This is my opinion, but I was thinking that the Ninth Doctor and your character could go through the episode 'Rose' for their first meeting. While the Tenth Doctor and my character could go through an original story plot for their first meeting. I do have a bit of an idea for the first meeting.

Beatrice breathed heavily as she ran down the streets of the silent city. She didn't care about the rain or how the streets seemed so desolate of people as she ran. She looked back behind her to see the people of the Brotherhood chasing after her. She looked forwards again, and knocked down objects in order to create obstacles for her pursuers. She knew that she couldn't go to her friends for help, nor could she just go home! She would just end up cornered. She soon stopped to see the doors leading into a castle. The castle certainly looked large enough to lose some people of the Brotherhood in now. She hurried to the doors and opened the heavy doors as fast as she could with some struggle. She managed to open the large door a small crack, and she squeezed through. Once she was inside, she quickly closed the door and barred it with a nearby candelabra.
She backed away as she heard the men bang on the door and try to open it, before it ceased. Beatrice let out a breath she had been holding and she panted. Her mind reeled. She couldn't believe what she had just seen! Wasn't the Brotherhood of Light supposed to be helping people?! How could they...?! Just how could they?!
Beatrice winced and groaned as a familiar pain shot through her heart and she kneeled down panting. She muttered under her breath out loud "Don't you dare...Don't you dare...Hyde!"
She could hear Hyde answer her, even though she knew no one else would, "Come now, Jekyll. You know you need me now,"
She mumbled "No, I don't. I've lasted this long, haven't I?"
Hyde purred "Sure, ya did. But...don't you feel it? This feeling of oppressive darkness. We're not alone dear Jekyll. You just got us out of the frying pan...and into the fire,"
Beatrice stood up with her medical bag in her hand and her cane in the other and she commented "Then I might as well get out of here. Before something else comes to kill me," She just hoped that the Brotherhood wouldn't send those monstrosities after her...
She walked down the halls of the castle, looking for another exit she could use. She most certainly couldn't go out the way she came since she valued her life.

Angela is a relatively calm person who just goes to the beat of her own rhythm. She's very creative, and has simple tastes. She acts like an old woman, but that means that she's wise in some aspects, more in the philosophical, and situational instead of science or biological like the last two. She has a few friends (that's more than the last two combined) and very few enemies. Cross her, and she could be very manipulative and sly. She may look out for herself, but that doesn't mean she won't look out for her friends.
