"Maybe when we get back to Earth you can do that, but not now, and not on this world." Vegeta said, earning a disappointed pout from Yumi. "We need to keep moving, and the boys should be nearly done with their work. As soon as that's out of the way we ought to get the parents to safety and head out." Reason for concern had sprouted up not a moment ago as a pertinent fact dawned on Vegeta. Frowning to himself he looked at the twins then Kabocha curiously, hoping they had the answers he was seeking. "I never thought to ask this before... But how did you three find us? We certainly weren't followed to this planet, I know that."

Kabocha returned a curious look when asked how they'd found the group. At first he could't fathom the reason behind the question, though recalling the mission they'd been sent on it quickly became clear. "Oh! We followed the tracking chip in Yumi, that's how! Until we actually entered the orbit anyways, then our instruments went haywire." Vegeta bore an annoyed look and Yumi a nervous one. Evidently it had never been covered that she had such a thing in her, though come to think of it hadn't Shu and Viral at some point as well? Kabocha thought all experiments were given one to keep tabs on their progress. "With the energy storms on this world the signal is iffy, so if you're worried about being found the chances aren't very good."

"You found us though," Vegeta pointed out, sighing as he rubbed his forehead. "And I would imagine that someone could find her again. I'm an idiot, I should have thought of this sooner, it would make sense..." Takeshi's old squad wasn't exactly weak, but in comparison to some of the other Saiyans out there they were a cakewalk. If someone stonger should come to Kaesstra, or gods forbid even the king, then there'd be no means of helping themselves most likely. Yumi met his gaze as he looked over, her expression one of understanding and uneasiness. "You know we're going to have to remove that... Right? As soon as possible. We can't risk being followed by the Saiyans, not while we're on innocent worlds."

Takeshi could only smile thoughtfully and shrug a bit in reply to Shu's questions. What T'charrl could do was strange to them and evidently to the Kaesstrians as well. If anyone else could do it, which wasn't completely out of the question, then it was a very well kept secret. It was a mystery precisely what it did or how it worked still, which gave the Queen every right to be hesitant about allowing its use. If it could save his squad's families though then they'd have to make use of it whether Eslaria liked it or not. "She has to let us... I can't think of any other way to save the parents..." Takeshi mumbled, sighing. "If we really have to then maybe we can get a hold of Goku, though last time Dende helped us, and since he's not here I have no clue what to do."

"Know what though? It'll work out," Takeshi continued, smiling again. "Things usually do for us one way or another. I bet there are other ways we could save their families, though flying there ourselves is definitely not one of them..." On a random transition of thought he wondered just what the rebels were doing right about now. It had only been a few days since they'd seen anyone, but with a big victory like they'd had no doubt momentum was on their side. Knowing Korian and his passion for stopping the king there were probably more attacks planned, if not going on right now. Hopefully it was going well, as it'd really be sad to see someone get hurt, even if relationships were strained right now. Walking through the city and into more dense commercial areas gave Takeshi a rather disdainful reminder; noise was an awful thing. Kaesstrians were bustling about, and unlike before a good few were flying overhead, their wings giving off a soft droning noise. Grimacing at all of the sound he tried to block it out, grumbling softly. "Man... Why can't we ever go somewhere quiet...?"
"H-Hey! Watch it!" Takeshi laughed, twisting his neck to get free of Shu. How quickly his brother's mood had changed, and for the better. Wearing an earnest grin the older boy playfully bounced Shu in his grip, making way in much higher spirits than before. "And I am so not greedy! And you haven't shared any of yours yet either, so that makes you greedy too!" he teased back. With the way they were having fun he almost couldn't care less about this whole war any longer, but the prodding thoughts in the back of his mind forced his legs to carrry on. They were a step or two away from finishing things, that was it. As soon as they were through it was time to chow down, and then maybe a little playtime between brothers. Asking about T'charrl led to their plan on getting his squad's families to safety, something they really hadn't ironed out yet. "If he can even help us with that. There's no telling what he can do, but if he can help out at all then it'll be great. If not..." Takeshi shrugged, smiling thoughtfully, "We'll just find a way to ask Goku!"

