Things you should keep in mind about my RP...

1) If you need me to post, PM me. My memory is awful.
2) No matter how much I may love the source material, I will not join an RP if the Interest Check, IC, or OOC has too many posts. I am not reading all of that. If you want me to join, PM me a summary.
3) I won't even read source material in the Interest Check or OOC sections if the IP is, like, super convoluted, long, or snobbishly formatted. Keep that shit IC. Give me clear and concise posts or I'm gone. I dont have all day to sort through your five different fonts and your 17 paragraphs of setup.

Damon tells D'ren the obvious.

D'ren's expression:

isnt it about your bedtime? @Timemaster

XD
no problem @Timemaster. Sorry for not saying anything to Daeldric. I thought you had PMed him with special instructions or something.

There are a million and one RPs where you can play the Punisher or Deadpool (i would call anti-heroes like that heroes, since the more "neutral" type of character is the type who sees evil and does nothing, and therefore is just as evil in my opinion, and should be considered a villain). There is a specific plot we are trying to follow involving people who hate each other who need to work together. If your character has no nemesis because he's neutral, it defeats the purpose of the RP.
Ten Days Ago

It had required four Skits and a Raider to effectively usher The Infamous into a cell without causing massive damage to the base and alien soldiers; even with his invisibility power restrained by the collar he now wore, D'ren was a selectively violent man. A sociopath adept at manipulating people, he had long-since realized that people tend to underestimate his more violent, but less in number counterpart, the psychopath. So he began acting like a psychopath toward the latter part of his IRA reign. Not even his closest lieutenants knew the truth. And when one of his mistresses discovered that his mind was a lot more stable than he pretended, he had taken her outside psychotically bashed her brains in, before a dozen witnesses. With his hands.

This uber-extroverted guise he continued to feign until he was locked up and the guards skittered away, and then his natural introversion resurfaced. Glad to finally be alone, D'ren's shoulders relaxed, though he slightly shook from the adrenaline pumping through him. Breathing heavily, the left side of D'ren's face twitched as he collapsed against the wall and involuntarily sat down. Though his facial tick was also exaggerated - along with his mania - it was real, caused by the blade scar that ran across his cheek.

Once settled, D'ren tried to peak around the bars to see if he could find Dream-scape's cell. All he knew was that she was here; he didn't know her exact location. Unable to see her, he sighed and went back to sit down and contemplate his suicide mission...

Present

Away from the others, D'ren took on his more measured gait and gaze, taking in his surroundings with clarity and purpose; when he discovered the six Skits waiting for him at the gate he had previously thought was unoccupied, he let out an annoyed growl.

"Bloody bastards," he moaned to himself, before turning to the dazed Dream-scape. "I'll be right --" That was when Portal teleported them again.

And again.

This time, he did get nauseous. As his eyes rolled into the back of his head, he nearly dropped Dream-Scape. She fell even more into him and he tried to keep her up as much as he could. When the nausea passed a few seconds later, he glanced around, keeping his perception high and his mouth shut, albeit terse and repellent. He took it all in, namely the fact that there did not seem to be any medical personnel in the room to care for either Portal or Dream-Scape. This slightly upset D'ren. While everyone tried to out-smartass each other, D'ren noticed the woman who liked gadgets wandering off.

The Infamous wondered if he should follow with the ill illusionist. Looking at the other heroes and vilains, D'ren settled for just lying her down on the floor. He saw the blood but did not say anything. Instead he took a few steps away from her, wondering if anyone else would notice.

...well, if we wanna be technical about it, there are probably more than one red demon. hell, i'd even wager there are multiple Red Demons (capitalized). XD
Most everyone is gathered outside the front of the tavern fighting a single vampire that is for some reason really hard to kill, except for Thinslayer, Gingerboi, and my character, who are by a gypsy wagon a few dozen yards away, around the side of the tavern where gypsy wagons are parked (making that part up since in a previous post, i said D'ren was at the back of the tavern).

Aspie plays a barbarian seeking the Mad God's Loki's servant, a crazy elven mage/jester. Aspie also plays both of those.

Hating both parties is my character, The Infamous (D'ren), who wants to enslave or kill everyone for the sheer enjoyment of it. However, the jester/mage teleported D'ren into a swamp with no clothes on and took his powers.

D'ren will eventually have to team up with the "heroes" (I'm not sure I can use that word loosely enough...) to attack the magical elven jester and either get his powers back or kill it.

There are other things, like backstories, but if someone else wants to elaborate on all that, they can.

The main thing to keep in mind, is we are all right outside of a tavern.
if i dont post a CS tomorrow, remind me. my memory is bad and im always tired...till i start writing lol
even tho the story of the Dominion War was lazy, im hoping if we do that one, we can write something better. perhaps, set post-Dom War? Aside from the lore on STO (which is half-canon in my opinion), there really isnt a whole lot of story going on after. What happened to the Cardies, Klingons, and Dominion once the treaty was signed? We know a few minor details from Insurrection and Nemesis, but nothing to base an RP around.

Of course, being Star Trek, we could always just do time travel, though I would have to heavily moderate it to make sure people arent taking Vor-cha Cruisers back to Kirk's day to conquer Earth...

So leaning toward post-Dom War with perhaps some (optional) time travel back to TOS or Enterprise era. Being post-Dom War (by which i mean IMMEDIATELY post, like no more than a year afterwards), we could (if we wanted to) draw on STO lore, but i wouldnt consider it scripture when it comes to this RP.

Anyone object to that? If you do, be specific about your preferences and maybe we can accommodate. Otherwise, everyone's preferred eras will have to just be points in time that we visit.

I also personally want to experience the Enterprise-C....
hey man, it's THE Infamous.

there's only one.

lol
