Sora touched down about a block out from the park as he waited for the others to gather. Once Verrick arrived Sora would clear his throat to gain their attention, however Ethel was still nowhere to be seen.
"Ok so let's get a couple of things sorted out here kid. Our target here is a woman in her early twenties with white hair. She will be wielding a scythe, possibly wearing an eyepatch and will kill you on the spot if given the chance without a second thought. However in the case of no eyepatch, her left eye will have an insignia in it. Trust me kid you won't miss this chick. Her name is Shiro Hime, or at least that's what she goes by." Sora had a rushed tone to his voice, however he was only going to tell Verrick this information once. They didn't have the time to waste here to give multiple explanations.

He just needed to dump all the information the kid needed then they needed to move in.
"As stated her teleportation is a pain, but her enhancement magic will also be a hassle. She will be accompanied by another young lady by the name of Manami. In terms of combat power, she is the more dangerous of the two. Do try and avoid her. Our only goal is to get in, get Ethel's sister then get out. By what I saw earlier there are other mages here fighting them, but I'm not sure if they be friend or foe. It matters little, try and keep the fighting to a minimum." With that said Sora turned and walked towards the park as Ethel rematerialised just as they reached the chaos.

Verick nodded and took the information in. “Alright, So she’ll he wielding a scythe huh… that’s pretty sexy.” He thought to himself, he couldn’t deny it, Scythes were like one of the most badass weapons you could ever possible use. I mean hell, you have a massive blade attached to a pole. It’s amazing in it’s design and it looks cook when utilized in combat. Can’t complain, it’s super badass! Though the funny thing was her name was Shiro Hime, White Princess… hah. He snickered a little bit when her name was mentioned. There were other mages that were here fighting though? That should make things a little bit easier… Hmm… Well then…

With the others walking to the park, Verick followed behind and took a few deep breaths. “Alright then… Let’s try to avoid this chaos.”

Ethel nodded briefly before seemingly disappearing on the spot and reappearing on the rooftop. However it wasn't teleportation magic she was using, her body had broken up into wind magic particles and simply reformed atop the rooftop.
Sora simply hovered in the air now with his hands in his pocket, moving at quite a rapid speed despite his casual demeanour with Jess forming platforms behind him to follow with Mai shortly after also using the platforms.
However Ethel had once again disappeared.
Their designation was a park just out of the way and as they got closer, the presence of powerful magic got more prominent. As did the noises which usually accompanied a fight.

Verick stopped for a moment as Ethel disappeared and reappeared... "That's just not fair..." He shook his head a she began to run through the city. This was going to be a long run and there were many people in his way... But the simple way to resolved this situation was to just PLOW THROUGH THEM! He ran forward hard and fast, ignoring anything in his way. He could feel the magical presence increasing as they ran forward. "Tch... This isn't going to be easy is it..." He was starting to re-consider his joining this job... even with a big payday underway... this was getting to be a bit much right now. He could feel doubt beginning to well up inside of him. He shook his head hard and fast to get the thoughts out as quick as possible. "You can do th is, You can do this Verick come on."

"Don't worry kid as long as I'm here there's nothing to fear." Sora gave Verrick a smirk as he threw him a small bag of jewels "As much as I loathe having that creature around, as long as Ethel keeps it away from me I won't kill it." With that said Sora now turned on his heels and suddenly launched himself up into the air before gracefully landing on top of a nearby building.
"Well hurry up slowpokes. I ain't got all day!" Sora called out mockingly as he awaited for the group atop the building. Mai was now obviously a little annoyed with Sora's behavior, seeing as he was the only one of them who could fly.
"Oh for crying out loud you stupid....I'm going to kill him one of these days." Mai grinded her teeth together before a grappling gun now appeared in her hand in a flash of light.
Quickly mumbling about making them waste magic she quickly aimed upwards and fired the gun. Once it connected she pressed the trigger again and shot upwards. Jess took a different approach however as she jumped up and landed on platforms made from ice, and using each platform to launch herself towards another platform.
Where had these platforms come from you ask? Well she simply formed them as she jumped using her magic.
This left Verrick and Ethel once again by themselves at the bottom of the building. Ethel now turned to Verrick with her blood red eyes dancing with excitement.
"Does Verrick need help getting up? Ethel can get up and take Verrick with Ethel if he wants." Ethel suggested.

So as far as Verick could tell, just from the use of their magic. Old man was clearly a wind mage and that much had been obvious for a while now. But the other two had been a mystery until the grappling hook appeared out of no where, combine that with the gun Ethel had earlier... She was a gun type Requip mage, that made sense... The other, Ice magic. Didn't really need to even try to think that hard on it, it was... it was the most obvious in the world. They all seemed to be pretty unique and interesting magics... But nothing compared to Creation! The magic that could rival a god... if he were as strong as one... and not you know... how weak he was now... BUT THAT'S ALL BESIDES THE POINT!

"Nah, I'll just take the scenic route kid." He pointed down the road. "Everyone's headed that direction right? Just keep running that way and you'll get there... besides, I prefer to not draw THAT much attention to myself." He nodded to Ethel and started to run down the road, shoving the bag of jewels in his jacket. "Maybe I should start selling Chu's to women... I could make a fortune..." He'd never thought of it before, mostly because he'd not been around enough girls to know that Chu was that cute... hell he just made it that way because it had the most efficient components of creatures to make it the best tracker he could.