Not wanting to throw fuel to the flames Vegeta simply didn't reply to anything Viral said. Despite being obviously angry he had tried to talk some sense into the Beastman, and when they had gone nowhere he'd gotten frustrated. If they continued to talk each man would only get angrier until something broke, most likely their patience, and then it'd only be a step back. When the two got back to the house the Saiyan parted ways with only a small wave, stepping right on inside and being greeted by a curious scene. A delicious odor dragged him to the kitchen, a fruity and beefy smell that permeated through the entire house. Once inside the kitchen he was surprised to find Yumi, the twins and even Kabocha sat there, having a semi-pleasant conversation with one another. What's more the sight of Yumi and Choi cooking together seemed rather off, though he supposed it was a good thing they were getting along.

"Of course we're just cooking, what else would we be doing?" Yumi asked, giving Kai a funny look. Shrugging it off as the twins spoke she took care of setting the rest of the items in the oven, the roast itself also going in for the glaze to bake in. Shutting the oven door she perked up upon hearing someone else join them, spinning around and smiling brightly seeing Vegeta. "Well it's about time you got back, I was wondering if you were going to miss lunch!" Looking past her friend for a moment and not finding Viral with him her smile wavered slightly, and she turned back around as she removed her gloves. "Shu and Takeshi will hopefully be back soon, that food shouldn't take too long to cook. I think it's ging to be a great meal!" Yumi was rather pleased with how the food had turned out, the presentation this time around was going to be exceptional. Stepping over to Choi's side she reached up and pet his head playfully before folding her hands behind her back. "Turns out Choi really knows his stuff, he can probably cook even better than you Vegeta!" Seeing his face turn sour she giggled, cocking her head to the side a bit. "Or maybe not. We could always have a cook off later and see though!"
Shu was getting right back to his usual self, that was a huge relief. "I was kidding, there's no way that stomach could ever be filled," Takeshi joked, patting Shu's stomach. Come to think of it his biggest worry wasn't his brother getting full. What would happen if a little kid like him ingested all of that sugar though? He might go from timid and quiet to insatiable and loud in a few minutes, and goodness knows how long he'd be hyperactive for. The picture that gave him got a little chuckle, it was definitely amusing. Grinning at his brother's readiness Takeshi squatted down slightly, letting Shu hop up onto his back and linking his arms under the little boy's legs carefully. "There we go little man! Just be careful you don't smoosh the candy in your pocket, 'cuz I'm not sharing mine!" Playfully he stuck out his tongue before starting to head on out, mentally mapping out what he knew of the city. They shouldn't be too far away from this place, hopefully only a few minutes walk. "I was just thinking... If Katas can handle things after we pay Ka'shra a visit... Want to go say hi to you-know-who again? After we eat of course."

"Something about them has to be bothering you... And the fact that you don't know either is worrisome..." Vegeta sighed, slumping his posture a bit. He really wasn't cut out for this whole mental inspection deal, they needed a proper doctor for this. Giving Viral a sidelong glance when he told the Saiyan to scram the boy paused for a moment, shaking his head. "I'm going, I'm going, but you're coming too. If I came back empty handed and left you in the woods you know darn well how she'd react." Already he could hear the screams ringing in his ears, though thankfully he wasn't really ever struck like some of the others. While Vegeta may not think it bad letting the Beastman linger here their friend may think differently. Smiling slightly he motioned for Viral to follow, heading towards the house. "Go relax on the roof again or something, just come closer is all I ask. If Yumi tears me a new one for you slinking off then I'm passing it on to you, and neither of us want that."

