Desktop profile login won't work. Coincidence that Windows 7 is no longer supported on same day? Consider me doubtful.

I'm having way too much fun with my Legend of Zelda Encylopedia. This is the game that got me into roleplaying so have a lot invested in it's lore and stories. Too bad can't have all the games too.

Alien Ship - In orbit around the Moon

As the head scientist poured over the data retrieved from the defeated Sign Master, the commander burst their way into the Monsternancy Lab in not the greatest of moods. Her hair was twisting about in agitation, probably because of how little Sign Master had accomplished.

"There had better be some good news for me Head Monsternancer after our first monster was dispatched so easily."

The insectoid scientist cleared his throat as he looked up from his data pad, probably thinking about what best to say to avoid anything unfortunate.

"I can assure you the data will be put to good use and help us further develop powerful monsters."

"That's cute, but what practical information do you have for us humm?"

"Well...we managed to get a closer lock on our target."

"Oh!? By how much."

"Err...well from a radius of 10 miles to a radius of...9.7 miles."

The commander glared at the scientist, obviously not pleased with the rather small amount of progress.

"As for the monsters themselves, next time we want to try using a base that has more emotional attachment to the primitive species on the planet. As road signs were fairly utilitarian we hope that something more closely tied to their senses would prove to be more effective. This is of course still theory but I have confidence it will provide results."

"You had better hope so Head Monsternancer."

With that warning, the commander stomped away while the researcher returned to his datapad.
"Now, let's see here...let's use a base that these humans seem to find quite pleasurable, addictive even. If we can turn such a thing against them, I believe we can achieve some spectacular results! I believe I have just the thing!"

The Head of the Monsternancy department trekked over to a special freezer for specimens and looked inside. There, stood the object to serve as a base for his next monster. As it would still be some time for the ship to charge enough power for the next assault he would be able to spend some extra time crafting the next vanguard to the planet below.
Added a little something extra to Sign Master's bio, just as a momento. Enjoy.
Earth - Coral City - Demolition Halted

While the Sign Master had avoided all those attacks, it had gotten a little too cocky, seeing as it was already speeding toward the center of town. Sign Master had been busy looking at his wrist, checking the radar like device as he got closer to his target when the wolf guy had suddenly caught up to him, and bit him on hand. One hand down and a larger than normal wolf hanging on him had distracted him long enough for the others to catch up and take advantage on his weakness.

With only one arm free Sign Master did his best to wield a weapon to fend off the aquatic woman. Thankfully with a stoke of genius he manage to stop her with his own anti-vehicle sign but she still managed to latch onto him anyway, banging at his helmet like a cymbal chimp combined with the energizer bunny. Despite everything he really wasn't in all that much danger, until he noticed the intense draining feeling on his back as the butterflies did their work.

Before he could figure out another sign to turn the tides suddenly his hand had been cut off and a thousand arrows were all flying at him. With no way to make another sign he was a sitting duck to the onslaught. The two got away a moment before the arrows struck, leaving him no time to prepare a sign. Arrow after arrow slammed into him, taking him apart piece by piece until at last the arrows were actually piercing through his body. Sign Master lazily slowed to a stop, his body blown full of holes and yet it was still alive.

"It was a short life and I never achieved my purpose. But I won't let it be for nothing. I was looking forward to the construction job afterward..."

With a groan of metal, Sign Master toppled forward and smashed into the asphalt where he breathed his last. After a brief moment, his entire body turned red beam of light which shot up into the sky, all the relevant data being returned to the alien ship. Other than some cracks on the asphalt, the monster was completely gone.

The only signs left of the alien presence was the destruction left its short, but violent, wake.
Quick question IceHeart, after Sign Master's defeat, do you want us to continue whatever side stories we develop or just pause and wait for the new monster? I know each character has a beautiful backstory and not to mention Yuri and Gou have an interconnecting backstory. Yuri would love to go for a drink with Luna since she got rid of the Slurpee.

