I guess my comfort zone is "eccentric side character."

"Pleasure to meet you Mr. Jerger." Rudolf replied, taking the cyborgs offered hand in both hands and shaking it vigorously, as though he were trying to make up for Mr. Hut snubbing him. The mans voice was surprisingly soft for his rotund build and seemed to escape him like air from a balloon, which meant that when he turned to Par and said, "I'm aware. Mr. Hut has arranged a meeting between me and Mr. Tops," it wasn't nearly the dark statement overflowing with subtle menace that he thought it was.

In contrast to this it was impossible for GG not to exude at least subtle menace even when engaging in something relatively innocent. Towering over Ahnciel, the beast bent down and what was unmistakably snuffling was audible under the armored plating on its face. It tilted its head in curiosity and kept sniffing this strange new thing it'd found. "You can go ahead and pet him if you like, he's a pussycat." Rudolf said, noticing this and not paying it any mind.
@Archmage MC
Can't complain.

The Kid quietly followed the man into the gore splattered patch of corn and looked mournfully down at the bodies. "This wasn't a fight." He said, walking around to get a different angle on the girl and whatever poor family member lay beside her. If this had been any kind of struggle the corn would be broken. Somebody had come upon this poor thing and murdered her, the small mercy being it was probably over quickly. Sick bastard.

Then there was the other body, the one covered in those mushrooms, then around at the gore coating the corn. The thought of fungus on the corn made him uneasy. "We need to burn this." He said, looking around to see if there was any sort of disturbances left behind. Broken stalks, holes in the gore coating, boot prints. Anything that would indicate whether someone had been through here and which direction they had run off in. "They have any hard liqueur in the house?"
I am thinking about pulling Yandere Silver out @gentlemanvaultboy@thewizardguy

The Rivard verse is currently being simplified, since as it stands right now, I have four pages explaining the most mundane parts that make the more interesting work. As she is part of the Rivard verse, Yandere Silver is also undergoing some changes.

How do you want to handle pulling them out?
It was an odd quick of his companionship that whenever Rudolf went up to meet someone important in one of their big impressive ivory spires he did so via freight elevator, inevitable followed by a long trek up the stairs. He'd tried leaving his bodyguard outside once, long ago, and had treated himself to an elevator. He'd quite enjoyed the experience, in much the same way a man wandering through the desert after three days with no water enjoys finding a small, algae sick puddle with a dead scorpion floating in it. He still had the music the dull music that had been piped into that elevator on a personal playlist, for whenever he wanted to dream. Then the doors had opened up on a circle of men holding very nasty looking sticks who proceeded to give him a thorough reminder on why he traveled with a bodyguard in the first place.

So he suffered the stairs.

He made it the floor where the maintenance workers he and GG had shared the ride partway up with had told him he could find Mr. Huts office, stumbling out the door in a red faced haze and doubling over to catch his breath. Behind him GG negotiated carefully with the door, fitting his head and one paw in and performing an impressively flexible series of twists until he sat like an elephant in the room.

"Ri...Ri...Right!" Rudolf stammered, puling himself up and cursing his slovenly nature. "Let's go boy." He made his way down the hall toward Mr. Huts office, the tromping steps of GG behind him causing heads to dart out of doorways for a look and then just as quickly dart back.
Seeing as us three are still here, maybe we should just jump right to the meeting. Jerico said he was taking them there anyway, didn't he?
@Letter Bee
Not sure what to post.

The Kid weighed his options. If she was just acting clueless she was doing a real good job of it. Whether she really had anything to do with this or not he figured it was better to have her where he could see her than otherwise. Besides, maybe she could actually help. "I'd be much obliged." He said, tipping his hat. "Just stick close. Don't know what's out here yet. You seen anything strange around?"

I just feel it's excessive for me to go basically three times in a row.
