Sebaru had motioned for the Guards to all meet him in his quarters after the funeral for their briefing of the time that would come. Things were about to change, change sure was necessary right now. Sebaru walked into his quarters while the Guardsmen were all still saying their goodbyes to the departed. Sebaru had dried his tears, and was changing out of his kimono, into his regular clothes, his black robe and matching linen pants, putting his forehead protector firmly onto his head, and with the protector, he also put in a tri-shaped piece of crystal that was attached to a pin that went in between his headband and his forehead, marking that he was the leader of the village, and a symbol of his undeniable power. And now it reminded him of his friend who had given it to him, more than twenty years ago, Hirorama had made it out of a piece of charcoal that he had applied such amounts of pressure to, using his special style of earth release to turn it into diamond and then given it to Sebaru when he was crowned Tsuchikage by the village council.

Sebaru was yanked out of his thoughts by the pressence of the remaining Guardsmen on his doorstep, on their way into his quarters, a fairly big room, looking similar to a dojo, as that was what it used to be. Sebaru motioned for all of them to line up in front of him in the spacious room. "Like I said out there. Today is a dark day. We lost two of our greatest assets today. Our friends, loved and respected by all. The oldest members of the Granite Guard have been laid to rest, and it's now up to you to fill the void made by Rei and Hirorama. It's not an easy task, I'm afraid. The other villages know full well that you are weaker now than before, and they will surely try and abuse the fact that we lost our Burning Flower and Pulverizer*. For the first time in history you will be given pupils. Kids that will be put under your care to be harnessed into members of Granite Guard-material." Sebaru said, putting his hand behind him, on his desk, getting out a whole bunch of dossiers, walking over to each of the guards, putting the files in their hands. "These are your students. Study up on them, their strengths, their weaknesses, where did they come from and what do they fear? They are young and inexperienced. Tomorrow your training with them starts, so make sure to take the rest of today to rest and grieve your lost. But tomorrow, you will see if these young ones are diamonds in the rough or just regular rocks. Granite Guards, move out." Sebaru told them, as he waved them off, heading back towards his desk.

The power limitation is fine.

My personal issue lies in the gimmick. The superhero gimmick ain't gonna work in this setting. We're constantly in war, the village is not a particularly safe place, even if it is safer than most other places in the world. Being brave and helping people is fine, being schizophrenic is also "fine", it would lead to her being less relied on by well everyone. Putting on a costume and claiming to be a superhero is bizarre and doesn't fit into the setting at all and would only break immersion. Remember that this is 100+ years before the dawn of the actual series. This is a time when everyone is clad in what looks similar to samurai armor and clan wars are always breaking out. World politics are much too shaky and unsafe to justify there being a superhero running around.

Title: Lost Puppets
Description: Long ago, Kami lost 2 blank puppets that were the only of their kind in the sense that they were made after the size of a 14 year old genin, and were really advanced compared to a standard puppet, with lots of modification capabilities. He has recently recovered the location of these 2 unused blank slabs through the intelligence unit of Iwagakure. They were found at the bottom of a giant cliff, where Kami supposedly lost them during a fight with Kirigakure shinobi. The team will go and retrieve them as a manner of an introductory mission.

The enemy nin will consist of: 1 lightning using genin, 1 water using genin and a kenjutsu expert jonin under the name of 'Shosuzen Magaki' who is known throughout Iwagakure as 'a ruthless, murderous backstabber.'
Rewards: Kami will gain 2 unused puppets that he can form as he wish.

Kyou and Ayumi will gain both valuable insight in mission mechanics, warfare, combat and political knowledge.
But nobody really cares about that, so they will also get 2000 Ryo, 4 coupons for a local ramen stall and a training in one respective field of jutsu (genjutsu, ninjutsu, medical jutsu, etc) which will improve that field of jutsu.

Title: Farmers Boxing!
Description: a farmer from the area around Iwagakure has set up an illegal gambling industry around a new sport called 'Farmers Boxing' where two farmers fight eachother. The team is to go there and arrest this farmer that set it all up, and make an example that illegal gambling is, as the name implies, illegal.

