When Ace mentioned that the couch he was currently sleeping on was the only spare "bed" she had, he gave a shrug and replied, "That's fine, I've had worse. And thank you for the offer. I was a bit worried about where I'd be able to sleep. I promise to get out of your hair as soon as humanly possible." He gave a thankful smile as he made his way to the kitchen where Ace was preparing food. "Two eggs would be nice, thank you."

Not realizing how much danger he was in until Ace shouted for Truth to not hurt him, Ryan had had his hand held out to pet the wolf as it slowly approached. Now that he knew she wasn't as friendly as he thought she would be after saving her master, Ryan tensed up and slid a bit farther away from the animal. "You've, uh, got a very nice looking dog, Ace," he complimented. I wonder what breed she is. With no idea what to do while waiting for Ace to dress herself, Ryan's eyes began to wander around the room and take in the surroundings. The main thing he noticed was the broken television. I wonder what happened to that TV.

Hearing Ace's voice snapped Ryan out of his wild imagination as he thought of ideas of how the television cracked. "Oh, uh, I don't have any money sooooo... you'd have to buy," he said with a hint of embarrassment. Oh man, where am I going to sleep. I can't afford a motel room. Should I ask her? It that rude to ask to spend the night?

Robert would have a Spongebob moment and waste them all. For example, "Three wishes? Oh man, I wish I had known that earlier." Or "I have trouble thinking without food. I wish I had an ice cream cone or something."

Ryan decided to accept Ace's answer, deciding that she would either tell him later or he'd ask again at a more convenient time. Most likely, what would actually happen is that he'd forget to ask again and Ace would never tell him. He'd have to accidentally figure it out on his own. He stood behind her as she collected her cold, wet clothes from the snow and followed her inside. Ryan was definitely upset with himself that he had left her door open as well as multiple cupboards and drawers. When she began to move towards the attic though, a feeling of fear suddenly struck him. Oh man, she's going to know I went through her underwear drawer. And there's nothing I can do to stop her! Argh, this is horrible.

Deciding that it was pointless to try to cover up his mistake, he sat down on Ace's couch after she gave permission for him to "make himself at home." His face was plastered with the expression of regret and guiltiness. He fully expected for Ace to come back down and confront him about his very big mistake.

Ryan gave a shrug as Ace turned down the offer of hitching a ride on his back. "Suit yourself." Standing side-by-side with the pretty woman, the young man began to think of possible subjects of small talk while they made their way to the cabin. That's when he noticed the elephant in the non-existent room. "So, uh, why are you out here all naked and alone and stuff. Not to be... inconsiderate of your... hobbies or whatnot, but it does seem a bit strange and weird," he said. Even with her covered up by his own hoodie, he still felt like he was being a pervert if he tried looking anywhere at her neck down, and continuously had to force himself to look away from Ace. I hope we get to that cabin soon so she can put some clothes on. Make all this less awkward and stuff. How far away was that cabin anyway?

I'm still figuring out whether or not I want to have figurines of the RWBY cast for sale, or figurines of whatever is popular in the world of Remnant...

Maybe treat Altesian Knights like gunpla or something.

Make X-Ray and Vav figurines. We've seen Jaune and Mercury reading a comic book of them so we know they're cannon as fictional characters in the world of RWBY. It would make sense if they had action figures of them and other characters from X-Ray and Vav.

Ryan thought on the idea of following Ace back to her cabin. That sounds like a good idea. Why wouldn't I want to go with such a pretty lady back to her home. And maybe I can try to clean up a bit of the mess I made, like the underwear drawers, before she notices. Ryan nodded to Ace before saying, "Sure, I'd love to go with you." He then looked down at her still bleeding leg and couldn't help but think how painful such an injury might be. "That looks like it must hurt... like a lot. Anything I can do to help? Umm, maybe I could carry you or something?" Ugh, that sounds so weird. Especially since she's still mostly naked. A hoodie barely anything to cover up with. Still, he turned his back to her to allow her to jump on if she accepted his offer.

"You live there?" Ryan asked embarrassed. "Um, well, uh... It's a very lovely home," he said, trying to lighten the mood considering he just admitted to breaking into her home. When she finally gave him her name, Ryan stuck out his hand to give her a handshake. "Well, hello Ace. It's nice to meet you. I'm Ryan... Oh wait, I already said that," he said as he scratched the back of his head with the hand he had originally held out to shake her hand. "So how did I get here? Umm... Oh yeah! I just walked. A lot of walking. With no clue whatsoever of where I was going."

It was then that Ryan noticed how cold Ace looked. Being naked in the middle of winter in Colorado will do that to you. He began to take off his hoodie as soon as she began to ask him and handed it to her open hand. Ryan couldn't help but feel he should say something, anything to the pretty girl in front of him. His mind drawing blanks, he said the first thing that came to mind. "Your accent is very..." You've already started, you better finish that sentence. Sexy? Probably best not to say that in front of a naked stranger. Hot? Same reason. Umm. Think, think, think. Aha! "...pretty."

By the way I'm also curious. What is the state of the canon universe in this RP? Are teams such as RWBY and JNPR other teams within this RP? Or some other?

If I remember correctly, several people mentioned the explosion Ruby caused with Weiss' dust in the second or third episode back when The Irish Tree was GMing, so logic would dictate that the teams in the show are still cannon here.

I dunno. It feels unnecessarily complicated, just give a batch of 4 for 1 credit or something or ignore the cost whatsoever, none of those items are particularly gamebreaking, some like the first aid kit should just be issued period at no cost in any normal society. Not to mention the hunter specific gear which is downright treading into the credit territory by the current definition. Furthermore, what's the rule on determining what mission is worth what lien? It would vary from overseer to overseer and hardly be fair, city guard can hardly afford to pay the same money SDC does for the smae job. It all feels too difficult for a nontabletop RP, do we really need this stuff? What next, dice rolls? I'm regreting putting the credits into the mission templates already. I put them in to give the greedier characters (Translated: mine) to give them something to decide what mission to take, nothing more.
