seem to think I'm some fricken serial killer or something!" When Viral brought up fighting he hit the nail right on the head. He was likely still weak due to recovering, maybe fighting him wouldn't go too poorly. Then again with his friends right there it may quickly devolve into a 3 on 1, he didn't expect the twins to step in to help him. Instead he smiled bitterly, shaking his head and pushing Viral in the chest. "You're not even worth fighting in your sorry state. I'd rather to beat on a tree, that'd put up more of a fight than you. Hell I'm surprised you can stand right now."
Takeshi gave his brother a clueless look, if only because he was absolutely out of ideas. Shu didn't want to proceed, but now he did but he was scared. Doing anything but going ahead with their plans seemed to unnerve him, and yet so did doing precisely that. There really was no easing his brother's nerves, not anyway he looked at it at least. "Being scared is okay buddy, I'm scared too. But... You know what? It's normal to feel scared, heck I bet Goku was scared of plenty of things at our age. If you want to get some food after we do this then we can. The best thing we can do right now is go on and get it over with, then we won't have to worry anymore, right?" Moving his hand to Shu's head he ruffled his brother's hair gently before looking in the direction of Katas' building and to their temporary home in turn. "What if we asked someone at home to stay with Katas? Then we can do our thing and he's safe." That seemed a touch better to him. They could have someone like Vegeta, or even Viral if he was up to it, keep the Kaesstrian safe. There was no knowing really if they had been found out or not, as much as Takeshi liked to think they hadn't been. "What do you say, little brother? Want to go ask Mister Viral or Vegeta if they can keep an eye on Katas? Would that help?"

"Like I said, I enjoy fighting. And if that means hurting someone in the process then yeah, I like that too. It's in my blood." Kabocha answered back, frowning up at Viral. "But that still doesn't mean I'm going to kill anyone. I've only ever killed one person before, and it was with the king breathing down my neck. I still hate to think about it, and I never want to do it again. Still think I'm such a bad guy?" This was infuriating, the Beastman just refused to see it any other way. Himself and the twins were much better than the Elites were, and in reality many Saiyans were not as bloodthirsty as made out to be. Yes they loved to fight, but unless explicitly told otherwise by the king many just did it for sport or amusement. Sometimes it was seen as cruel, especially against weaker opponents, but such was their nature. Groaning in aggravation Kabocha threw his hands up, stepping back for a moment before coming right back and near yelling in Viral's face. "Listen to you! Do you mean to tell me you're better than we are? Because this holier-than-thou crap is getting real old. So the little prince goes for blood when pushed, guess what, everyone does! Everyone's got their breaking point where they'll snap, and that includes you. That's NO justification for calling us all killers!" Gritting his teeth together Kabocha gestured to Vegeta, glaring at Viral. "He's a Saiyan, is he like all of us? Or does he get to be an exception?"
"You're right..." Takeshi mumbled, smiling sadly as he lowered his gaze. "Sorry, bad idea. Well... Crap..." Shu didn't seem keen on going through with what they were doing, nor did he seem enthusiastic about... Well anything else. Given he was starting to feel worn down quite a bit too, having been essentially going nonstop for quite some time now. Any breaks they'd had as of late were brief and few inbetween. Sighing dismally Takeshi scratched at his head before scuffing his boot against the street, looking at Shu apologetically. "I don't want to place you in any more stress than you already are in. And I don't think you're being lazy by not wanting to do this. Hell, I really don't want to do it either. But... We started it, and we should see it through, at least if we want to help that Prince." He supposed it was feasible that they could just leave, after all they had the identities of the people running the show, or close enough to it. The Queen could go after them herself and they wouldn't need to dirty their hands. Granted if they did that then their welcome back should they return would likely be less than warm. "We can head back to the house...?" Takeshi tried, taking a shot in the dark. "Go see our friends before we keep going maybe, tell them what's going on."

Kabocha had hoped for some helpful input from Viral, and in a way he got some. The Beastman wasn't keen with having visitors on his home world, though it seemed like Kabocha was the only one in particular he minded. Watching the former Commander leap down and approach him the Saiyan smiled faintly, holding his ground despite feeling a bit unnerved. "Unstable...? Why, because I have an attitude?" he quipped, sneering as he crossed his arms. "I might be a Saiyan, but I'm not a mindless killer. Yeah I like fighting, but I know right from wrong. So don't treat me like I'm just another of the king's mindless drones." Seriously, him a menace? What in the hell had he possibly done that the twins hadn't to earn him that? As far as Viral knew they'd all been part of the same operations, so if he was a menace then so should they. Being called bloodthirsty really ticked him off, and Kabocha stepped forward until he was nearly breathing down Viral's neck, glaring at him. "The only blood I want to see is that damn king's. Whatever preconceived notion you've got about us Saiyans, you're wrong. Not all of us are manic killers. I love fighting, but I hate killing. Until you get over yourself and your prejudices I don't expect you to realize that though."
