Waeldeshore 1.0 [CONCLUDED]

@KazeXDZ At the moment, Isabeau (Izzy), Durin and Tirarrian are heading out to leave the group. Perhaps on their way to the tavern where Robert is staying? Or perhaps to the healers shop that hasn't been demolished. (Where the captain of the guard and Kayleth are). Edict had opened the portal, but it had quickly closed once he got the information he needed. Jade attacked him out of suspicion, so where the two of these characters have left off is with Jade pinned to the floor by Edict as they settle their own argument. Katia and Tobias are heading back to the scene, hoping to find the group still in tact or at the very least, a place to sleep and eat. Robert walked off to the Crazy Cat Inn, he has a room there and had hoped to get some rest.

We've got a skeleton crew working this rp at the moment, but it is as active as we few make it. So pop yourself in where ever you feel you can. Maybe Siegfried is in the tavern? Or maybe he got a glimpse at the tail end of the fight and was headed over to the group? Or maybe he bumps into Katia and Tobias on the road?

I don't even know who is still participating here and who is not, but here is the list of players and characters

@ArenaSnow is still away. I wanted to use this time to develop characters and introduce new ones but we haven't even moved from the scene of the last battle yet. So we'll see where this goes from here, if we can give it one last hurrah! I'd like to invite/attract new players if we can. Maybe revamp the cast

She growled. One of her biggest pet peeves was to be ignored. She had a solid point, and no one seemed to care. Very well...

The gnome spoke up trying to diffuse the situation. "Do you want to go to the other side of the square, I'll do what I can for both of you.". The question prompted her to look over her own wounds which at first she thought were minimal. The scrapes and scratches seemed to be a bit more extensive. Apparently the pain of hunger had overpowered the sting she might have felt radiating down her arm and her backside. But as the blood seeped out of the torn cloth and stained almost everywhere, she nodded to the gnome.

"Aye. That'll probably do in the short run. I aught to see a healer later to get this thing properly patched up.", Durin chimed in.

"We should get somewhere safe. Perhaps to that inn that Robert mentioned? Or I'm sure this bloody town has more than one healers shop that can take care of you properly, sir", she nodded to Durin, glancing over his wound. "We'll leave these two to their own fate. Maybe they'll kill each other, maybe they're destined to fall in love. Either way, waiting for them to settle their squabble only leaves us as open targets. Lead the way, my friend"

She couldn't help but look back at Edict and Jade. She knew that the group would be no match for what lay ahead of them without Jade and Edict. She couldn't fault them though, so many times in the past, her pride, passion, faith ... whatever it was ... it always managed to get her into fights, brawls were more like it, and often at the most inopportune times. One thought... a hope really, lingered with her as she tore her glance away from the two - they would settle things quickly and join the rest before things got even more out of hand than they already have.

It was only a matter of time until the next attack ... until they were all doomed.

I believe it closed within the same post that it opened. But I do believe Jade, Isabeau, Tirarrian, Edict and Durin are still in the area

It won't help keep the rp alive, just the ooc alive. With the activity, yeah, it brings us higher on the list when people view casual rp threads, but then they go and see that the last ic post was made a week ago? A month ago? It'll turn them away. (Any new people anyway) it's also hard to get new people because of how far we've come into the story.

People who are already a part of the story? Well, we'll see. Sometimes such a break in an rp messes up thought processes and motivations for writers.

As the main baddies, it might make a change. But we'll see. Hopefully we can spark something on our own.

I think it was on the verge of dying when you left honestly. It was hard enough to get the few posts we got. @The Fated Fallen and @Dragoknighte frequent the rp often enough that I'm not too worried. If we have to start all over with people, so be it. And if it dies, as unfortunate as it is, I'd say we had had a good run while it lasted.

Luck is what we make of it :p I do sincerely hope though that you get better soon!! Curious, you were born the 13th of what month? I was also born on the 13th! And I have a black cat hehe
