That must have been right before I came around the corner and started slaughtering mofo's with my enchanted axe.

But I sincerely believe you should compliment at least one person a day, even if it is not totally genuine. It makes people feel good. So congrats to everyone who posted here, you fufilled yesterday's quota.

This is actually a good point.

And furthermore, aside from making someone feel good about themselves, it should also have the added benefit of allowing one to feel good themselves.

Which in turn, over time, can begin to make one a bit more positive, to the point to where if at first it wasn't quite genuine, then ultimately they begin to sincerely see the good in others and the bright side of life.

Simple. The Peahats (or flying pineapples, whatever) are plants with the ability to hop up and hover short distances by spinning like those little propeller seeds you see on maple trees. Following so far?Now this obviously offers several evolutionary advantages. Chiefly, they are not reliant on the weather or even animals (any fruit/ vegetable bearing plant) to carry their seeds (see helicopter seeds) or spore to new locations, they can do that all themselves. Since plants have been shown to react to stimuli by releasing chemicals, which is an adaptation used by some plants to communicate with other ones to warn of danger among other things, these plants are evidently evolved enough to detect pheromones of animals. The sharp blades of the peahat which are used to keep it suspended for a short time are deadly sharp and can be used to kill animals, which will provide nutrients via decomposition for the newly planted seeds to germinate and sprout, thus completing the cycle and growing more peahats. Given this is a universe where an entire race of plant people gained sentience and are capable of verbal communication and building a civilization, as well as grasping the intricacies of a country-spanning economic system that encourages trading and bartering among other races, the fact there's murderous plants the likely try to kill you so they can gestate more seeds isn't exactly a stretch of the imagination.

that actually makes absolute sense.

Holy crap, I just had the best run of mining luck I've ever experienced. I was mining a straight line, 3 blocks high and 100 long, and in the course of doing that single line I got 32 diamonds. I feel rich.

you ever catch me online, let me know when you find diamonds. I got a fortune pick that'll garner more from each block.

LOLThat happened the other night. We heard these loud booms and since our neighborhood is kinda ghetto we turned off the lights and got away from the windows. My husband went to get his gun and see what was what and that's when I noticed the sparklies in the air. Freaking bottle rockets.

You know, considering basketball season recently ended, you'd be more used to that one >.>

Being short, it's really kind of a daily thing that happens to me. I try to hug people and just wind up casually nosing their tits. Now you wish you were short.

very intriguing image.

Scientifically speaking, of course.
