Looks like I'll have the time, and certainly sounds like a fun concept, so if you'll take me I could give you a fight! Would need to know a little more about your character though... I get that she's basically impossible to even wound, but does this simply mean impregnable skin, or the ability to cancel out the momentum of objects coming onto contact with her, or what? Also, would she have any powers or skills other than this amazing defense? If you can give me a few details in this regard, then I should be able to pick an appropriate opponent for her and have us a brawl!

Option #1:

It's not just her skin, but her entire outside being and clothing. I imagine it as some sort of invisible, heavenly aura coating her that could be described as a physics deflector, breaking down outside physics as we know it, negating all previous momentum in the process as well as the concept of hot/cold, etc. So if someone punches her and their punch stops, they can provide additional force to pull their arm back, but pushing forward into the field again would still result in a cancellation of their forward physics as it collides with the barrier. If their muscles providing the pull back were directly against the field then they couldn't pull back because those muscles wouldn't work right. The aura is only super close to her skin so she cannot stop the physics of their heart by touching them, only the skin and superficial muscles directly in contact, which would feel numb and paralyzed.

Objects can still go through openings such as her throat so she doesn't starve and suffocate, although this is a huge weakness that makes her far from invincible. Perhaps the aura fills in the gaps subconsciously between breaths and such, so allows things she wills for entry. This sounds a tad like a cop out, tough.

Option #2:

She's a created being from angel cells (or some equivalent that's less stereotypical), having barbie doll anatomy and never ages. This makes clothing damage (which isn't protected in this idea) not really a problem as she has nothing in need of censoring. Maybe her skin is unnaturally white as well. Her entire being would naturally be near invincible so she'd not have a clear weakness to poisons or suffocation, able to hold her breath indefinitely(?). This idea more embraces her level of OPness I had imagined for her rather than some idiot throwing a standard gas grenade to win.

Her other physical abilities I'm debating on, but at least peak human. At most they'd be around a tier or two lower than her durability stat. That being said, she could still leap around cities, outrace cars, and punch through steel, but relies mostly on durability to win. The standard form, perhaps, could fight ten skilled but not superhuman martial artists without relying on durability to win.
The wolf man was only temporarily in charge while the true master of this establishment was out and about. He didn't want things to get too out of hand with this whole mob situation, but he didn't want to just let the imperial in either. This was a no win situation he was placed in, but luckily it seemed to diffuse itself once the intruder was out for the count. Well, for the most part. What wasn't "for the most part" was the news coming soon afterwards of a dragon making it's way here as they spoke! He couldn't have the whole place burn down on his watch! That wouldn't do at all. The master was a forgiving man, but allowing such a thing to occur would be of too much to ask.

His people did food offerings for certain festivities, so was willing to sacrifice some of his stock for that if it would help. Better loose a couple of eggs than the whole basket. However superstition he was, he still had the nagging feeling that this couldn't be enough to ward off the threat. Some dragons were known to burn down entire cities for fun rather than food, so they could be doomed either way. He wouldn't go down without a fight, grabbing a mighty battleaxe hanging from the wall behind him. A strange dressed man with string-less projectile weapons asked him about a method of going up the roof, so he pointed behind him and to his left with a clawed thumb.

"Down the hallway and first door on the left is a ladder. The outside walls themselves are easily climbable at well," he explained roughly. He then spoke up to the rest of the room. "I call to every adventurer brave enough to stand and fight. Slay the dragon and we shall all have as large of a feast as we can muster on the house and many songs sung in our honor! The one who takes the final blow shall get a lifetime supply of ale!"

It was true that the dragon was already heavily wounded, thus possibly negating some of the glory, but the one who knew that was currently burning, and the rest of the people here would likely be more than willing to say that they are the ones who did all of the damage against a fully functional dragon by themselves. Hopefully they would survive to tell of this and would not end the day as food, rather than enjoying food.

