While it's undoubtedly not as bad as your illness, I've been incapacitated by the flu for the past two weeks or so. That shit really stifles my creativity.

The humans of Brackenhorst generally worship a nondescript omnipotent all-maker quite simply called the Lord. There are more complicated pantheons in the southern kingdoms but you are free to create those yourself.
The wood elves revere the spirits of nature, something they try to live in balance with.
Dwarves are too busy digging and forging and sitting on piles of gold to worry about gods.
The religion of the centaurs is similar to that of the wood elves, except they worry themselves more about obtaining power and favor from the wind and the rain than living in balance.
