Lesson learned: I should wash my stove thoroughly and absolutely trying to use it. Especially if it's an older stove. A gas operate stove. That lit old burned food remnants from the previous owner .

I also learned that soup is a good anti-fire tool.

Yeah, cleaning out those burners is a good idea.

We don't need anymore than one other moderator on the server. Preferably, it should be a user that's on almost every day. Even if they are only on for 10 or so minutes every time, the priority is just whitelisting.I'm sure there's a plugin that prevents creative mode from being utilized on moderators.

As I've stated before, Wagon is quite responsible, has been an Admin on numerous servers, and understands the workings of administrating an MC server.

Giving someone access to the console who doesn't have knowledge MC can be potentially disastrous. Nothing like a curious OP accidentally bugging out the server. Or curious me lagging out a server due to loading in a massive sphere of nothing which resulted in a massive crater behind another Builders house. Altering too many blocks at once can be quite a strain as I discovered.

Moderator =/= Op.

Most generally the Mods just mute, kick, and ban.

Builders get access to creative but can't mess around with Whitelisting, etc.

Admins get all the above plus extra.

Then again, I suppose the ranking and permissions CAN be altered anyways, so there's always that.

Wrong. Any op can whitelist people as long as the op level in the server.properties file is 3-4(defaults to 4).
