Well that's three years from now, a lot can change in three years. I imagined that Sapphire defrosted somewhat and Shiro learned to control his impulses at least a little better. Cordial might not be the word but I'd say tolerant would fit nicely.

Yeah, tolerant. God, we need to shut up and just post. XD I'm antsy and want more RP goodness. Tis a shame the other RP isn't breathing real well.
It's all in presentation.

I guess so. I thought it was a bit odd, reading Prince's contest entry Shiro and Sapphire seemed to have a rather cordial relationship.

Ahh, gotta love AUs.

I resent the cold heart comment.

Don't you lie to me, you know it to be true. Sapphire is like an Ice Queen. I mean, this mission is the most she's spoken with or interacted with her team. Otherwise, she mostly has been getting to know others outside her team. A leader that's not made any real effort to connect with her partners as Lugu mentioned.

Also, I was meaning to imply that fighting is about his only strong points. That and being friendly and luffable.
@harinezumikouken: ever since the incident in the cafeteria, I just view him as local instance of the Klutz trope, in and out of battle :D

Cafeteria incident?...

Well, he's only written to be a knucklehead outside of fighting. When the chips are down, he can get serious. About his only strong suit besides the silliness.
I don't, but it's mostly because Shiro probably isn't willing to go all out on Sapphire. When it comes to speed Shiro matches Sapphire, and he's not exactly lacking in the damage or durability department. If he could muster the imagination to do so, he could also twist his Illusion powers to be more effective than Sapphire's own disappearance based Semblance. But what he lacks right now is the will to harm Sapphire, which is why he's most likely going to lose. He needs to be more vicious.

I wouldn't say match her speed, if he dropped his sword and shield to go claw to fist maybe. As far as his Semblance he won't be receiving his full illusionary powers until he receives enough credits. Even then those may go to a bunch of minor weapon and ability upgrades if not an entire subplot.

Remember I altered and rebalanced his Semblance for this world because I felt his original semblance to be too powerful.

And you're right, if Shiro and Sapphire do throw down she would win because he doesn't have her cold heart. If she decides to anger the tiger boy and push the wrong buttons then that may go out the window. He'll want blood then. She Just has to know what to do or say to flick his switch.
Why does everyone view Shiro as incompetent in battle? Y'all are being mean, picking on my OC ;_:
That just makes me think of Shiro lying in hospital bed with at least 2 limbs in casts and head wrapped in bandages while Sapphire ealks around sipping drinks and basking in her glory xD

Aww..;_;

No, but it's the slight disagreements that snowball into resentment.

Sapphire's already on that path in regards to Shiro.

What's the best way for people to resolve bad blood sometimes? Beat the shit out of each other and become the bestest of buddies after.
So here we are. Should I call it quits now?

I was hoping not. My Marianne character would be dead twice now.
The team can hardly be done in by a slight disagreement, I think.
