Skylar looked to Erion and she held back a chuckle at the notion that he should've turned down Mettaton's volume. After he told the group that he would stay on the surface, she nodded and answered "Alright,". Now that she thought about it, he had that look of recognition, just as Sans seemed to have, right after she saved that Temmie. Maybe he would be able to tell her if she needed to LOAD if anything happened on the surface. Before she could say anything about that, Celes stated that she would come along as well. Skylar nodded to Celes and answered "Thank you," She appreciated that the stranger wanted to help find Frisk. Her healing abilities would definitely help.

She looked to Papyrus and Sans as Papyrus spoke and she couldn't help but smile at his response to Sans' joke. She listened to his response to Sans's attempt to get him to stay on the surface (yes, she knew what he was up to. ...Yes, she was guilty of trying to use the same tactic on Frisk years ago). Skylar had to say, it was one of the most spectacular backfires and most heartwarming responses she had seen and heard! Her eyes teared up a bit, and she wiped the tears away and she couldn't help but let out a happy "Awww!" She couldn't help but think as to how lucky Frisk was to have Papyrus as a friend. In a way, hearing that filled her with determination.
Sans sighed silently and discreetly so Papyrus wouldn't be able to tell. So his attempt didn't work...Well, he couldn't think of another way to deter him. So he simply answered lazily "OK,".

Though, speaking of Undyne, she suddenly appeared out of the forest. Sans answered David when he asked (both him and Skylar ignored the fact that David misspoke, so they wouldn't embarrass the poor guy), "Oh, That's just Undyne. Captain of the Royal Guard. Before we were freed, she was supposed to capture humans..."
Skylar greeted Undyne "Oh! Hey Undyne. Alphys must've called you too, huh? We were just about to head to the Underground..." Skylar didn't comment on the fact that there was no need for Undyne to suplex boulders.