Kabocha had to cover his mouth with both hands to stifle a bit of laughter. What they were seeing could just well be some friends making a meal, but his perverted way of thinking told him otherwise. They were going to end up a couple, and Kai... Well Kai would be the third wheel to his twin's relationship. He might be an only child and not have a girlfriend, but at least he wouldn't be playing tag-along with Choi. "Oh man... They're so going to date!" Kabocha teased, playfully punching Kai's shoulder. In the midst of the tease the Saiyan sniffed at the air, catching a wiff of something rather delicious. Licking his lips he put a finger to his lips, trying to tip-toe into the kitchen to get a peek of the food. Whatever they were cooking it smelled really tasty... And he wasn't going to get a look at it. In a slight lapse in judgment Kabocha knocked into a chair, his eyes darting to Yumi and yelping as he toppled back onto his backside in alarm as she spun around, paling and exhaling inaudibly when a knife was thrown his way, imbedding itself in the floor mere inches from some sensitive spots.

"Why are you sneaking around in the kitchen?" Yumi asked, frowning as she looked down at Kabocha. With a sigh she closed her eyes, giving a shake of her head and turning back around. "I swear you're such a weirdo..." Placing a few diced bits of fruit along a platter she sent a smile Choi's way before going to the oven, craking it open and grabbing a thick cloth. Carefully taking out a tray inside to reveal a large roast of sorts she carried it over to the platter, sliding it off and in between the slices of fruit. Once the meat was in place she then grabbed a small glass container filled with a orange-ish liquid. Humming happily she drizzled it over the top of the roast, using near all of it before setting the glass in the sink. With that out of the way Yumi turned back around to the two boys, giving Kai a curious look. "You can come in you know...? I'm not going to throw anything at you, if you're worried about that." Kabocha had since picked himself up off the floor and was now sitting at the table, the knife set a few centimeters away as he gave it a good staring at.
"Use your head means to think about it," Takeshi explained, smiling as he reached over and ruffled Shu's hair. "Katas told us to do that so I did. And married means... Well it means... When two people like each other a lot and they want to be together, they get married. They wear rings and have a family, you know... Stuff like that." Takeshi was becoming red in the face a bit as it dawned on him he wasn't too sure what marriage entailed either. He knew what it was, but the intricacies of the whole business were lost on him. "Yeah, we'll get some real food after we talk to Ka'shra, whatever you want. And save the sweets for now, yeah? If you eat all of those you're not going to have room for anything else!" Turning his back to Shu the older boy glanced over his shoulder, gesturing for him to come over. "Want a piggy back ride there? It'll give you a break for a bit and a chance to relax."

"Like I said, I speak my mind whenever something comes up. But... Maybe I'll censor it just a little bit from now on." Figuring that Yumi, Takeshi, Viral and Vegeta would all more than willingly smack him for an off-comment he certainly had it going against him. Smiling nervously Kabocha stepped into the house, almost immediately being greeted with the smell of something sweet being cooked. Salivating slightly he looked over at Kai curiously, quirking an eyebrow before heading towards the kitchen. His surprise was tangible when he poked his head through the door, spotting Choi and Yumi working together on making their next meal. Blinking in disbelief he yanked himself back into the hallway, looking at Kai in silent amazement and pointing in the direction of the pair. "Holy crap... Yumi isn't killing him!" he whispered, suppressing a playful grin. "Looks like your brother's got a girlfriiiiiend."

"It's not my place to talk to Shu about it. The difference is that Shu has Takeshi constantly with him, he's got someone to talk to if need be. You don't, besides Yumi and I. That's why we're trying to be around you, so we can be there if you want to talk. And even if the memories are painful recounting and facing them is the best way to get better. Just tucking them away or suppressing them means they'll always be coming back, and when they do it'll only hurt more." Viral seemed rather against having any sort of support system, as much as he did simply talking in the first place. Vegeta had a fair difficult time figuring just why that was honestly, it wasn't his pride keeping him from talking, or was it? Perhaps it was fear too, fear over what had been done to him and fear over having to recount it. Whatever the case the things holding the Beastman back were fairly strong. "It doesn't matter how old you are, what happened can bother anyone. Yumi's talked to me in private about her time there already, and you're about the same age. Viral... Really, if you're afraid over something then you can say it, no one is going to think any less of you. This is the last chance I'm giving you for now though, if you don't want to say anything then fine, I'll leave you be for the rest of the day."
"Katas told us to use our heads, so I did." Takeshi replied, smirking while shrugging his shoulders. "He left it up to us to create a story and now he gets to pay for doing that. And hey, weird or not she seemed to buy it, which means that part is done. I just hope that guy isn't married." Shu hadn't calmed down then, that was disappointing. He wasn't doing particularly well either, though he was hiding it a little better. Both of them wanted this to be over and yet they had one more stop to make, and considering who they were seeing it might be the most difficult. A general in his experience was stubborn and strict, getting anything out of Ka'shra then would be difficult. "We've just got to go see Ka'shra and then we're done, just hang in there little buddy." Seeing as how Shu was antsy to be done they'd gather the information, pass it on to Katas and wipe their hands clean of this matter. They were doing the leg work after all, but once the end came about they had no part in it.

