Maddox isn't running at max either but he's still up for saving the day. Angelo used some magic but he seems to have taken a big strain when Angelica controlled him. I'd bet that he could fight as well. Melina is actually stronger than she's ever been, if I remember correctly. Trinity should be pretty much at full power and Masahiko didn't fight too much earlier. On top of this roster, Jayce is fresh as snow so he's really good to go.
I'd say that's a good lineup for a good rekking.

Even training himself to keep going strong without magic energy, it was one hell of a fight for him, going from council member to council member to council member.Realism in action. Damien was getting tired before he even continued fighting in the aquifer, so it makes sense that he'd feel done for the day. XD Meanwhile Mayt, Penny, and Karn are recovering from beatings and should probably join Damien on the "take a rest" plan.

I try and address everyone and everything that happens...to miss one thing...it is horrible.I'm not heartbroken or anything. I just figured that detail might've changed what Penny would've done so I brought it up. No biggie.
Silly Penny, thinking Mayt is going to let a pretty girl who's way more hurt than he is completely show him up. Also, I have an Idea as to Mayt expanding his current magic (I keep typing majic) abilities, but I'm not sure if to talk about it/as if it's okay in OOC or in a PM.I don't think it really matters where you discuss it so long as it gets discussed. XD I don't intend for Beatrix to get anything new or fancy though I imagine over time she'll improve. Maddox I have made a conscious decision that he won't get anything new. Monique, who I've yet to decide a good time to introduce, will certainly grow.
As a note, Maddox talked to Penny and Mayt, giving them a warning that they should move faster.
In his defense, he isn't very good at it because he isn't very evil.
Pen is in a pretty good position if you think about it. He isn't the biggest player on the Edolas field, but he's in the most likely position to win the power game. The King and Queen are the most powerful figures as they control an entire army and most of the world, but their forces aren't the most loyal (considering Pen and Edo-Lazarus are included in that number). Maddox, on his own or with his guild, is also a power player who is jumping on the coming opportunity but he doesn't have any element of surprise. Pen, on the other hand, can wait out the coming struggle and potentially topple the victor.
Then we also have to factor in Edo Phoenix Wing and now the Earthland intruders to the field as they kinda sit in the middle. Interesting stuff to think about. Pen and Edo-Lazarus can make or break their chances at success right now as they appeal to Edo Phoenix Wing.
