I have an idea for a backstory, but I need you to approve an element key to the whole thing. Basically, my character would be a member of a special tasks group formed by, and answering only to, the dark lord to act as both an elite guard and, well, a special tasks group assigned to make sure his regime is stable and secure using whatever means necessary, whether that be assassination, kidnapping, terrorism, etc. There's undoubtedly a lot more to it than that, but that's the fundamentals of it.
I think what he means to say is: 'can suoer soldiers usually rip doors off hinges'

Or at least, that's what I gather.

I will post when I can, sorry it's taken awhile. Not been 100% today

Ish fine.
So we live in Future not-North Korea-but-like-North-Korea. I can work with this.
Will post later tonight, I'm just a beeeet busy for the next few hours

EDIT:...Okay, maybe not today.
Levi, having been writhing on the floor, had Sarah's pistol kicked from his hand, and his body roughly thrown over the shoulder of some mercenary asshole. He heard bits and pieces of the conversation through the lack of sound due to his fading consciousness, just barely enough to figure that they were just gonna torture him for information he didn't know and not end up putting a bullet in his skull. Or maybe they would after they got whatever information he and Sarah obviously didn't know.

Soon enough, they got to a dark place. "So... is this your rape dunge- OOF!" He got a good slam against the wall for that comment, but damn, was it well worth it. Not even a minute after that, he was trussed up and put in a chair... right behind Sarah, who was singing showtunes before quickly being shut up with a punch to the head. A punch, which caused Sarah to inadvertently headbutt Levi. Ouch. Painful, but it was still bearable.

A threat or two later to Sarah, and the merc came over to ask Levi some fun little questions. Fuck that guy. Time to have some fun.

"Ah, I'm Commander Pissoff, Official Vault Lollygagger, you son of a bitch."
"Huh, wonder where she went," Levi mused as he wandered around the room, looking for clues. The only thing out of the ordinary was the turned over desk, but he could probably ascribe that to faulty building or maybe Sarah just bumping into it on her way out the door to go explore around the compound. After all, what other reason was there really for her to leave the room? David said the mercs weren't gonna mess with them, after all. "Probably just went out for a stroll, no need to have me foll-"

Then he saw the dropped gun, and he had a minor metaphorical heart attack. Sarah leaving and accidentally knocking over the table, he could buy. But there was no chance in hell she'd leave without her sidearm. It was then Levi heard the sound of boots. David's words were exactly Levi's thoughts on the matter. The Vault Dweller spun around to see a muscly looking bloke. It was cool, it was cool... David said the mercs weren't gonna mess with them.

Suddenly, a massive pain in his eye. The hard strike made contact after all, and while it didn't completely knock Levi unconscious, it would definitely leave a shiny black eye for his trouble. It was okay though, he could salvage this situation. He picked up Sarah's 1911 off the ground and attempted to fire a few shots off, only to get a single shot-off-and-miss and a good kick to the solar plexus. He still wasn't unconscious, but he was definitely out of the count, if his ragged breath and the pain he obviously felt meant anything.

'DAMMIT DAVID, YOU SAID THE MERCS WEREN'T GONNA MESS WITH US!'
So what exactly is the tech level of the world? It says 'far beyond what is capable' but how advanced is that exactly?

Also, what is the society like? Ours or something more medieval-esque? I'm asking because what character concept I use more or less relies on what the society is like
Would it be possible to change up the Pyromancer's power? If not, I'd be cool with keeping the Pyromancer an actual pyromancer.

EDIT: Or just alter it to govern the realm of 'increasing temperature' rather than 'BOOM FIYAH!'.

The blue haired girl had a rather noticeable blush of embarrassment across her checks as she stopped apologizing, looking to the boy with her big green eyes that showed she still felt awfully terrible for spilling his drink.Glancing around the Cafe she then noticed that there weren't even any more seats for her, the girl frowned as she turned back to the human boy and gave nervous smile "Since we have already been somewhat antiquated, would you mind if I sat at your table? I understand if you don't want me to it's just that there are no more seats now" She asked continuing her little cutely nervous smile. She didn't even wait for the boy to answer her as she sat down already, getting herself comfortable before turning back to him and to the drink he had. the Dragonette was sizing up the damage she had done to his drink and wondering if she should bother to get him a new one to make up for it."Oh I'm Arydun Untryr by the way" She then perked up as she held out her hand to shake his, a human customary she had noticed when one introduces themselves to another "Do you want me to buy you a new drink? I need to make it up to you somehow" She then asked him in a sweet voice. Arydun wasn't really familiar with conversing with humans when outside of work, she only did work so she could buy clothes and food without having to hunt for them in her Dragon form, that and Dragons never had clothes only battle armour. outside of all the human work she has done over her long years the dragon has no real friends or no home. she was ok with that though, Maybe this boy could be her first friend.

"Sure. Take it, fine by me," Ren handwaved as he began to finish up what remained of his recently spilled drink. It was a shame, but it wasn't as if it would go and ruin his entire day. Nor would he hold a grudge against the blue-haired young lady, given how sincere she was about her apology. It might have been a different case, had she been a bitch about it, but fortunately she was quite well-mannered, it seemed. The Terrenian ESPer leaned back in his seat, pushing the cup away from him to signal that it was now completely empty. He watched as the blue haired girl took the seat across from him, just as she said she would. Ren looked off to the side, boredly watching as pedestrians walked by on their way to wherever: classes and work and whatnot. The occasional feeling of being caught in an AIM Field was experienced as another ESPer walked by.

Ren registered the blue-haired girl speaking and directed his attention to her words. Turning to the young lady, Ren shook her outstretched hand and decided to give an introduction in kind. "Nice to meet you Arydun," Ren began, "I'm Ren. And there's no need to get me another drink to make up for it, I've already had my fill."