Again Kabocha just shrugged, having nothing to say about the princes. They had behaviors both from Earth and from the Saiyans, plus some he couldn't place for the life of him. Their closeness wasn't like that of the twins, they seemed to depend on one another for more than just fighting. If they were going to be living on Earth for any period of time they ought to learn a bit more about it. As it stood they were utterly in the dark, even the smallest nuances leaving them baffled. Doing a double-take when Kai suggested talking to Shu Kabocha quickly shook his head, frowning at the idea. "No way, if I say one wrong thing he'll eat me!" the Saiyan complained. Pushing open the front door he shot a look back at Kai, rolling his eyes as he turned back. "I don't pad what I'm going to say, that's all. I speak my mind, and sometimes that gets me into some messes. I'd rather say what I'm thinking than lie or keep it to myself."

"Yes, I'm afraid of hurting you..." Vegeta replied, looking at Viral sadly. "I know you can take it, but I'm worried about ruining the recovery that you've made. I stopped because that one punch looked like it hurt way more than it should have, and I didn't want to cause any more damage. It's my fault anyways you were in such poor shape, so sorry for not wanting to put you in that state again..." And now that he was apologizing Viral would only feel worse that he had cause this. For his friend's sake he put on a smile, trying to shake it off as best he could. "If you want to train again though just say so. I don't imagine you'll have trouble getting Yumi to agree, and I'm sure Shu would be more than willing."
Neither Kabocha nor Kai seemed to be able to make heads or tails about the princes. They were an enigma to be sure, definitely different than the rest of their race. Even Vegeta seemed more like a Saiyan than they did, which was odd considering they were all from the same planet. "Who knows man...? Shu keeps Takeshi from going berserk and Takeshi is like Shu's little keeper. I guess they help each other in a way? Makes me a little jealous, even if I do think having a sibling follow you around incessantly would be a pain in the butt. I swear those two are never apart!" There had to be more to Takeshi's change than just having his brother again. He was never like this with them, so to act so different now was beyond peculiar. Shu seemed to just be a quiet and timid kid, hard to believe that he had that crazy Oozaru form that so many of them feared. They were an odd pair, that was for sure. "Hey, maybe you could ask them when they get back? Press your luck, see whether or not Takeshi hits you for asking?"

"We need to find out where so we can solve this. If I don't know exactly what the issue is then we're just taking shots in the dark, and that won't do anyone any good." Vegeta explained patiently. Viral could dismiss and deny that anything might be bothering him or had changed all he wanted, that didn't make it so. In a way he was acting childish, refusing to accept what other people were saying and trying to ignore everyone. Stubborn might be a better word for it. The Beastman got a puzzled look out of the Saiyan when he called himself a failure, the two certainly not on the same page. "You are the only one that considers yourself a failure. I'm not going to sugarcoat it and say you've been on your best streak, but you're far from a failure. And if you're a failure as you say then why don't you let us help you get better? It makes no sense to me, you loathe your current state but refuse to change it. If you're tired of being beaten or 'shown up' as you say then let us help you more. We'll train until you get your strength back, every day for as long as it takes. You have to be the one to accept this though, we won't force it."