Rewards: 5000 Ryo as part of the illegal gambling gains which are claimed by Iwagakure. This is their payment. 6 bags of rice, captured from the Farmer boss. The real reward is the trophy they win for beating the farmhand, the champion of that time. The trophy is a set of two Dao swords. Each genin is to receive one of these swords.

Title: Windy Plains and a Knife in the Back
Description: a caravan of traders, street artists and.. strange carnival people need protection from bandits that lurk in the high-grass of these plains. Their caravan consists of 3 carriages with around 20 people.

Reward: if they manage to get out alive they earn a set of blue-steel gloves, which are essentially blue woolen gloves, with pieces of steel embedded into the knuckles to make punches even harder and make sure they can do big damage.

Title: Explosionman!
Description: A man has planted 5 bombs around Iwagakure, because he is angry that the Tsuchikages recent training session has left his house in ruins due to the earthquakes that he produces. He was already arrested and the intelligence unit is busy extracting the knowledge from his brain through special techniques, but time is of the essence -- you have to defuse the bombs while the intelligence unit is in communication with you through headsets to give you the next location every time they can decypher one.
Rewards: each genin will be given 10 vacuum bombs which essentially have the ability to create a vacuum in an area for a short while -- enough to choke someone in a room so they pass out due to oxygen shortage, however not enough to kill someone.

Description: An old lady has lost her kittens and they're now on an island in the middle of a lake. Go retrieve them, shinobi!
Rewards: a bunch of alligator teeth that seem to strengthen water jutsu when worn around the neck like a necklace. If you can't use them perhaps trade them with another shinobi.

Description:Little Mukuko's pet turtle got lost and now you have to go retrieve it. Don't be angry at Mukuko, he is paying you all his pocket money for that week just for you to find it.
Rewards: renown in the community for helping as a good deed, 25 ryo (his pocket change. Told you the thieves were petty). Also, a tortoise shell ring -- this ring allows the user to summon an empty tortoise shell around them to protect them from an attack, but they can only use it once. They get 1 ring, so they have to decide who gets it. The tortoise shell can fit 2 people total.

Description: We require you to perform a drop for a hostage situation. You just need to leave a bag of money on a park bench and wait for the victim to be returned. Once you see him, walk away with him, nothing else is required. He’s the son of a weaponsmith in town.
Reward: A weapon from the weapon shop, of your choice (No seven swordsman bullshit, normal weapon shop stuff).
Excellency Reward: Chakra enhanced version of said weapon.

Description: Go to the Granite Guard base and go fold some sheets. Now!
Reward: You can add a strength on your character. (Something like stamina or strength, not now I’m good at Genjutsu).

Description: Your instructor will take you to three places: Kuma Canyon, Pengi Icelands and the Koumori Caverns. There you must introduce yourself and receive the blessing of each of the sages. This is an important step in becoming a Granite Guard member.
Reward: Summoning Jutsu, you have also started a relationship with these animals. Maybe a pact will be possible one day?
Excellency Reward: A pact with a small animal from one of the tribes.

Description: Your team will be patrolling the border of the village, take out any bandits you may see and help civilians when they require it.

Reward: A piece of metal that allows for chakra transfer with a ton of ease. Visit the blacksmith to get something crafted.

Description: So you’ve awoken in a bandit hideout, tied up and your instructor is nowhere to be seen. Time to go find him!

There is no point in me even grading this sheet, after the history. You gave no reason what so ever why he appeared in the Stone Village, which at the time of his birth, were at war with the hidden leaf. "He found out about his kekkei genkai by dumb luck". Well, no. Shadow Manipulation is not even a kekkei genkai. It's not in your blood. It's something you learn, you have to be taught be those that do know it already. It's a Hidden Technique, not a bloodline limit. And as it stands, there is no way he could know it.
You also never did state how he would have gotten into the Granite Guard. My suggestion is to scrap the character and start over from scratch.

Also, I have a policy that everyone who wants a jounin should submit a genin first, as the RP will be primarily focused on the genins.

@Everyone else: Generally Konoha clans ain't gonna work here. You'll have to be creative and think up original clans.
Also, I will be grading sheets when I come back from school in a few hours, updated to the OP with more detail will also be made.