A sudden, mighty roar spread out of the trees to the east. It was an aggressive one, sounding as if a predator had found it's prey and was about to deliver a fatal strike against it as part of a war cry. The owner of the noise soon burst into the clearing to alleviate all down what had caused it, first revealing a large, scaly black snout dripping with blood at the teeth. Had it been eating other members of the Martross party that the dead man belonged too? Perhaps it was trying to recover some of it's strength, and that is what took it so long. If it had to take such a pit stop, perhaps that was a good sign and it felt very weak.

The vile thing was now in full view, reaching over forty feet tall, dwarfing the inn by almost twice the size and three times as long, from snout to the tip of it's tail, as it was tall. It oozed blood, both from it's own wounds at those from other beings splattered over it's dull scales that seemed to absorb light and send few rays back out. It's eyes were a dark red, filled with evil intent as it's lips turned into a snarled, spraying even more blood out of them. It's wings were in particular bad shape, with much of the membranes stabbed or torn out, forcing it to make this trek on it's four spindly legs.

However, despite all of these wounds, most on the scales were superficial and it was still an imposing sight to behold. He figured that it would take their combined effort to win, and taking it head on still might be suicide without a good strategy. Perhaps wear it out and surround him, or...blast it. He was a bartender, not a tactician!
You guys are super fast posting. I'm working on mine now. I won't be able to post as fast as you, but should get the plot moving in a timely fashion.
Finally posted. Will get to Evvie some time next week. And a new male character.
A trail of white hair and frilly fabric circled around a seemingly teenage girl as she spun around lightly on a heel, admiring herself in a full length mirror. She soon came to a stop, satisfied that everything about her fresh new waitress uniform was in working order. It was black and white in color with the motif of a panda, including a tiny panda ear headband, as the owner of this inn was a humanoid version of one. She wouldn't look out of place at a Japanese maid cafe, with her short skirt and mid thigh level socks, and general look of adorableness. She did not wear heels, but instead had on shiny black mary jane shoes. She had no practice in heels and didn't want to start now, as it would impact her performance.

She glanced at the clock on the changing room wall. Her shift was almost ready to begin as more customers would be filing in at any moment. This would be her first day working at Chen's Tavern but she had experience waitressing before, so she wondered how things would work out in a world that would get a lot more diverse and numerous traffic. She felt the necklace underneath her apron to make sure that it was still there. No telling how unruly people might get here, especially with this being a world where only those who make themselves known through combat would generally enter. She knew Liu wouldn't allow fighting within these walls, but to enforce such a rule she might have to step up and be the one to kick them out, as part of her duties. The object on her necklace would transform into her weapon of choice; sure to give any drunken customer reason enough to cease further hostilities. Plus she was at peak level human abilities if push came to shove. All in all, she felt ready to start her day. Her briefcase with additional equipment was locked in her provided safe box, so she'd make due with what she had on her.

She styled her hair into twin tails as the last alteration to her look before heading out the door, hitting her with a wave of sounds as people drank, squabbled, and merrily conversed with one another. She spotted Liu easily, dealing with a small group of costumers from behind his counter. They looked unruly. Perhaps she'd have to flex her muscles on the first minute of her job, but she didn't want to start anything just yet and make a horrible first impression, possibly even getting herself fired by over reacting. She strolled over to his side as if to say, "I'm here and ready to start my shift, however you need me."
Crime siblings?
Two sisters, maybe. Gender diversity and murder go hand in hand.

Two sisters isn't gender diversity. I was planning on my buddy cops being a man and a woman. So our cyborg will be the only guy so far. In this setting, it turns out that the women are the violent and crazy ones by default.
Spy vs crime syndicate vs policemen, then. Slightly futuristic in tone, so one of my policemen is a cheesy mostly cybornetic guy and the other has a robotic arm, who is the competent one often dealing with his tomfoolery. The looks I have imagined are like Ghost in the Shell and Psycho Pass. Only less bleak. (Well, Ghost in the Shell had some silly moments too).
Car chase that crashes and leads to a gunfight. The three parties could be a spy, a law enforcement agency, and a bad guy spy.
I'll post as the dragon later tonight. I have some anime to catch up on and such. Boku no Hero Academia is awesome.
Could be an over the top spy thing with improbable aiming skills and stunts.