Takeshi let go of Shu when offered sweets, giving the candies a staring at. He wasn't too keen on alien food that was brightly coloured, but not wanting to seem rude he took a few anyways. "Thanks again miss, and thanks for the heads up. We'll be sure to be right out and not cause any problems." So something had those men all worked up, just like some of the soldiers he'd been seeing. S'uma was really clueless, the only crime she was guilty of was being an idiot. Waving goodbye with his empty hand Takeshi led Shu out of the home, taking the walkway back to the gates under the scrutiny of the several guards. Whilst stepping back out onto the street he popped one of the candies into his mouth curiously, grimacing slightly at the tart flavor that it had inside. "So... She was helpful..." he mumbled, swallowing his treat and sticking out his tongue. That wasn't something he was keen on eating again, and looking at the remaining goodies he was rather hesitant to try any more.

"That went better than I'd expected... Honestly she was sort of nice, even if a little clueless." Chuckling to himself Takeshi stashed away the candies in his pocket, figuring he could always test them on the others to see how they were. Now that S'uma had been seen to they'd need to pay Ka'shra a visit. With only the knowledge that S'uma supplied money to an unknown cause they didn't exactly have what they needed, meaning a lot was riding on their visit to the retired general. The building was way back in the military section, by their home and the headquarters, probably a twenty minute walk from where they were now. "We'd better get moving, hopefully that geezer is home, I'd hate to have to look for him." Taking a look over at Shu and seeing how he looked fidgety the older boy smiled sadly. "You feeling okay buddy?" Takeshi asked, "Still nervous? I promise we're almost done, okay? Then I'll take care of the rest, and you can go to the house and relax. Deal?"
"Both of them can be scary when they want to be," Kabocha added, frowning at the idea of both going berserk. "At least only Shu can change though. Can you imagine if they both went nuts and turned Oozaru? I just thought of something too... I wonder why Takeshi doesn't have a tail like the rest of us." On an absentminded cue his own tail twitched, and glancing down at it the Saiyan smiled and gave it an almost affectionate patting. He'd be lost without his, how did their former leader get on without it? On the topic of Takeshi too Kabocha looked over at Kai and nodded in agreement. "Yeah... His little brother's got him on a leash almost... And he's always laughing and smiling too!" Spinning about so he walked backwards Kabocha looked at Kai a bit off-put. "Remember when we went to Kalaria and he just blew up a few cities? I mean sure we took everyone out, but he was wrecking stuff like it meant nothing to him. He doesn't even hit people anymore! Everything is all topsy-turvy now. And then Shu... I don't even know what he does, he always seems so quiet. If you ask me, THAT'S creepy."

"It's not that it's unsalvageable, it's that its so cluttered right now. And if I thought it was something I couldn't fix then do you sincerely think I would be trying? When have I ever been known to apply myself to something that was a wasted effort?" Vegeta liked to think there was a solution, there just had to be. The brain was a curious thing to be sure but it wasn't impossible to work with, besides manipulating memories as Viral had claimed. People could forget things to be sure, but to create false ones was something beyond anything he or his father could have done. The 'trying to help everyone' comment made him cringe a little, shaking his head dismissively. "I'm not trying to help everyone, I'm trying to help you. Look... You're getting better physically, so whatever's left is a mental issue. There's something in your thoughts making you doubt yourself and be angry with everyone. That was never there before, that's new, and we need to find out where it's coming from to get rid of it. But I can't do that if you don't talk to me."

