If anyone has any specific questions they want answered, I'm around today intermittently, trying to finish it, while also trying to clean the house for company. I can probably answer a few of them.
Going to post the bio format so everyone can get started. I need to finish up the constraints on magic before I can release. Got pulled into a lot of things at work today that drew my time away. I'm struggling a bit to put into words precisely the 'rules' on magic.

This should give everyone a rough start.

The timeline is going to be two weeks AFTER the initial intro. The first mission is going to go reclaim the town from the demons and retrieve the crystal. You will have a few clients to choose from for this. :D

There aren't any named towns, but you should know that most everyone is from the capital. Most of the outlying towns are unnamed because naming is considered 'bad luck' and that the map often changes. You can be from one of those in your history. Likely you'll want to go into detail as to why your character is a bounty hunte.r

I will also be opening up some to play members of the clergy or other roles. If you are interested in that, please be patient while I write that up.
@Jinxlynx They would be like that, just not with the blades on it. Although the blades are an interesting addition.

General update though, unfortunately I have to go to a board meeting at 7:30 tonight and likely won't have the energy to finish up the last bit of material. I'll try my darndest, but it'll likely get pushed to tomorrow unfortunately. The migraine of this morning set back my productivity by a lot.

I'm still setting up the intro for the first major bounty for the thread. Then I just have to do the bio format and the explanation on the scope of magic I'm allowing. Hopefully I'll have time to finish this evening.
Code Geass did time stop better (I'm sure you would agree) by actually stopping people's perception of time within a certain radius. Everyone just stops moving because time has stopped from their point of view but things like bullets and such would still go like normal. This "time stop" would be less op as well because people who can mentally block out attacks could likely stop this from occurring. If you are not able to, however, it would still be unavoidable unless you know of this power and keep your distance.


Correct (in that it is better). Although that isn't a true manipulation of time. This is also why I generally encourage people to explain the 'how'. Stopping time vs stopping the perception of time are very different things even if they can have the same general effect. There is also the matter though of how the mental influencing it is being done, among a multitude of other factors.

How will always be an important question in combat.
