Antimatter is the opposite of strange matter. Strange matter is just broken down subatomic particles. It's hard to make unless you're Mr. Strange himself.

The issue is that I think the density of Antitnili surpasses that point on Mr. Strange. He gets his power by absorbing matter and breaking it down, but I believe Antinili must feed off a more plentiful resource. Also, it's likely that he is far older.

It moved to the edge of the observed area before disappearing, so it's safe to say it left. I'd stay alert, though. You can never know.
