Current Memes aside, pineapples on pizza is ok actually. Being shat on for liking things different from other people gets old after a while.

She was a goat.

There was no going around it; Hazel was a pink goat.

Why was she a pink goat? Was there any special meaning? Was this what they wanted? What use would a goat have in such a situation? She had thought long and hard, first about how she was turned into a goat, then the why of it, and then finally, she thought about what she was going to do.

The last one was more easily answered.

What was she going to do? Why... she was at Ground Zero. She was going to... she was going... This was her territory now! Aggressively butting anything and everything that dares trespass into her territory, her hallowed ground, she let out a terrifying scream.

"REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
The oni stared at the pills they had been presented, trying to decide whether or not that was a good trade.

The priest did mention that they were to be rewarded, but he didn't mention what sort of rewards, so perhaps this was a good trade? Yagra was expecting something more substantial she could use β€” perhaps more money β€” but she was not one to try and pressure someone into giving more than they promised. Unless of course, if they were tricking her somehow.

"Not what I expected, but thanks anyways, old man. Oh, I almost forgot. I'm Yagra, pleased to meet you all."

As they were leaving, she had thought of roping in that okami and anyone else she could get her hands on for a night of drinking, but unfortunately, she did not manage to catch them before they went on their way. Shame, but another night of drinking alone wasn't exactly out of the ordinary for her.

"Yo, old man!" Yagra greeted the priest as she walked towards the shrine. Her clothing this time around was vastly more practical β€” albeit still in the yukata category β€” than yesterdays; with the sleeves and hem already tied up for unrestricted movements. "How are you doing?"

It wasn't some noble intentions, or thoughts of any greater good that drew her here. It was simple boredom and the prospect of doing something new. Something to break the monotone of taking boring odd jobs. Perhaps she could even earn enough to indulge herself and go to one of the more expensive establishments in the city. Highly unlikely, judging from what that priest gave them, but still, it was something new to do.

Humming to herself, she entered the shrine, shouting out a greetings to those already inside. The okami was there, but more surprisingly the coward from yesterday. "OH! Its you! After you ran with your tail between your legs yesterday, I wouldn't have expected to see you here." Yagra laughed loudly at that. "So you finally grew a pair, huh? Don't you worry! You can c-"

Just then the electric girl burst into the room, making a huge fuss about something. It looked troublesome, so Yagra decided to not get involved right away. She wasn't here to be involved with anyone's private matters after all.

"Understood Master."

This sort of wide scale battle wasn't to his tastes, though Hyde may have something to say about that. The large golem was quite something to behold as well. With such a large creature, it would not be impossible for that to break through the walls of the city. Would any of them be able to hold it back? Certainly not he, for he would rather not have to use his Noble Phantasm where there was no need. The others would have to handle this creature.

For now, all he could do was retreat.

Victoria & Scathach.

Everything happened quickly, enough to leave Victoria slightly confused. These wolves seemed more than feral beasts, with intelligence enough to not just rely on instinct, but using tactics and group maneuvers as well. With their huge size, it was a wonder that the town had not been wiped out yet. For any normal human, these must seem like monsters far beyond their ability to fight. Against the likes of magus and Servants such as they, however, these beasts were far less dangerous, though that was saying little considering they could still tear Victoria apart like nothing.

With a howl, the wolves seemed to change tactics, moving differently in another pattern. It was painfully obvious by now that there was something else than just 'wild rampaging wolves' going on. There wasn't much they could do with the information, but it was still a clue towards investigating this era.

"They're charging at us?" Victoria activated her circuits, reinforcing her own body to a tremendous degree. There was no doubt she had well and truly thought of running straight into the wolves and meeting their charge head on. After all, she couldn't just stay idle while others fought. Being passive wasn't her style after all. "If so, I'll-"

"Stand back, Master."

With lightning speed, Lancer was at Siegfried's side, throwing several spears at the charging wolves, before dashing in to meet their charge, red spears in both hands.
A church visit at night is probably likely.

Alice de Arcobaleno
Alice's house, Eastern field

@Asuras

"Yes, I do understand your point."

Basically what her Servant was trying to say was that he did not truly trust in her ability to keep her mouth shut, nor her ability as a magus. Alice prickled up a little at that, but a haughty Servant was not high up on her list as of now. Her house was not really set up yet; there was a lot more she needed to do before it could truly be called a magician's workshop. There was the bounded field for an alarm, one to hamper enemy magus, and another hidden layer behind the more obvious layers of bounded fields to do.

