Actually, I use GIMP. It does all the things I'd use Photoshop for, but it's free and I find it easier to use.
And I prefer the term 'Sorceress'. :D

P.S. TY for the earlier photo. After some consideration I ended up using that as a face, so I really appreciate it. I decided in the end that it actually fit really well.
Just a quick photo mash of a pretty Asian woman and a concept art piece featuring cosmetic special effects. Only took about ten minutes to blend and colour correct. :)
I was tempted to use that image for Susie's handgun of choice, but decided it looked a little too well maintained for her street rat lifestyle.
In fact your choices of a handgun, SMG and blades mirror Susie's loadout well. Obviously the girls need to face off against each other in a warehouse sometime, to find out just how quickly Susie could run away squealling.
From my understanding the districts are the different European countries which were accepted under the 𝙴𝚞𝚛𝚘𝙲𝚘𝚛𝚙 banner over time (as they were able to afford the entry fees. :p)
The lower numbered districts would be the western most ones, such as France and Spain, with the others changing their names as they came under 𝙴𝚞𝚛𝚘𝙲𝚘𝚛𝚙's control until getting to district 15, which would border 𝙺𝚘𝚛𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚝𝟷𝟾 in the east.

There's no mention of 𝙾𝚜𝚑𝚞𝚗's whereabouts in the lore we've been provided, but since Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Russia have all been identified I'd guess they'd be covering Africa, since that hasn't been mentioned either..?
The other option is that 𝙾𝚜𝚑𝚞𝚗 is the MegaCorp version of China and 𝙹𝙿𝙽-22's influence is limited to the Pacific Ocean, including Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Micronesia; perhaps with influence in Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos in competition with Oshun.
Thinking about it now, this could be a rather important thing to work out, since 𝙾𝚜𝚑𝚞𝚗 would either be 𝙴𝚞𝚛𝚘𝙲𝚘𝚛𝚙's southern neighbours, and would therefore be a threat to them, or they'd be 𝙹𝙿𝙽-22's biggest rivals and so would be a potential ally for 𝙴𝚞𝚛𝚘𝙲𝚘𝚛𝚙.

As for name, the professional, appropriate answer is to call her by her surname as Takeda-san. "Kira" is predominantly a nickname derivative of her forename. Anyone can use it, but few people can use it and not get shot in the throat.
And anyone calling her 'Kira-tan' can expect to wake up in a dark, windowless chamber where they'll slowly be killed over the course of several excrutiatingly painful weeks?
...most of the right half of her face were badly burned. The scars have faded over he years, but they are still significantly lighter and less smooth than the rest of her skin.
Would Kira look something like this?
And just out of curiosity, is "Kira" a diminutive of Kirido's forename, or her family name? Should people be referring to her formally as Takeda-san, Kirido-san, or QuickShootHerShootHerSHOOTHER-san (and variations depending on the level of personal or professional relation to her)?
