He wasn't an idiot after all. He pushed the paddy hat off his head with the end of his katana to reveal his entire face. "Pleasure to make your acquaintance, milady," he said with a bow, "I am Takezo Shinmen, just a humble wandering swordsman wishing to be the greatest." Well he wasn't really lying at least, he was just... sugarcoating his intentions for travelling.

"I had heard something similar to a cry for help within the area and came to investigate," he explained, "I was heading towards the source when you arrived." He pointed in the direction he had been heading towards. "Unless you wish to accompany me, I believe this is where we part ways," he said, pulling up his hat once more and walking.
