Appearance

Luciel stands at a lean 5'8 sporting a swimmer's tone and lithe features. While they tend to prefer abstract designs and vibrant colors, his manipulation over flora allows him to change the color of his attire and strangely even his hair. However, his eyes hold a rosey amber hue, implying that he may be albino; natural oils worked into shampoo give him sway over his hair color. There is little influence from his mood and most of his choice in appearance is deliberate.
From this, it is hinted that Luciel's attire is an amalgamation of plant material that is made, sustained and repaired by his power. Crass assumptions have been made as to what he wears, underneath.

Personality: On the surface, Luciel has stark two-face tendencies. At times, he is sincere and empathetic albeit a little aloof on occasion and dealing poorly with drama or strong emotions. Countering that, his 'casual' state holds a misty cheerfulness to it, though he is anything but outgoing. Pleasant to be around, though finds it difficult to take the initiative to begin conversations making him come off a little socially awkward to converse with, especially to strangers. Though they wield a gentlemanly demeanor towards women, Luciel has...different tastes. 'Rosemarinus' warms up well and is quite a loyal friend when you get to know him...depending how well you get to know him.
The other half, especially when forced into conflict or on the job, is cold and calculating to the point of statistical nonbias even regarding allies. Though the cheery empathy can still be seen below the surface, it becomes more clear that there is a considerable level of nearly sociopathic regard to emotion. Luciel's true face is professional and orderly, seeing emotion and social formalities as a game which he's become unsettlingly good at.

Short Bio: Luciel's heritage stems from a father of French descent who met his mother while she was on a business retreat in Paris. Though they settled down and were comfortable living in the flat above his father's flower shop, money was still made to put Luciel through fairly prodigious schooling to receive his associates in psychology at a fairly young age; however, he decided to stay and help with the shop rather than continuing education or seeking entry positions.
So easily, everything fell apart one night when Luciel's father simply went missing. Surprisingly, his mother wasn't too broken up and left the shop in Luciel's name before leaving to continue her career. While it wasn't difficult or strenuous of work, the bitterness from unexplained abandonment at the age of 17 wore on him. Today, the shop is demolished with who knows what to take its place. Firemen had been called to retrieve a child from the store which had become a tangled mess of plants gone rampant.
The right questions at the wrong time resulted in Luciel falling in with the Hunters' Association to hopefully find some closure regarding the fate of his father. From what he knows, the search is off...

Floramancy

The obvious drawback of requiring plant life of nearly any form to 'cast' is quite ever-present in an urban setting. However, Luciel makes up for this by carrying packets of seeds on him as well as a few 'emergency munitions' woven into his attire.
-No form of plant life can take a form outside of its organic potential (Moss cannot grow spikes, but can rise up to bash or restrain targets). Because of this, his 'weapon of choice' usually falls in line with roses for their nasty possibility to grow razor-sharp thorns, thus earning him his name.
-Manipulating the shape and color of his attire, Luciel can form some fairly convincing camouflage, even in urban settings. However, his power truly shines in forest settings. The extent of his sway over nature in 'home turf' gave rise to a witty nickname "Oberon" which he resents due to its implications, though many argue is more accurate of a title.

Tactics usually utilize crushing strikes or lashing tendrils to overwhelm opponents or bind them for being finished off through more conventional means. Often, oak and maple trees' anatomy can be bent into barriers or even a simple shield.
More aggressive methods are utilized with thorned or poisonous plants which are mostly utilized on the fly with a bit of creativity. Luciel has no 'signature moves', only an affinity towards plants and a preference for potentially dangerous strains.
Branching out towards Venus fly traps and pitcher plants

-Pappenheimer Raper
-Luciel frequently weaves bits of metal in with the soles of his boots and heels to be deadly in a pinch.

Equipment:
-A booklet of fertilized sheets of assorted seed strips to be torn off and used in his spells.
-A messenger bag containing various reading materials (which he doesn't like people going through...) as well as a first aid kit and a self-preening kit.
-A ring of unknown significance

Other: -Speaks with a slight French accent.
-Very poor when it comes to firearms, having no experience.
-Unfamiliar with Japanese customs

I was curious where we were starting since I don't entierly understand the setting. Is the crimson sky just in one region or all over the world?
Also, do the characters know each other like if they were in a team? Is someone in charge of the Chasers?

Oh, and Jun may be getting the nickname "Ice Queen" slung in his direction. :P

Knowing what I know about Code Lyoko and Persona, I can see the concept being quite interesting. The rest of the reference list is a mystery.
