Nar Mat Kordh-Ishi - an Orcish saga

Well, I figure I'll get the ball rolling with the relationships, etc. What follows are just suggestions, I'm happy to remove anything folks object to

Half-Face's Relationships and Acquaintances:

Xozu Ten Braid: Half-Face is intrigued by the power and longevity of the old crone, and is interested to learn her secrets and lore for himself. He has made it his business to woo the old hag's favor.

Dakgu Elf-Scalper: Half-Face knows the value of a good scout, and values Dakgu's abilities and ruthlessness. They've worked well together during Dakgu's time in the company, but Half-Face is wary of the cold menace lurking beneath the scout's quiet exterior. Unlike most orcs, Half Face values archery on the battlefield, and appreciates the training Dakgu has brought to the company's spikes. The scout is definitely someone Half-Face wants on his side.

Nargesh "Tall Shadow" gra-Gonhamph: Half-Face sees the Tall Shadow as a potent weapon, but little more. The Shadow likely despises him as a coward and a sneak.

Grolan: Ironically, Half-Face is suspicious of Grolan's ambitions in the Company. He recognizes the wily half-orcs intelligence and skills with a blade, and sees him as a potentially dangerous rival.

Einark No-Tusk: Half Face values Einark as a skilled soldier, one whose loyalty to the company is unquestioned.

Koloch the Butcher (very tentative, since no CS exists): Half-Face appreciates the iron discipline the Butcher instills in recruits, and they work closely together on drilling and maintaining the pikes as an effective fighting force. It was Koloch that first recognized Half Face's potential as a commander, and the Drillmaster was something of a mentor to Half Face. The two are similar in their approach to war, even if very different in personal style- Koloch all rage and ferocity, Half-Face quiet ruthlessness. They are on as close to friendly terms as two exceptionally cruel and warlike greenskins can be.

Radush Eye Drinker (very tentative, since no CS exists): Half-Face respects the Eye Drinker for building the Company, but also has one eye on his chair. Half Face is too devoted to (and afraid of) the current chief to challenge his supremacy- which anyway would be a fools errand with no chance of success, but Radush is getting on in years and Jagath is not his father....

I should probably make one of these as well.

Anyone have any idea on how they stand with Nargesh? I had it in mind to have a pseudo protective guardian kind of deal with someone in the company. Possible long time friend for character building later on.

Hmm, wanted to go with something a little different but I'm worried I went too far, the character might not fit the mould very well.

Then again, that could always be a good thing.

Interesting. Much like the last game it seems we're going to get allot of halfies ironically.

I think previously we had two half-ogres though from different breeds. I think there is a good chance Nargesh will probably try and turn Grolan into her night pillow. I hope he's quick on his feet. :P

Luckily she's easily tricked. Though the comedic value is to good to pass up.

Mmhmm, I've only managed to engage one of my characters thoroughly, Fury.

I suppose if I included every tenuous link

Fury; currently riding high on a Angar Ryllan flagship with a fancy new toy, defeated by Skallagrim, fought General Freedom (not sure how this is canonized, the first battle which took place with Sukoh caught in the background ended with Freedom being captured.) Had a minor skirmish with Sukoh and some other characters before leaving. Fought Kanitah and beat him up a bit before leaving, eventually re-encountered Kanitah and killed him, taking his world machine, which brings us to the present day with Fury.

Clockwork Man; Won the Nexus of Worlds tournament and recieved the Dreamer's ability to transport through space (which is actually pretty important, as it leaves him as one of the few ways to access the Nexus, which could make him a valuable target if people knew.) Dissapeared for a bit and probably went on some glorious adventures (this is the stage he's in at the HQ lobby atm) Eventually got stuck in Technomagic land and was transformed by Elmorium. Did some shit on the Technomagic world, got caught up in the Death Cult's kidnapping of a Mystan elder who happened to be his friend and fought with one of their agents to a stalemate. Pursued the Death Cult and met Schradinger's character, went on a very short space adventure, caught the Death Cult at their big tower, went in and rekt face, found the Death Cult and was convinced by the Elder they meant no real harm (questionable, Clockwork probably would have bitchslapped them for the lives lost in Mystan) then everyone kind of cut off posting with the Clockwork Man stuck in the Death Tower, presumably surviving the Angar Ryllan invasion immediately after.

More tenuously linked to the multiverse are the world of the Ramor and Felenr, which are both being plagued by wormholes into the web of the Nexus for drastically different reasons.

Metz: Just found out all the mana on his planet is being eaten by Ghourkas.

Ramor: Grent Republic have captured Saanja, possibly planning to convert him and use him as an operative to explore the Nexus, if IN is interested. Jok is currently trapped in the weird universe Innue's tournament is set in, and presuming he survives will return to report his findings.

That's all my lore, might dump it in the Multiverse thread if that's what you're supposed to be doing, but who knows.