Takeshi had been kidding about S'uma and Katas, but apparently there was a little something between them after all. He had to turn away and discuss a guffaw behind a cough, though Shu likely caught his wide grin as he suppressed laughter. Whether Katas knew about this or not he soon would, since now he had a date. Snickering a little Takeshi looked back at S'uma, giving a half nod. "He wanted you to come as soon as you could, like I said. And the sooner the better I guess, since he sounded pretty busy when we met him." They had a little bit to go off of anyways, certainly enough to bring back to Katas. Still, they only had part of the story, hopefully Ka'shra could shed some light on the rest of it as they still needed the kingpin of it all. Stepping back over to Shu the older boy slung an arm around his shoulders, pulling him into a small hug against his side. "I think that's all he wanted us to say to you. We've got to get going too, there's more people Katas needs us to visit for him. It was nice meeting you ma'am."
"Yeah maybe... Though Shu and Takeshi are the king's sons after all, no one knows what they're capable of. In a way he might have been preventing something, who knows? Maybe one day the kid goes nuts and kills all of us." Not likely as it seemed Takeshi was intent on keeping the little Saiyan tethered to him. He could understand wanting to protect a sibling, but even as an only child Kabocha saw that as a tad excessive. If it ever did though then he was willing to bet Kai wouldn't be so against trying to stop Shu again. Smiling and shrugging his shoulders the Saiyan began a slow walk back to the house, not overly enthusiastic to see everyone after his fit. Choi was bound to give him a hard time, and he didn't even want to think of seeing the Commander. "Hey Kai... What do you think about the Princes?" Kabocha asked, glancing back, "I mean what do you really think? Suppose they'll turn out like their old man?"

Viral seemed intent on bringing up old wounds, particularly having his memory wiped. Vegeta couldn't explain why it had been done, the scientists had done it probably as a precaution. Whatever the case though it was evident that it bothered Viral a fair bit, and doing it again was just out of the question. "I am absolutely not going to wipe your memory again. If anything that would only postpone whatever is happening, not fix it." Shaking his head Vegeta sat down in front of Viral, crossing his legs and folding his hands in his lap. "Viral... Memories cannot be created. While your thoughts can be altered like with that chip memories are intangible, unmalleable, they can't be tampered with. Everything you remember is real, whether it happened as you are now or in your other form. If you're concerned about those being fake then don't be. Good or bad, they happened."

Takeshi's blush faded rather suddenly when he realized what 'cuties' had meant, though kind of glad a bug woman wasn't finding him interesting. Smiling still anyways he opted not to comment on the children, finding the idea of being adopted by the woman a bit odd. Having spoken to her as briefly as they had he'd gathered she wasn't a bad person persay, just a little careless with her money and a bit empty headed. "Oh, right, the message! He's uh... He wants you to stop by his office when you can, he has something he needed to share with you. Says it was some little toy he'd been tinkering with for you." Takeshi shrugged his shoulders, figuring that lie was as good as anything. Katas never did tell them why he wanted to see her, only that he did. Whatever the reason he figured it was none of their concern. When a little bulb lit up in his head Takeshi looked back at S'uma, doing his utmost to conceal a grin. "He also wanted to talk to you in private, though he wouldn't say what about. He seemed awfully anxious though. If you ask me... I think he likes you"
"That guy was a bit of a jerk, but I don't see him being another tyrant." Kabocha agreed, sighing as he crossed his arms. He still wasn't thrilled with their plans, but at least now he'd calmed down enough to recognize it was the best option for the time being, and probably the only option too. "I can't blame you for wanting to keep Choi safe. I mean I've got no siblings, but I've got to keep both my parents safe, so there's that." The downside of being an only child, he supposed. Right now it seemed that everyone had a support group or someone to fall on. The twins had one another, the Princes each other, and the Commander and the Earthlings one another as well. In reality, Kabocha reflected, he was very much alone at the moment, that bumming him out a fair bit. The topic of Korian's near slaying of them before didn't help to lighten the mood, though he cracked a smile anyways. "War sucks like that though. Besides, look at how the Princes get when they're pissed, and he didn't know they were the good guys. Can you blame him for being jumpy?"

