I honestly don't care what people think of me as long as a mutual respect can be reached to the extent of having fun with RP. :3

The older versions are more horrifying o_o
Kaite figured the dream couldn't be any weirder than his, although he supposed he knew it not to really be a dream. Hearing about Riblou's accommodation left a bad taste in Kaite's mouth. The poor beast was slow enough as he was without the cryosickness. The was a long pause as Kaite looked out at the docks, his fingers remaining still as he panned through the manifest with his eyes. It wouldn't be likely that they'd be picking up another, but it was still worth waiting around for a bit longer before sloughing it off onto the guards. "If you vould like to share. I haf been...interested...in dreams, lately" He said, lifting off his eyepatch, the amber glint of bioluminescence from his other eye catching the screen. He rubbed his eyes, suppressing a yawn, still grappling with a slight headache from his own cryosickness which left him groggy. Kaite slid it back over his mint eye, giving the other one a break from the screen. It had been a while since the nightmares mostly stopped, leaving Kaite with slurries of images and feeling while he slept that he didn't entirely understand. These new dreams having been taken as foreign and almost scarier than what he had grown used to. He hoped to gather information from others as to better answer his own questions. On the topic of sleep, the idea of getting to sleep in his own bed sounded divine beyond all rational expressions that he could manage in his state. That being said, there was still quite a bit of work to be done before he should be thinking such thoughts. I can still dream... :T Well, at least I have puns down.
Sorry for the inconvenience. :x
Kaite's question was directed towards Riblou since he would be too big for standard cryopods. I guess the question could go that way, too.
But it's okay, Adi won't tattle on Kaite to senpai.
Good to know... On an unrelated note, do you think magnets would stick to Adi? No reason, just curious. >_> <_<
As Adi spoke, Kaite looked away from Riblou, checking the time on their hud. "Oh...it vould appear so" they commented, watching the android almost curiously as if having expected something of its behavior. In truth, the robots which Kaite was first exposed to were little more than boxes on wheels; the humanoid design gave Kaite a feeling of curiosity and, for a moment, shame. He supposed if Adi had been a human, he wouldn't have been so rude...although the chimera had been mostly fooled by their humanoid appearance at first. It was mostly over a name, since being disassociated with feelings was something Kaite could understand. But what was the point of making it look so lifelike? Is it to lull people into a sense of security? Maybe it had been designed to be like a person and, if that was the case, how person-like could it really be? I felt silly with how I acted; the tables were turned and we now kept it...and why not conduct an experiment on it, while I was at it? The only question is where to start... They blinked out of the notes they were taking as Sel socked Riblou in the arm. Kaite was about to make a comment on Sel's actions before they offered to show Adi around the ship. "Ehm, yes. I vould appreciate it, thank you," they instead said, a small sigh of relief in their words before looking back to Adi. "And velcome to zeh Infamous Alto," his tone more confident and concise as ideas swirled in his head, already in the works and hinted to only by the faintest of smiles teasing his expression. "Mostly if you had any kind of dreams...also, heh, if you don't mind me asking where they keep you?" He asked, his mood having taken a sharp upwards swing from only moments ago and his hand continued to twitch from writing down...ideas. Also, Kaite was slightly concerned about Riblou's comfort within the ship, frequently seeing him having trouble navigating doorways. Because of this, the assistant capitalized on the opportunity to let him have a few minutes to stretch outside the ship before getting to work.
Still, I hope senpai wasn't watching. I'm sure he wouldn't be impressed. ;>_> The comment was supposed to be something else along the lines of checking his glove to make sure Adi hadn't poked a hole in it during the shake. :/
Well, now I feel like a jerk. ;T Makes me want to edit bits out, but you already replied so...damn. I guess I'll commit to Kaite's authority complex.
There, rudeness midigated and people get to hang around for a bit longer if they want :U Drinking is bad, mmkay?