Feel free to have some 'free' time if you want, as long as your character is planning to stay for a while. There is company over anyway so other than an ending post I probably won't be getting to a new monster for a few days.
@Gentlemanvaultboy Hmm, since I have activated Dramatic Battle Mode I wouldn't be opposed to that. It does affect mantou's character though so depends if they give the go ahead.
Alright this next stage of fighting will be the last, which means I'll open it up to Dramatic Fight Scene posts. Dramatic Fight Scene means that you can directly interact with the monster and even control its battle actions to spice things up. Do your worst[or best] and I'll add an 'ending' to the fight after seeing what you guys do.
One last escape for Sign Master before things come down the the first monster climax. Cheers!
Alien Command Deck

The alien commander tapped a finger on her armrest in annoyance as she watched the battle unfold on the screen. Was the monster strong? Yes, it's abilities to ignore physics and bend reality to its will through the use of signs was quite the ability; however, the monster had some severe limits. The signs were useful to be sure but they were also quite limited: First, they could only be used with a sign that actually existed. Second, the signs were limited to ones that one might actually see on the road that were used to inform traffic, third, the range was limited and the time was limited. The monster made good use of its options but there was really only so much it could do.

Every monster was equipped with a microchip at conception that gave a direct line back to the ship, meaning they could view what the monster was viewing, plus their telescoptics could easily view anything on Earth from above with perfect clarity. The monster had done some clever maneuvering and achieved some success on the battlefield, but it was nowhere close to taking out even one of its assailants as of yet. It had knocked the woman around a bit and iced the mech's leg but it was painfully obvious the monster was getting cornered. It was boxed in and despite its speed would soon lose the area needed to dodge.

With a click of holographic touch screen, an electric impulse was sent to the monster, to prioritize finding the barrier's source over combat. She had seen enough of the monster to know that this first one was indeed a failure. There was a reason this planet had yet to be conquered, clearly sign master was not up to the task but it could still prove to be of some worth if they could narrow down the barrier's location in the meantime.

Earth - Coral City - Currently Cubed

For a moment it seemed like Sign Master had been making some progress in the fight, but the butterfly guy had started taking direction action and had prevented him from getting a clean hit on the manhole man. The water lady was also proving to be rather slippery and suddenly everyone had decided to counterattack all at once! It wasn't fair!

An electric jolt later and Sign Master suddenly knew what he had to do, continue the mission and abandon the fight if he could, but how? He was currently cubed, a water strike was coming in, the butterflies suddenly turned into a swarm of killer locusts, and Mech had a bunch of nasty missiles getting into position to turn him into a slab of metal! Sign Master was in quite the pinch! Then he realized something, manhole man had come up through the ground which meant the 'perfect cube' was not so perfect.

"Alright you obstructions have put me behind schedule long enough! Time to jump this joint! Well, tunnel actually!"

Creating a tunnel sign, he angled it down and instantly a tunnel appeared for him to slip down into. He quickly jetting down into it as narrowly missing the water strike and the barrage of light threatening to cut him down to size, unfortunately the butterflies kept coming.

"The heck are you, a swarm of bees!?"

Sign Master complained as he made sure to tilt the sign back up, changing the trajectory of the tunnel ahead to make into into a sort of U-shaped tunnel to slip out from under the cube's wall. As soon as he exited the tunnel he quickly got rid of the tunnel sign , causing it to vanish, trapping most of the butterflies underground, but a few managed to get through in time and strike him in the back.

"Ow, ouch! Sheesh those things sting, good thing I avoided most of the swarm! Well I have to get back on schedule or I'll be stripped down for parts! See ya losers!"

His chest sign having given out he fashioned a new one and put the plate on his chest for extra speed and bolted for the city. He needed to get some better readings and fast before he was intercepted again!
As a fight progresses, at times I'll add additional information to a monster's bio so feel free to hop over and check up on that information. Usually it will be about the abilities that have been shown, or sometimes just an interesting fact.
I'm leaving some of the attacking open for interpretation here so I don't have to write out every single attack, but basically Sign Master is employing bike gang tactics here, drive by and hit hard with a blunt object type of attack.
