Solveig stands at a mighty 6' 5" and is incredibly muscular. With shaggy blonde hair and a full beard, Solveig is a paragon of Earthican men. His eyes are as blue as the ocean and is never seen without his axe.

Solveig is a proud fighter who never backs down from a challenge. Solveig always leads the charge, even if he's the only one charging in! Despite his aggression, the "Bear of Fortunheim" is actually kind and caring when he's not in battle. He's usually cheerful, peppy and ready to take on the day. If you want anyone to have your back, it's this guy. Always the volunteer to jump in for his allies (especially in a fight), Solveig protects his friends with a fierce ferocity. It's no secret that Solveig would gladly lay down his own life to save another's.
While he prefers to fight on his own accord, when Earthica calls for heroes and warriors, Solveig will answer. As long as Solveig as his prized axe, which he named "Bloodforge" for the amount of mess it can create, there's truly nothing the Berserker won't take on, no matter the odds. As long as he can help people, get coin, and have a damn good fight, Solveig is along for the ride. Although he seems to have a bit of disdain for those who fight in the shadows. Assassins, thieves and cutthroats are held in a low regard, to name a few.
History:
Born to the Earthican town of Fortunheim, Solveig was constantly learning how to fight. His father was the captain of the townguard, and he was damn good at it too. His mother was a talented hunter and was a respected public figure. Solveig had the best teachers he could possibly have. He was a tough kid, and while he never looked for a fight, you certainly weren't Earthican-born if you hadn't been in a scrap or two. That's how Solveig saw it anyways. However, with his teaching from his parents, Solveig was a shoe-in for captain of the town's guard.
When Solveig was 17, Fortunheim was attacked by bandits. Raiders that came for everything they had built. The Townsguard fought bravely, as Solveig battled alongside his father with a much smaller axe than the one he now has. In the rage of battle, Solveig got split from his dad and was forced to another part of town. He managed to lose his pursuers and even take down a couple of bandits that were trying to pick off the stragglers. Within that, he picked up a second axe and managed to sneak his way to the town hall, where the majority of the town had retreated. The entire door was surrounded.
This was the final straw. The young man felt something brew within him as emotions and thoughts flooded his body. This was their home! Fortunheim made it's living all by it's self and if it was to fall, the surrounding villages would have no protection. Solveig would be damned if he let this happen! With a mighty roar, Solveig charged the jeering raiders from behind. Completely caught off guard, one bandit felt his spine cave in after having a hatchet buried within it while the other had his lower jaw lopped off from an axeblade. The sheer viciousness and wildness of the suicidal attack inspired the men and women in the town hall to charge out and attack.
The bandits had nowhere to run. They were being pincered by the Fortunheim forces and a savage, feral young man wielding two axes. Solveig should've died. Any sane person wouldn't have charged in like that. But it worked. Somehow it worked, and Fortunheim held. On that day, Solveig earned his nickname and given the unofficial title of "Barbarian." Fortunheim tradition stated that a warrior who proved his worth would be granted a great weapon that was crafted by masterwork artisans. Solveig chose Bloodforge. With this, Solveig gave his farewell from Fortunheim and set off to make a name for himself. Ever since, he's been travelling around Earthica, lending his talents in fighting to anyone that needs it, and especially the call of his kingdom from the king and queen themselves.
Weapons: Bloodforge is Solveig's prized axe. It is a beautifully crafted steel axe with silver gilded etchings on either side of the blade. With leather wrapped around the lower half of the handle, it has a large insignia of the Earthica symbol scratched into it.

-Berserker Rage: This skill is Solveig's bread and butter. In combat, Solveig turns ferocious and attacks with unhinged fury. The Barbarian becomes reckless sure, but the speed and strength he gets from utilizing this makes it worth it him.
-Survival: As a wanderer, Solveig has learnt how to camp, hunt and live off the land within his travels.
-Brawling: A bit of a pugilist, in fighting contests, Solveig is skilled in bare knuckle fighting and brawling. It's no martial art and it ain't pretty to watch, but it's effective at least.
Scar(s): Solveig bares many scares of varying lengths and sizes all over his body. His most prized one is a large scar on the front of his shoulder. The attack that almost took his arm.
