To all new players, here's where we are in the story. Maria is currently in her shop 'Maria's Medicines and Sundries' getting ready for her next patient. Xusin is injured and being carried by Edict who is on his way to Maria's shop, accompanied by Cassius and Tirarrian. Alec Harrow is on his way to Maria's shop as well, coming from the Ugly Mug, with hopes of learning more about the person he is pursuing. So too is Marek, trudging towards Maria's shop from the direction of the docks, with a nasty wound. Joseph and Piper were on their way to the docks with their new found friend Jason, who thinks Joseph is a legendary hero named Sir Joffridus, however, after realizing that they've been followed by Isabeau, they've hid in an alley way just near Maria's shop.
I hope I didn't leave anyone out! Something big is about to happen!! woohoo
We still have @WanderingRebel and @FinnIsh who we are eagerly waiting for their characters to join in on the fun. @Crazedm if you could please edit your post to include a mention of the characters you're looking to interact with, or those who will be at Maria's Medicines and Sundries? I know this was a new rule, but we do want to make it habit - especially since things are about to get hectic. And that goes for all posts from here on in. It helps out a lot! We are accepting new players if there is anyone who would like to join, just submit your cs for approval. And remember, if anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to pm me! Isabeau was focused, perhaps a little too focused actually. She saw nothing but the boy, all else faded from view as it wasn't very important to her. If asked, she couldn't quite tell you why she was following them. At first it started out as concern for the boy, but it was more so just her curiosity now. Which was something that got her into trouble more times than she'd like to recount.
She trailed them all the way to the docks, and then something happened. She realized she wasn't being nearly as inconspicuous as she should have been when they turned and started heading away from the docks in that suspicious and rushed way. "Shit!" she cursed at herself as she took a step back. She needed to change up her strategy, otherwise she was only going to get herself killed ... most likely ... probably ... eventually. She chuckled to herself. "What, oh what is wrong with me?" she snickered. She glanced around her and up the buildings that surrounded them. With a long, and frustrated sigh, she slipped back into the crowd and wandered into a nearby alley.
Making sure that all was secure, she scaled the building. Their actions took her by surprise, but it was more because she wasn't paying too much attention to them. Rather all her energy was placed on the boy, which she scolded herself for as her fingers braced the uneven stone wall upon her ascend. Once at the top, she swiftly made her way across the rooftops in the direction she thought the three wandered off.
She should've let it go, she knew she should've. But why stop now? She was already pot committed. They already knew they were being followed. Of course, it could confuse them even more if she didn't pursue. The thoughts circled in her mind over and over as she made her way from building to building. Her curiosity was getting the best of her. But she had nothing else to do at the moment "... so why the hell not...".
Her thoughts came to an abrupt stop along with her steps as she found them in an alley way near ... she glanced at the sign ... 'Maria's Medicines and Sundries.' ... "What in the hells are they doing here?" she thought for a moment then chuckled softly "I am Izzy, the assassin, and I've come to finish you all off" she thought to herself mockingly. She meant them no harm, at least she didn't think she did, as long as they had no plans in harming the boy. "Well, I suppose then it is time that I stop skulking and either get to the point, or get dead" she shrugged.
With that, she made her way to the ground behind them, landing on her feet with a loud-ish thud. She tugged her hood off her head and raised her hands in the air as she made her way towards them.

Sorry. I usually work weekends, so it's hard to muster up energy to post when I work. But I thought the scene involving me just involved Plecs, Strafe, and Ice. Did everyone else die too? :C

@notdeadyet can never die ... I order him not to. Muah hahaha! But he has been busy. I trust that things will pick up once we get back into the week.
On another note, I went fishing this weekend, and then spent all day today at the pool. Greek yogurt has become my best friend and the greatest thing for bad sunburn!