Vegeta had figured his gentle please might make some progress if his more direct approaches didn't; they went just as poorly. Viral became properly angry with him for it, even stating the well known truth that as it stood he was weak. Sighing heavily the Saiyan shook his head, doing his utmost to remain patient and giving the Beastman a small smile. "A strong mind is just as important as a strong body. I remember dad used to say that all the time. I still believe that, it's why before even though I never fought I still trained, you have to keep both healthy." There was no delicate way of putting this next part, Viral would have to hear it as it was and deal. If he grew angrier, which was very likely, then maybe Vegeta would let him cool down alone. "You are not healthy in mind, not right now. Your body is recovering, there's no doubt about that. And physically you're getting stronger, but you're losing hold on yourself. It's like... Shu and Ki. He's plenty powerful but he has no idea how to properly use it. If you keep on this path you'll go berserk, and what good will that do you? Listen to me Viral, you need to talk to us. Be it myself, Yumi, or even Takeshi or Shu, talk to someone. Keeping your thoughts, good and bad, bottled up inside of you are going to only hurt you further."

Damn it, Takeshi thought, nearly had her talking. He certainly didn't expect it to be that simple, though it certainly would have been nice. "Sorry, I just assumed you might know something about it. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious about it," he answered, chuckling as he itched at his nose. "And I don't know... Maybe they know something about the energy? Or they just worry about it all being used up? Just saying there could be a reason for their not wanting to use it other than just because." Come to think of it he wasn't entirely sure why those people wanted to keep it. Maybe it had something to do with that city of theirs though, maybe they had their own use for it. They had a bit to work with now anyways, they knew that S'uma was only the financial backer, that was about it. Takeshi wanted to ask where she sent her money, but her last comment got him blushing. "Ah... Well... Uh, thank you..." he stammered, rubbing the back of his neck. Any woman calling him cute, be it alien or otherwise, managed to trip him up, considering what the usual was.
While Kabocha was still having a hard time accepting the plan for moving to Earth it was quickly becoming obvious that he should go along with it. No other world would likely be suitable, even if Earth was a little odd, and truth be told he'd prefer to stay with his squad. Kai had a point too, it'd likely be the best place for his parents. There was a reason his father was a politician and not a warrior, and his mother essentially a secratary, neither could fight. It'd make more sense to leave them near the others who well could to ensure their safety. Still miffed over Viral and the overall feeling of debt to the others Kabocha was hardly in a pleasant mood though. "I don't know... Who knows how that guy will rule," he pointed out, sighing as he turned away from Kai. "I mean he can't be worse than Yamate, unless he kills a whole lot of people for working with the king. Then we might have to take another guy out of power..."

"Viral, I helped you heal because I had to, not because I wanted to." Frowning Vegeta let out a sigh, rubbing his forehead and closing his eyes. "That's not right... I wanted to help you of course, and I had to because I was the only one who could. That was necessary, this is a choice. And if you can't deal, why not get it off your mind? Let it out, it'll be better than keeping it bottled up." Not a moment ago Viral had confessed to speaking out to Yumi, and while it clearly didn't solve anything that was the first time he'd spoken openly. If he hoped to get better, Vegeta surmised, then he'd need to learn not to keep all of his concerns to himself. Forcing it wouldn't help anything though, Viral had to do it of his own volition. "Look... Everyone is worried about you. And not the kind of worry where you take pity on someone, just... Worried. Yeah, you're weak right now, I won't lie. But you're healing again, you'll be strong in no time. It's just up here," Vegeta paused, tapping his head, "That has us concerned. We're alone right now, so will you please open up and let me know what's going on?"

Takeshi wasn't very fond of this place, it was a little too fancy. It didn't look like S'uma tried to hide her wealth either, especially judging by the jewel encrusted water pitcher. It was excessive and beyond pointless, only serving to show off her money to people without it. Not that everyone in the city lived poorly, but this seemed a little much. While both S'uma and Shu took a drink he stood by and explained why they were here, trying not to grimace seeing the woman drinking in her alien ways. "Aw, really? Not even a little peek?" Takeshi asked. Feigning a pout he shrugged his shoulders, folding his hands behind his back and replacing pouting with a smile. "Well I guess that's no surprise, bummer though. I can guess it's being put to good use though, seeing how the war is going." Darn, so no exact answer. Pushing for it would probably be too risky, though at least now they knew it wasn't going to supplies or resources. "Can I ask this then? How do you plan on making the others agree to your terms? I mean they've been pretty stubborn so far, haven't they? What more can you do?"
