Firstly, thank you very much. Secondly, I’m always for not causing mass panic amongst the people, so I’m more than happy to agree to that, pending a decision on who I can tell. I have some friends in the business as well who might benefit from knowing about this, should dealing with that villain become a burden that they must bear at some point.

Thanks! I think what Plus was getting at was asking how they would be able to understand what our signal means if they don't know how to decode it. How would they tell the difference between distress and something less problematic?