"Plan? For now we must consolidate our defenses around the house, prepare for the coming of the war as well as prepare for the inevitable moment when the enemy finds out where I am. Then- tch, where is that thing."

Rummaging about the place until she found a wooden box, she kicked it open, upon which a doll about one and a half metres tall popped out, looking curiously around before stepping out completely out of the box and giving her a salute. It was extremely well made, with its movement looking nothing short of human with even its appearance looking very much like an ordinary girl. With a look of slight derision, it picked up the furniture Rider had toppled over.

With the help of the doll to move around objects and such, Alice started again on the defenses, working towards different areas of the house. "Then, I must greet the Overseer of this ritual; it would be rude otherwise. After that, it would depend on the Masters, Servants, and the circumstances of the war."

In short, she had no real plan, having came here with just enough to buy herself a house and a staging ground.

"As for the property we are in, its a small parcel of land, with hedges at the borders, and a small storage shed in the yard. The house is quite large as you can see, with a second story with an empty room, a toilet and my bedroom. The rest of that space is taken up by the balcony. There is also a basement, which we came out from. The surrounding lands are just empty fields with roads through them. Our closest neighbor would take me about a 5 minute walk to reach."

Putting on the last touches of the secondary, more subtle alarm behind the first, she set on to making another bounded field, one that would suppress enemy magus should they step into her territory.

"I don't feel it would be a good idea to put out bounded fields beyond the borders of this property. Should any magus stumble upon it, they would immediately get suspicious of their surrounding. Besides, I cannot be seen puttering about on the fields outside at this moment. Attracting undue attention could be detrimental. However, do tell me of your suggestions, and I may act on it in due time."
This looks too good to pass up. I want to join in.
No matter where they were, thugs were still the same.

With a flick of her wrist, she projected a large bat, and with a swing, sent all four of those charging her flying in all directions. As if a switch had been turned, the rest of those anons swarmed towards her, brandishing weapons and fists. A veritable crowd, one that most martial artists would have been hard pressed to fight.

Juniper was not most martial artist.

For one, she wasn't trained in any recognizable forms of martial arts, but an amalgamation of what her mother taught her and moves she copied from her opponents. And for another, fighting a large group of people was something she did very well.

With a tremendous blow to the first one to come near her, the anon smashed through the crowd like a cannonball, knocking several of them down in the process. In the resulting brief moment of confusion among them, she took down another two anons, before slamming on the floor with her prodigious strength. Debris and dust flew everywhere in the resulting explosion, both blinding and knocking out any unfortunate enough to be hit with a large enough chunk of floor.

Manufacturing an advantage was needed to fight a large group like this. Confusion, fear, and hesitation was as potent a weapon as her own fists would be. If they were hesitating, they weren't fighting. Not all of them would act the same however; there were some that was braver β€” or more idiotic depending on how one view them β€” than the rest. Some of them managed to get a blow in, but none really had the strength to really hurt her. The sharper weapons were prioritized first, with her taking advantage of her longer limbs to knock out the users before they can get close.

With just a few minutes of fighting later, most of the group was already knocked out or have fled, leaving only a small handful left. Bodies of those knocked out littered the mostly destroyed floor, with some draped on broken furniture. Juniper had not gone unharmed however, for though she was well versed in fighting a large amount of opponents at the same time, she was still but one, and they were many. There was a cut on her temple and her arm was bloodied, but she was still standing strong, that smile still on her face, daring the anons to come closer. There was certainly a lot of them, but they were hardly the match of even the thugs from her world. They lack the resolve, power and determination of the desperate depraved men who had done battle on each other to merely survive another day.

The anons seemed identical to her, but there was one that had caught her eye ever since the first four anons had tried to attack her. A fellow with a bandana, that had hung back instead of trying to get in on trying to murder her.

"Well? Was that it?" She addressed those still remaining. "It will take more than that to satisfy me."

There wasn't much else to be said; not even her teammates seemed pleased with the battle. Were they displeased with her? Everything about the battle was confusing to her. At most, she had expected to knock people senseless should they try to run, but having to actually fight for her life wasn't something she was prepared for. It was as if they were conspiring against her.

"They're afraid of you."

Hazel shut her ears once again, replaying the footage of the fight in her mind again and again, pushing out any unnecessary thoughts. Perhaps it was excusable then, that she wasn't looking when Rain disappeared into the ground, nor did she understand why Rosa was crying. Empathy was not her strong suite after all.

With everything said and done, she had simply went to sleep for the remainder of that night, leaving her bundle of clothes on the floor.

She woke up early, feeling wide awake. Without further ado, she freshened herself up before going out for her morning exercise and delivering that unlimited access form for Ground Zero to the office.

After being yelled at by a guard for wearing too little β€” wasn't she wearing the same thing during the exercise yesterday? β€” Hazel returned to her room, and took a proper shower and changed into something more modest; a simple white long sleeved blouse with a ruffled collar and a long brown skirt without any embelishment, both of which there was an abundance of packed into her luggage by the people back into the facility. It was not a style she disliked. Being comfortable, practical and unrestrictive, it was something she preferred over the tight clothing she had to wear during her time out with Emma.

Sometime after noon, one of the guards came to tell her her request has been granted, giving her free rein into Ground Zero whenever she need to. Wasting no more time, she packed some food from the cafeteria and made her way there.

Once again, she stepped into the copy of a ruined city, walking amidst the odd people that wandered around there. After what had happened yesterday, where she had to suppress her urges, Hazel needed an outlet for her stigma. It was a good thing Lawrence told her what to do in these situations, for she had hardly known what to do if her stigma got worse here or that this place existed before he had shown it to her. All she had to do was destroy anything here until she was satisfied, and everything will go away. That was what he said.

"Destruction will sate it."

Placing the pack of food and water by the tower where that odd girl was, Hazel first turned her attention towards a large mostly intact building. Projecting a massive fist, she effortlessly penetrated the entire front of the building with it, and activated one of her newer abilities. With astounding force, and a lot of odd purplish smoke, the building exploded, throwing debris everywhere. It was destruction unlike anything she had ever done. Just the sheer noise and the way it shook her body to her very core was enough to make her blood boil in excitement. Having taken the edge off her stigma, she unlatched the collar, and threw it near the pack of food. With renewed vigor, Hazel stepped once more deeper into the down, destroying anything and everything she could reach.

She gasped, trying to catch her breath.

Once again, her vision had went white some time during her rampage, and she found herself dead tired and gasping for breath in the middle of a large swathe of destruction. Craters pocked the streets, and most of the buildings around her were flattened, and the rest were barely standing. The fake people who were in the city did not escape her attention, with bits and pieces strewn about her. There was one tall building relatively far from her with a large red splotch on it, where one unfortunate soul was thrown with all her strength. It did help however, for her mind was clear of anything save herself.

Dragging herself back to where the girl was, she sat back against a wall, and opened the food pack to reveal the blood red dish inside. More mapo tofu, but this time, she was prepared with more water. Her eyes started watering as she started on the red dish, her thoughts wandering as she ate.

There had been so much happening the last few days, that she could barely keep up, and she had barely any time for herself as well. Monsters, training, odd people and even people dying. Hazel wasn't too concerned with the death β€” people die all the time anyways β€” but she was more concerned with what they have been putting her through, and what they might do to her. Hazel had a feeling some of them didn't like her at all, even going so far as to come at her with a spear. Or perhaps they didn't like anyone?

It was not that she was afraid to die, but...

"Do you want some?" Hazel asked the silent girl. Predictably, there was no reply. She wasn't about to actually surrender any of her food β€” especially the mapo tofu β€” even if the girl did reply, so it was probably for the best.

Finishing her food and regaining some of her energy, she stood up and stretched. It was still strange for her, being able to see the sky, downcast as it was. It was strange, being able to breathe in fresh air that had different scents in the air. It was strange, that she could spin around as far as she wanted without being restricted by a wall. She stopped spinning once she almost fell over on a piece of rubble. It was strange, but she did not particularly mind this strangeness.

It was getting late in the day however, and she doubted they would want her out here for very long, or after dark. She wouldn't have this peace of mind for much longer as well; her stigma should be coming back in force soon. Putting the collar back on, and downing two more of those pills from the featureless bottle, Hazel picked up her things and walked back to the dorms.
@Moonlit Sonata Can I send over a familiar to the church first and introduce myself? I need to know who that person is at least.
